My wife called the office earlier in the week to set up appointments for our two daughters, and everything went smoothly and efficiently. When we arrived today, Dr. Jason assisted us. Experiencia positiva: Love my dentist, the people, and facility; everyone does a thorough job. However, I'd love to give them a 5 star but, they are always late. We had 3 folks including myself sit in the waiting room. Unsure what their appointment times were but I got there 10 minutes before my appointment then got seen 15-17 minutes after my appointment time. They did offer free special floss to make up for the wait. Just got to get timing better :). But will always be a patient as long as I live near by.

He’s always engaging in small talk which puts you at ease when you go to the dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and they always do their best to try and warm up, the water since cold water seems to really trigger my teeth.

They were very helpful when I had a cavity during the early days of the pandemic, and have been helpful and supportive since then. Dr. Lee provided jaw exercises for me when I mentioned my jaw was sore, worked with me to help me get a custom mouth guard, and takes the time to listen to my tooth and mouth problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Santa Clara. I've been seeing Dr. Lee and his team for four years now, nearly 5, and I can't recommend them enough. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lee and his team are excellent professionals. One of his hygienists, "Sush," is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is very, very thorough in cleaning your teeth. She is also sweet and kind in her manner, explains everything well, and checks in during cleaning to make sure you are comfortable. This office has all the latest equipment so makes the cleaning efficient and x-rays easy. I was having trouble getting the information from Delta Dental for billing, but Dr. Lee understood and let me come in and work it out after the appointment - which I did. I had thought I might have to reschedule the appointment but he trusted me which I appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: Long over due for my review since I should have written a review right when I walked out. Little background. I had a dentist before...not the greatest place and not the cleanest. I've had 1 crown replaced and a new one placed in. So 2 crowns. Long story short. 1 got infected, tooth sensitivity for a year. Dentist didn't listen to me and waved off my problems. That was my old dentist. Now for The Smile Company. First appointment, I came late...sorry. I called the office and said I was a little lost and the person on the other end of the line gave me clear instructions and even came out of the dental office to wait for me. I later found out she is the front office manager there, Cathy. Super nice person all around. As soon as I did walk into the office I noticed how clean it was there, it didn't remind me of a dental office nor did it smell like one. The typical smells of latex, tooth dust and caked on tooth paste. Better ventilation maybe? Clean for sure. I got there late but they were quick to see me. Usually other dental offices it takes 10-15 min to get seated but this was instant. As I sat down on the dental chair I was surprised that it was also massaging my back? Okay didn't know I was at a dental spa. Right when I was seated, I got my X rays done by Joselin, super friendly and didn't just jam the x ray thing in my mouth. I'm sure theres a professional term for the tool. But really appreciate that my gums did not come out in pain after the x rays. Very delicate and also attention to detail when doing the x rays. After I got my x rays done Dr Lee greeted me and also super friendly. Walked me through the x rays and listened to my concerns about my 2 problem teeth. Not only did he listen but he pulled up the x rays of those 2 crowns and explained to me why I was having pain and explained it to me in plain English, not medical terms that I wouldn't understand. He took my concerns and understood that my tooth was sensitive and carefully did test. After that he explained to me what was causing the pain and then followed up with how to take care of the pain and if I wanted there are other options. So I wasn't just presented with 1 option, but with multiple options. After checking my main concern he wanted to check if my insurance covered cleaning/other stuff and asked Cathy to look into my insurance provider. Me thinking it'd take a couple minutes...Cathy ahead of the game already did her research earlier and already knew the answer so 0 wait time. She anticipated the needs for patients and for the Dr's questions. He took really good care cleaning my teeth and I wasn't in any pain when I was getting my teeth cleaned, I'm usually dreading it but this time I was surprised that not only was my back getting a massage but it felt like my teeth were getting a massage also from the cleaning??? Dental spa indeed. Once my cleaning was done Brittany helped finish up and flossed my teeth. She also said she would be careful around my 2 sensitive teeth. I don't have trust issues but when a Dr says on the count of 3 and they go on 2...so I was waiting for the pain to happen around my teeth when it was getting flossed. In this case though she did in fact take caution around those teeth, literally felt nothing, no pain. She also let me know when she was about to floss there as a heads up. Honestly, I wouldn't have even known. Trust gained! After I had this gel applied to my teeth which would help with the health of my teeth and she let me know that it would be sticky for a little and not to eat or drink for a hour after it is applied. I don't know if this is uncomfortable for some people but I quite enjoyed it. My teeth felt comfy. Never thought I'd say that after a teeth cleaning. Once done, Cathy had set me up with a new appointment and gave me options of which worked best with my schedule and also gave me a little dental goodie bag. Wooo haven't gotten one since I was a kid. Overall I had a great experience at this dental office and I can't thank the staff enough for taking care of me and listening to my concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a regular customer of Smile Company at Monticello Apartments. I really enjoy the service provided by them. I’ve worked Claudine a couple of times during my regular cleanings and she is pretty good at what she does and goes the extra mile to make me feel at ease with her cleaning tools. Dr Jason checks up on each cleaning visit with a full evaluation of the state of my teeth and gums followed by plans for care. I haven’t felt the pressure to go for procedures I don’t need immediately. All in all, I get the sense that Dr Jason and his team are a close knit community of professionals who share the same ethic of providing their patients with the best dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lee and his staff were so amazing to me. I have TMJ disorder and I had a broken tooth in the back on the bottom. I require a lot of breaks so that I don't get headaches, or, worse, have my jaw dislocate. They did a great job of giving me breaks, checking in on how I was doing, and letting me know what was going on and when my next break would be coming. I have such trust, now, after my first crown with Dr. Lee, which means a lot when you get nervous about certain issues.

I used to not like going to the dentist because they would be so rough even a basic cleaning would leave my gums sore. But Claudine was so gentle and she’s constantly checking on me throughout the cleaning to make sure I’m comfortable. She was also very informative whenever I had questions, even pulled out an infographic at the end to explain what’s happening on my x-ray which I really appreciate. Dr. Lee checked on me too after my cleaning was done to make sure everything was good. He was super sweet and friendly energy. Office was veryyyy clean and welcoming, the chair that I was laying in even had a massager. Also, love it that they give out samples of Cocofloss and take home care packages after the appointment. It’s the little things that made my experience so wonderful, can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you!
