1 month ago Experiencia fantástica: I am terrified of going to the dentist!!!! Isabell’s warm kindness is what got me to come in. Brianna was gentle and made me comfortable with a warm hand wax treatment. Dr. Jen was great! No judgement whatsoever. I haven’t seen a dentist in over a decade. I felt discouraged and embarrassed. Dr. Jen was so positive, gentle, very thorough, and had a game plan. I appreciate that. No other dentist had worked with me like that. It makes me want to continue dental care with this office. They went above and beyond replacing a failing tooth with a new crown an extra filling plus new patient diag and a cleaning, all in one visit! I originally came as a referral from my husband, who had work done with Dr. Jenn and could not recommend them enough and now I completely understand why. From the friendly phone greeting to the handwritten thank-you notes, every detail feels thoughtful and professional. The entire team is incredibly kind and immediately puts you at ease. They use Solea lasers for fillings, which are so much less invasive than traditional drilling and honestly make fillings so much easier and more comfortable. Dr. Jenn is the literal tooth fairy - so gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. She does phenomenal work and makes the whole experience feel calm and positive. 5 months ago Experiencia negativa: This place is amazing. I had to look for a dentist for my 3 year old and she loves it. They have a kids play room and the kids room has a tv on the ceiling for the kids to watch. Dr chloe and isabel were amazing EDIT: I am since changing my review. My regular dentist does not take children under 4 and I wanted to take my daughter in to get comfortable with going to the dentist. I just wanted a check up and made it clear I only wanted to get what the insurance would cover. We went in and everything was fine. She asked if I had any questions and I asked about her mouth breathing and the dentist informed me about some things about it and how to fix it. They did not have me pay before leaving like a normal dental clinic and said they had to run it through insurance and would bill me and set up my next appointment. I get an email a week or 2 later and they charged an extra amount for just asking a question and called it a consultation and slapped 350$ on it. My out of pocket for it was only about 70$ish and I was like whatever ill just pay it when we go in for our next appointment which dentist appointments are usually every 6 months which my current dentist normally says is okay. Since then I swear I have been getting harassed about paying. Ive been getting emails and texts and letters and the letters even say happy holidays at the bottom lol. This place seemed pretty cool at first but Its just not it. Big and fancy and I see how they can pay for it all by nickel and dimeing everything they can out of you. I will be paying and canceling my appointment. Very disappointed in the lack of communication on costs.

As a business owner, I’m always paying attention to great service, and I consistently find it with your team at Bittner Family Dentistry. Today, I especially want to recognize the exceptional care Franchesca provided. From the moment she entered the room, she introduced herself and made me feel comfortable. She kept me informed throughout the appointment, made thoughtful suggestions, and updated my chart with care. Her professionalism and rapport with Dr. Chloe stood out to me as they worked seamlessly together, which impressed me greatly. Every step of the way, Franchesca was professional, attentive, and a wonderful representative of your practice. I’m grateful I was assigned to her today. Always a friendly face to greet you in Tom and Isabel. The hygenist was a "fill in" and was just as thorough as regular hygenists at BFDG. Dr Chloe always so kind. Expert care all around. Thanks Bittner Family Dental Group for continuing the level of care i have experienced since 1973 and three generations. New visit today, Hygentist Cora is great. She makes getting teeth cleaned PLEASANT. I want to point out how they are Always friendly, always accommodating and State of the art Equipment. laser vs drilling, crowns same visit so you don't have to come back. Saw Dr Jerry III today and he is so knowledgeable, great with my questions. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. I’ve Been Going to Bittner Family Dentistry since 1973~ Wow, that makes me old! 10 out of 10 stars again.

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chloe is amazing! My 8 year old son had an awful canker sore on his tongue that made him barely sleep and eat for days, when I found out about the laser treatment we booked it instantly and Dr Chloe squeezed us in. This treatment took only a few minutes and was completely painless, my son felt nothing, and was crazy how quickly he started to feel better. He was able to eat/drink like normal, and sleep through the night. By the next morning he was almost in no pain anymore at all... highly recommend both Dr Chloe and this amazing laser treatment!

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: 4 years ago, my front teeth were seriously decayed. Dr. Jenn treated my front teeth with laser and fillings instead of doing root canals. These teeth are still in very good condition and I haven't have any problems with them since. This week I got recommended to do two root canals at another clinic due to a extremely sensitive tooth. I came to Bittner Family Dental Clinic again and met Dr. Jenn for a second opinion. During the exam, she found out that my cold sensitivity was normal when she used an endo cool spray, and saw that my bites were not aligning. So she suspected that was the problem and polished my teeth to make my bites align. After that tons of pressure were taken off my tooth. Its only been a day and my teeth feel a lot better. She helped me avoid unnecessary invasive treatments and helped me retain my natural tooth! Dr. Jenn finds the best treatment for her patients and I strongly recommend her.

