Experiencia fantástica: Wow. An amazing experience. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and communicative. I came here seeking an experienced doctor who would give me an honest assessment. Dr Moss and his staff THROUGHLY looked at all my teeth/mouth/jaw and provided a thoughtful treatment plan. Then proceeded to explain everything to me and answered all my questions/concerns. I left the office beaming feeling confident and taken care of. I cannot wait to go back and get my dental issues taken care of. If you are looking for a great doctor, you just found him. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss and his staff could not be better. They prioritize the well-being of their patients and go above and beyond to provide the best possible care. Dr. Moss’s wife Polly is a registered nurse and she always has great tips for your well-being. Their office pup is the greatest comfort sitting in your lap while Dr. Moss or his staff take great care of you.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual my visit was fantastic! Would recommend any time. Just think of the fact he has been care of me fover 20 yrs !

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind and professional at Dr. Moss’s clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, Great staff

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss and his team are fantastic. The entire experience felt both professional and genuinely welcoming. Polly, is a registered nurse and took the time to walk me through important information and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. Crystal was amazing as well. She handled my X-rays and assisted during my assessment with Dr. Moss. Nancy, my hygienist, was phenomenal. She performed a deep cleaning with a very gentle touch and used a topical numbing agent on my sensitive areas, which made a big difference in my comfort. Nanc was also excellent on the administrative side. She stayed on top of all the financial details, followed up with me about my insurance, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She clearly knows her stuff. Dr. Moss was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and provided outstanding care. This was nothing like a typical dentist visit! It was a genuinely great experience. I highly recommend them. 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental exam was very thorough and my cleaning was exceptional. Brenda did a great job cleaning my teeth and it was the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had. A nurse reviewed my medical history and provided helpful information. Dr Moss and his staff were kind, professional and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I used to avoid the dentist but since finding Dr. Moss, I actually look forward to going! They make things easier for me - no pain, no stress, no sensitivity that used to create extreme pain. They are the BEST!!!! Love all the friendly folks who make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Nurse Polly goes above and beyond! Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Moss for 20 years. He and his staff provide friendly, professional care focused on quality treatment in a comfortable setting. 1st class all the way!

Experiencia fantástica: I immediately felt at home at Dr. Moss’s. office. I tend to put off dental work and I felt right at home with Dr. Moss and his entire office staff. They made me feel comfortable and the communication from Dr Moss regarding my teeth was easy to see and hear from him.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I’ve avoided going for years but a cracked tooth forced me to go, but Brad and his staff were nothing short of amazing. Keeping my experience as smooth and as painfree as possible! I would go back tomorrow without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss has been my dentist since 1992 and I've always been well taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss gave me the smile I’ve always wanted, pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Dr. Moss enough: From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Moss is not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate — a rare and wonderful combination. They took the time to explain every step of my daughter’s treatment, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being, not just their teeth. I left feeling confident in my daughter’s dental health and grateful to have found a dentist I can truly trust.

Experiencia fantástica: Brad and the staff at Brad Moss, D.D.S., PLLC are amazing! Friendly professional service in a great environment. I love the special attention and care I get during my visits. I’m sure they treat everyone the same way but they really do make you feel special. Can rave enough about them.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office staff. Dr Moss is a wonderful dentist and I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: IF YOU HATE DENTISTS, READ THIS!! Not even two minutes after my appointment, I’m sitting in my car outside Dr. Moss’s office writing this review because of how satisfied I am. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists since I was a child, and I know it’s not great, but before seeing Dr. Moss, I hadn’t been to the dentist in over four years because of my past experiences. This appointment has completely changed my perspective. If I could give more than 5 stars, I truly would. Dr. Moss and his team assured me through the whole process, giving little updates here and there, their hospitality is simply unmatched, I couldn't feel a single thing during the procedure. I truly believe Dr. Moss and his assistants are the best at what they do. I’m very, very glad I came to their office and got my three fillings done. Thank you, Dr. Moss and team!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! After a poor experience with another dentist, they were kind and took time to explain everything and were super gentle. I have found someone I can trust.

Experiencia fantástica: I am on my third dental office in less than four years living in North Texas. First was a new office, and they went out of business. The second I had a bad experience with. It was so traumatizing I haven't written that Google review yet, but I will in the near future. After that bad experience, I was attracted to this office by the peaceful environment with trees, flowers and shrubs surrounding the office. I was very happy to find that the dentist and staff are very caring, understanding of differing personal viewpoints, and allowing the patients to be including in the care plan. He has an RN on staff, and she gives me the pre-med antibiotics I require before deep cleanings due to medical concerns, and I was prescribed Diflucan to get rid of the yeast infection I almost always get from the antibiotics. The RN asked me about all the supplements I take (not just big pharma). I have to get extreme deep cleanings to keep my gum disease from progressing, and the hygienist Nancy is so good at it, the pain is very minimal; actually an enjoyable experience! They worked with me to help get the claim information in to Delta Dental so I could get my refund in time to pay my credit card bill. I am so happy and relieved to have found a great dental office I can trust and relax in!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My spouse has a debilitating medical condition and we have had several dentists not willing to treat her. We experienced the opposite with Dr Moss. Dr. Moss and his staff were beyond caring and accommodating, we are so glad to have found them. Thank you Dr Moss

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding team, meticulous dental care. Thanks Dr Moss!

