I am very pleased with how thorough she was with explaining my care needs and assessing my dental issues and the way my cleaning was conducted. I will be returning and would recommend this location. - I will not be returning due to how rude the receptionist is after asking a question about billing issues.

I had a root canal and came here with no insurance. Every staff member here is pleasant, professional and attentive to your needs. They truly value their customers. Every time I have come here to get work done, I walk out with a smile . They have been very flexible with my circumstances not having insurance to having insurance and offer flexible payment plans. HOWEVER‼️ You should definitely request copies of your invoices and keep a paper trail. Several times over the phone was I told I had x amount left to pay and when I went in for my appointment to pay, there was like an extra $60 to $80 in addition from what I was told over the phone which makes me skeptical of their billing.

Experiencia negativa: If you are looking for reliable dental work, go elsewhere. My crown from Santa Clara Family Dental fell out 4 times within 1.5 years. Each time was a major hassle, and to make matters worse, they attempted to bill me for these repairs despite the recurring failure of their work. They sent me the bill directly without going through the insurance and as a result I had to ask my insurance company to reach out to them. I eventually went to a different dental office to have it fixed and it has not come loose since then. It is clear there was a technical deficiency at this practice. While Dr. Sajid and Dr. Saghezchi are friendly people, the results simply didn't hold up.

Experiencia negativa: Every service apart from cleaning I got have 2 charges. First is the price they quote before treatment. The second is the price they say after treatment saying insurance didn't pay them full. The strange part is, the second charge is more then the first part. If they quoted 150$ initially, then they will ask for additional 250$ later. I don't see this problem after moving to a different dental hospital. I also want mention about the receptionist, who acts all nice. But, if we ask any question. She is very rude and arrogant. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

But later work was done vety poorly and we are unhappy to be replacing the work done Thousands of dollars. If niceness is your reason to go to a dentist then plenty of it. If you are wondering why this place has so many glowing reviews, because they literally ask you to review them when you visit asking you to do that in front of them. It gets hard to refuse Dr Sajid is quite unfriendly, but more importantly my rating is because they quoted me needing worth $20,000 of out of pocket expenses and lots of dental work including root canals and filings. I visited a different dentist 6 months later and they said I don’t need any dental work, and the recommended work should be symptom based, and given I didn’t have any issues, I should be fine. It is appalling how Santa Clara family dental made up work I absolutely urgently had to do and were very pushy about getting follow up appointments scheduled. Avoid at all cost! Edit - And there is no mistake, I have been to this place. Very conveniently they use this tactic to save themselves

I thought I found a good dentist, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I first visited this office, I specifically asked for details on what my insurance would cover for the services I needed. I followed up multiple times and was assured I’d receive an email, which never came. After the services were completed, I was blindsided by a large bill that I’m still paying off. To make matters worse, I had an appointment scheduled for this month, which I confirmed multiple times. Then, I was informed they decided to close for the day before Thanksgiving without prior notice. The lack of organization is unacceptable. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing this office. They’ve lost my business.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been visiting this clinic for about 3 years and have had several treatments done here. Everyone is very friendly and professional. This includes the staff I interact with frequently: Dr. Sajid, Dr. Nguyen, Zahra, Mona, and Jennifer. Dr. Sajid and Dr. Nguyen are excellent at what they do. I’ve had 4 crowns done there, and they were patient, careful, and made sure to address all my concerns. I can count on them to take care of any dental issues. Mona is incredibly kind and gentle. I’ve also noticed that Dr. Sajid and Mona work very well together; they don’t need to communicate much because Mona instinctively knows what Dr. Sajid needs. Zahra is super helpful with scheduling and very knowledgeable about insurance. She will figure out any issues for you. The hygienist, Jennifer, is very patient and detail-oriented. She’s also very knowledgeable. I had a deep pocket in my gum that used to swell frequently. Jennifer recommended a treatment, and since then, the swelling hasn’t returned, and the deep pocket is now under control.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! A friend suggested I see Dr.Sajid for my Invisalign treatment, and I could not be happier with the results. She was able to get my teeth straight as I suffered from an open bite for years, which took nearly 2 years to correct. The hygienists are also very skilled and kind and I always feel so welcome each time I come in for an appointment (especially Jennifer!). It's a bit pricey but I also highly recommend checking out their Zoom whitening treatment. They take care of their clients and I'm very lucky to have found such a great dental team.

The office manager misunderstood me a few times. She canceled my visit instead of reschedule and booked me a long crown visit when I specifically asked for a cleaning and check up.
