I was greatly impressed at how quick and pain free the Xray process was, since in my previous experiences, my gums have always been very sore in holding the Xray tabs in the mouth. Dr. Kulkarni was also very thorough in the examination and explained the treatment plan in great depth, and also followed up later to ensure I was doing well after the treatment. Dr. Kulkarni and her co-workers are very personable, accommodating, and thorough. It was a great experience all around. Edit May 2022: we continue to love Dr. Kulkarni four years later. The employees know us and remember us from our previous visits. My youngest is 2 years old and this office is fabulous with children. My kids are happy to visit every six months, plan out what news they’re going to share with the dentist, and even between visits we talk about Dr. Kulkarni at home, brushing our best so the doctor will be pleased when we visit again. Edit September 2025: Dr. Sangeeta is also fantastic. Very friendly, thorough, and truly cares about my family’s oral health. We’ve had multiple appointments with her, and are very happy. The office always makes sure you know what you’re agreeing to financially before proceeding with anything, and they are really great with kids. Since coming here I have never once wished for a pediatric dentist - Healthy Smiles meets all my expectations.

I never feel rushed or pressured into anything, and I love that they only recommend what’s truly necessary. It’s hard to find care this honest and thoughtful. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

She gives options for dental care, advising on what makes most sense for me, whether it’s steps I can do on my own or a recommended treatment. She was my dentist at a previous dental office and when she left that practice I tracked her down and thankfully I found her at Healthy Smiles :-). The staff is very professional, friendly and courteous. They have a great team.

They gave me headphones when I was getting cleaned, and were extremely quick with everything. They explained everything in a way that I understood and somehow kept it all concise. They were extremely helpful and we will definitely come again.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and kind. When I came in for the first time, I was so impressed and ultimately RELIEVED. I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist, so much so that I neglected to go for almost 4 years. When I came here to finally take care of my teeth, everyone there made sure that I felt safe and cared for!! In fact, leading up to my second appointment, I was actually looking forward to it instead of the anxiety I used to feel with other dentists! I HIGHLY recommend that you come meet everyone here, they are all so lovely and incredibly good at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: This place makes ME smile! It’s my favorite dentist in all of Flower Mound, Dr Sangeeta and a wonderful hygienist with a kind heart and gentle hands. When I arrived I was greeted by the other dentist who works here (help! Bad with names!) but she introduced herself and shook my hand and was both welcoming and personable. That’s exactly how any doctor’s office should be - but often aren’t. If Dr Sangeeta can’t see me for some reason I know she’ll be happy to take care of me. The magic of Dr Sangeeta, though, is that she’s gotten me through bad dental work on January 14, 2021. I haven’t been able to bite down on the left side of my mouth (not even the softest food) until March 13, 2024 when she finished the work she began at a previous place. She even kept me longer than we’d planned. When the Novocain wore off I thought I was dreaming. Being in such terrible pain for that long is emotionally exhausting but I trust her to see my future dental work through. This is a small practice and it gave me the impression that they’re close and work as a team. I felt relaxed and comfortable and its somewhere I’d bring my family and recommend to anyone looking for a non-corporate atmosphere. I always update reviews if things change.

She was able to help me with a diagnosis and the crown is making my life so much better. Her bedside manner is soothing and she makes you feel safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. Experiencia fantástica: I am someone with a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist (I even went over a decade without seeing a dentist because of it). I recently switched to Healthy Smiles Dentistry after ownership of the last dental office I saw changed hands to a new dentist I didn’t like. I am very happy with my appointments here. Dr. Sangeeta has been fantastic to work with. One of the first things I had to do was get an old filling replaced. I was anxious going into it (because one of the filling replacements I had at the other dental office was painful). The appointment here, at Healthy Smiles, was completely pain free, and Dr. Sangeeta was very patient and understanding with me. This practice is technically out of network for me and it is a bit of a drive, but that is all well worth it to me for the experiences I’ve had.

Experiencia fantástica: After having seen another dentist, who was new and inexperienced, who caused me a lot of pain, TMJ complications and an expensive crown that just fell off, I went to see Dr Kulkarni on a recommendation by a friend. I was a bit nervous however she and her staff were very informative and incredibly kind, making me feel heard and comfortable. She even changed the numbing medication to something that would not give me the shakes. Which I didn’t even know they could do which helped me to be more relaxed. She and her staff made sure through out the procedure that I was okay. She is the dentist that you are looking for.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had my first visit for a cleaning after going without seeing the dentist for more time than I care to admit. The receptionist was lovely and explained everything on her side of things. My wait time was only 5 min or so. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing every step of the way so I was never out of the loop. They have some of the latest technology and there's a screen in front of the patient chair so you can see your xrays and scans and know exactly where the issues are and follow along while the dentist explains things. The dentist was highly involved in my entire appointment which really impressed me. At my previous dentist, I rarely interacted with the dentist and saw the hygienist most of the time. She checked in with me often to make sure I was doing alright. They gave me an estimate for all the work I need and did not pressure me to do it same day or at all if I didn't want to. They made it perfectly clear that they would only ever do what I agreed to. I definitely found my new dental clinic! I highly recommend them!