Experiencia fantástica: The most thorough and comfortable dental cleaning I’ve ever had. Places like this seem to be getting harder and harder to find.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t have words to describe how well Dr Moss and his amazing staff treated me. I was absolutely terrified because I’ve put off a lot of needed care for years. They recognized this and treated me with kindness and empathy, and gently walked me through what I needed. There was no shaming, and took the time to talk through my care options. Immediate problems were addressed professionally and they took so much care to simply make sure I was comfortable! I walked out realizing that this was how normal people feel when they go to the dentist! Life changing care! Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: It was so good to be "back home again ". In Dr. Moss' office. The staff has been amazing since I first started with them in 2007. Moving away in 2019 meant a 70 mile trip each way, but I've found that is worth the time and effort. I felt seen, heard, and like being back with family.

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit and care. Staff always friendly, caring and thoughtful. Patient for 25yrs

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Moss and his entire staff. He is always a gentle dentist while working on my mouth. In all these years, he’s the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: They truly treat you like family here. Very professional and friendly staff. Will recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Southlake in 2021 and was referred to Dr. Moss by a friend. Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Moss and his team. In addition to dentistry, they have an onsite nurse helping ensure not only a bright smile but full body health. I highly recommend Dr. Moss.

Experiencia fantástica: Of all the dentists I've seen in 78 years and many states, Dr Moss is the best. Hands like an angel, very thorough, always on top of any little thing that might be a potential problem, and he's a lovely man, as well. The office takes after him...friendly, thorough, concerned.and just nice people! I'd keep coming if I moved out of state.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had 3 unit bridge and adjacent replacement filling yesterday, no discomfort during and more amazingly—no discomfort afterward!! Once the numbness wore off, it felt like I hadn’t had any work done in my mouth and that’s after a 3 1/2 hour appointment!! Dr Moss and his staff made my visit unrushed and comfortable, even though they found that extra filling while prepping my bridge. So, no extra visit or shot!! Thank you Dr Moss and Renee, you are truly exceptional!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss and his team make your dental care and comfort their top priority. They are friendly and efficient, and the office environment was designed for a relaxing experience. From massage chairs, choice of videos, custom music, and bird feeders to attract local birds to the windows, everything was designed to help you relax. The staff explains your options, proceedures, billing, medication, and aftercare, and responds thoroughly to your questions. There is an in-house discount plan available if you don't have insurance. They care for your special needs and requests, and track factors like current medications and supplements. Everything is very clean, and there are lovely details like engraved door panels to enjoy. Stop in for a visit, you'll thank yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I just have to say that Nancy is the absolute best hygienist ever. She truly cares about your teeth and is a wealth of knowledge about how to care for teeth. She tells you like it is and if you follow her instructions you will have great check ups! Dr. Moss has been my dentist for many years. He is very caring and gentle. I never have any anxiety about going to the dentist with Dr. Moss. Thank you so much Nancy, Dr. Moss, Polly and everyone at the office. They are all fabulous.

Experiencia fantástica: This Grandpa made it to Dallas only to bite into a gluten free pizza that pulled off my gold crown. Dr. Moss was able to take my emergency request for an appointment on Monday. Polly greeted me and introduced His super friendly, but professional staff. After a shorter than expected wait, Dr. Moss was able to x-ray and spot some areas of concern to show my dentist when I returned. Dr. Moss was able to temporarily and securely replace the old crown and send me on my way to enjoy the holiday with my family. I want to thank Dr. Moss and his entire staff. Should I need dental care in the future, I would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss and his staff are awesome. Special thank you to Polly who helped me during the visit yesterday. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Moss and His staff are incredible at making you feel comfortable and making all the nervousness to melt away

Experiencia fantástica: Great location and staff… Always available to help and a very unique dental experience! Love the atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: Caring staff that does excellent work and makes you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore and neither will you when you go see Dr. Moss and his amazing staff!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss and his staff truly pay to detail! And patient comfort!

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new dentist and decided to call based on other reviews I had seen. Best decision I could have ever made. Dr. Moss and his entire staff were amazing. Best dentist, best experience I've ever had. I've found a place where they actually care.

Experiencia fantástica: Best office around. Quality dental work. Dr. Moss took good care of me. Very gentle touch. His staff is great as well. I just love my Hygienist, Brenda. She's the best. I highly recommend this office. I will be telling everyone I know.

Experiencia fantástica: Compassionate care for my father who had issues due to cancer treatment. They were friendly, got him an appointment quickly (not months away like so many places). Everything we hoped to find and more.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent practice! Conservative approach to care and has a fabulous staff. Everyone is top notch. Your in good hands with Dr Moss and wife Polly.

