The staff was welcoming and friendly, and everyone was very patient explaining the procedures, payments, and my exam details. No overselling or unnecessary procedures. I’m going back for the cleaning soon. Glad I’ve found a great dentist! High recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Toy and his team here are amazing. Our 3 year-old daughter had an emergency tooth issue. His team was kind of enough to squeeze us in at the last minute. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. And, most importantly, Dr. Toy was so great with our daughter. He was explained the process and was gentle in providing treatment. She loved her experience and now looks forward to going to the dentist. My husband and I are also patients here. Not only is Dr. Toy a skilled dentist, but he provides you with all the options and recommends the best approach for your situation even if it's the less expensive one. We feel such relief that we're working with an ethical dentist who does not try to oversell us on the most expensive approach. I highly recommend Dr. Toy and his team!

Very gentle and he never nags at you to floss your teeth or if he does, he is very kind about it. Also his hygienists and dental assistances have all be beyond amazing !!! Again, gentle and making sure you are comfortable and everyone in his office and Dr. Delong have a kind and fun personality to boot. We are 100 percent satisfied - so satisfied in fact that we have now retired and live 2 hours away from his office and we still go to him - which speaks volumes... UPDATE: This review is now written about Dr, Toy and his staff who we now use since Dr Delong retired approx. 1.5 years ago: Dr, Toy, his super friendly and efficient front office manager Iona/Mona, Kathy his associate dental expert extraordinaire ;-) and Lorna his gentle and kind dental hygienist -- are an incredible team !!! Dr. Toy is a very great communicator, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality to boot ! Kathy who formerly assisted Dr. Delong has been with this practice for absolute ages, and knows everything inside and out, plus is especially a joy to work with and be worked upon. Iona.Mona was also with Dr. Delong and greets you with a sincere smile and a wonderful efficiency that is rare in today's working world and Lorna is utterly sweet, kind, also very thorough and super gentle. All in all - I would rate them a 9.7 out of 10 - and since I rarely give a 10, they are as closest to that as can be !!!

I've been a customer of this practice since its inception. The new Dentist, Dr. Toy, is just as nice as Dr. De Long was, and the new hygienist has the same friendly, gentle qualities Marrysa did.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Toy is amazing! He took over for Dr. Delong over a year ago. Always a bit nerve racking having to establish with a new dentist but I really like him. He greets you and sits down and talks to you for a bit before jumping into dental details. He makes sure that I understand and agree to his plan of any dental work I need before we proceed. He handles my high anxiety and hatred for dental procedure like a champ! His staff is AMAZING! So nice, so accommodating. Everyone who walks in is greeted with a smile and they always remember some sort of detail about your life that makes you feel like family. He did do a filling in one of our visits. The numbing shot had minimal pain, he listened to my request that I tend to need more lidocaine than other patients and walked me through each step of the process. I also appreciated that he updated me on things like “5 more minutes” or the “scary drilling is over”. If you’re looking for a great dentist who is honest, will only do dental work as needed and has a great staff, I’d definitely consider this place. :)