Experiencia fantástica: A sizable share of Dr Moss’s patients are physicians. This tells you all you need to know. He is not a one size fits all patient (and insurance) factory. He provides the ultimate in individual care and he (along with his staff) are very highly skilled. Here is yet another Dr Moss true story- I was in Orlando on day one of a planned family Disney vacation. An old crown in the back broke (while riding the “Slinky Dog”), so I got on the first flight back to Dallas for an emergency visit to Moss dentistry. He repaired/bonded the broken section allowing me to return to my vacation. My new crown is scheduled when I return from Orlando. Masterful! You cannot get this level of care from the patient factories.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Moss is an excellent dentist! He is very knowledgeable, smart, caring and patient! He takes time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. He has done an amazing job in taking care of my teeth! All of the staff are friendly , caring and great also! I highly recommend Dr Moss!

Experiencia fantástica: Been very pleased with Dr. Moss. Both he and his staff (Polly, Betty, Brenda…) are great and very attentive. I recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dr Moss are the best in Texas!! Quality care and the Best Dental work ever. They are caring, gentle and strive for perfection!! I would recommend then to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional Office is very clean and organized My appointments are always on time I never have a wait time Tatiana spent alot of time with me today. She very professional and explained everything in detail for me . Dr Moss very professional explained all options to me

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about Dr. Moss, Polly, Betty, and the entire staff. My daughter had an issue with her tooth and I was about to go out of town, leaving her with my Mom, and I was so concerned I’d be gone and she would struggle with pain. I was comforted with calls from Dr. Moss and Betty, making sure she was ok while I was out of town, and they took time from their time off of work to make sure everything was ok. Polly is always a ray of sunshine when you arrive at the office, and truly cares about all of my family members. THANK YOU Dr. Moss from the entire Kennedy family. We are so grateful for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I really love the staff….from the front desk to all the dental hygienist, and assistants. They are kind, attentive, and always know my name. Dr. Moss is excellent in his work, and is always wanting to make sure that I am comfortable while having a procedure. I cant’t say enough good things about Dr. Moss and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Moss and his staff for the last year after looking for a new dentist. I am so pleased to have found them. Wonderful doctor and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Imagine a dentist that has a practice where their ultimate goal is to make sure your teeth are in the best shape possible. This is that very place. Brad Moss and his team are thorough, conscientious, personable and efficient. You don’t feel rushed, you feel valued. They develop an individual plan for you based on current and future needs. You leave knowing exactly what needs to be done and what should be done via a short and long term plan. He may not be the least expensive or even in network for your insurance plan, but he is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Moss and the staff are always great!! Best Dentist we have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I have not seen Dr. Moss in 20 years but due to concerns I have with my current Dentist, I felt the need for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Moss's staff was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to get me quickly screened and checked in. Dr. Moss answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly and we now have a treatment plan in place. I will say, he is not an approved provider for any insurance Dental Plan, but he does offer his patients the opportunity to sign up for reduced costs on cleanings, and discounts on major dental procedures, which is helpful. You know what they say, "you get what you pay for", and, in my opinion, Dr. Moss is worth the price.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Moss and team provide professional and compassionate care. Excellent service.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Moss has always taken very good care of me and my family. His staff work hard for us and are kind and very good at what they do. I recommend him highly

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Dr Moss’s office is always A+. I would never go anywhere else! Wonderful professional staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m still going to see Dr. Moss for all my dental needs as well as my husband. I had Invisalign put in and it worked really well for my teeth. He also recommended that I get a night guard and it works because I tend to grind my teeth at night. He is very caring as well as his staff. I would highly recommend him for your family dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent practice, great people..actually look forward to dental appointment thanks to Dr Moss and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Brad Moss. I’ve been a patient there for 2 years now. All the lady’s in the office are so very nice especially Mrs. Moss. I had to get a good deal of work done and I choose to be sedated. 4 hours worth of dental work done ! I barley remember it. There was a nurse w me the whole time. The nurse called me the next day to make sure I was ok, taking meds and following the post- op directions.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff was professional, courteous and very caring about my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been going to Dr. Moss for decades. We can’t recommend him and his team highly enough as everyone at the practice is fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: As always Dr Moss and everyone in his office (Polly) & Nancy are so sweet, we love coming in and getting our teeth cleaned. Thank you so much!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone’s super caring and you can tell they love what they do! Dr Moss is very friendly and thorough. Very happy we made a switch to his practice

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best dentist in the metroplex. Dr Moss and his team are amazing- I trust them with anything I need! Natalia and Shannon are the best assistants; kind, informative, and knowledgeable! Thank you for your great care!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was friendly and very personable. Had my teeth whitened and it was very efficient. S, McHugh was the assistant who whitened my teeth and she made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Moss' office

They lead with empathy and really know their patients. They even went out of their way to help my family with doctor recommendations since we are new to the area. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Dr. Moss and his staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my dental care was meticulously checked and addressed. Five Stars all the way!