I have seen Dr. Jerry Bittner twice now and I have never worked with someone so personable and professional. He is a highly trained and smart dentist. He made me feel comfortable and safe when getting a cavity filled. Their office uses the latest technology and everything they do is so fast and efficient, yet incredibly thorough. She’s not only extremely skilled, but also incredibly kind, caring and honest. What truly stands out is that she doesn’t stop until you feel 100% happy with the result — never rushed, never “good enough.” I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else for anything major or meaningful when it comes to my smile. Her professionalism is unmatched, and you can feel that she treats you like family — always doing what she would want for someone she truly cares about. Everywhere I go, people compliment me on my smile and say how beautiful it looks. That’s entirely thanks to Dr. Eitutis and her amazing work. This is funny to say about a dentist office but going there has truly become one of our family’s happy places. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to coordinate our appointments seamlessly. Our kids actually look forward to visiting the dentist here, which is a huge win for us as parents. Personally, I enjoy the extra pampering with paraffin wax for my hands during cleanings. 10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: 100% would recommend to anyone who suffers from TMJ migraines. The staff in general were extremely nice and thorough to make sure that Botox would be the best option for me. I am not the best when it comes to needles, but I honestly didn’t feel the injections at all and they made it so easy to not be in fear of the needles. I’m about 2 weeks post injection and I haven’t felt any facial pressure. Could not recommend them enough and if you’re thinking of getting it done, I would highly recommend it. It’s been a life changer for me.

They stayed late and saw me! The quality of the work is excellent and they care about your comfort. I’m a nurse and I have a critical eye; I can happily and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jerry. 11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: My smile is back! My journey with Bittner Family Dental Group started back in June of 2023 with 3 chipped teeth one in front that made my smile disappear. Met Dr. Jerry and his team, my job floss, brush, rinse and Invisalign's. There job, get my smile back. Dr. Jerry is the 3rd generation dentist, his practice will be growing and thriving for years to come, that is such a comfort. Every appointment treatment and teeth cleaning, I experienced wonderful service, friendly staff, and it was a pleasure to be taken care of by this team. They always made sure I understood how much it was going to cost ahead of time, my portion and my benefits portion, if any. I was able to budget and have everything paid for, no surprise mark-up here, love that. Dr. Jerry's experience and expertise is priceless. It's now May 2025 and my smile is back. 11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had nothing but horrible and traumatic experiences with dentists throughout my life, so to say I was anxious walking into Bittner Family Dental Group would be an understatement. My husband Adam—whose family has been going to Bittner for years—recommended I give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first visit, Dr. Chloe Bittner and her team made me feel at ease. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Paraphin Wax hand massage, music, all to relax. They’ve not only been incredibly kind and understanding but have helped me improve my dental hygiene in ways I never thought possible. Even when our personal beliefs occasionally impacted the treatment plan, the team worked with us professionally. During each of my three pregnancies, they were careful and accommodating about x-rays, and they were persistent but open-minded when discussing non-fluoride options. Dr. Chloe is truly wonderful—warm, personable, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel heard and never judged. We will be looking at scheduling appointments for our children as well. I can’t recommend Dr. Chloe enough!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of The Bittner Dental Group for 8 years now. I needed a lot of dental work. The experience of walking in with a warm chary greeting from Tom and Isabel, and I'm off for a teeth cleaning. Shelby is very caring and thorough and has great suggestions for teeth maintenance. I now have a water pik and ultrasonic cleaner for my retainers. Thanks, Selby I don't think my teeth have every been so clean. Dr. Jen then does a full exam inspecting every tooth and reviewing my x-rays. This time it's time for 2 crown replacements as they are very old. I was able to get an appointment with 2 days. I walked in friendly greetings. Massage chair. First Class. After 1 1/2 hours I had 2 crowns removed and 2 new ones placed and the best part was I was able eat right away. All state of the art equipment. Dr. Jen is very professional, caring, gentle and a perfectionist, (I'm not the easiest patient - I'm a mouth breather - sorry Dr. Jen) When you leave her dental chair your teeth are perfect! I've also seen Dr. Jerry Sr. who came in on a holiday because I broke a molar. I was in a lot of pain and really needed help right away. Dr. Jerry Sr. was very caring and so helpful. Two days later I was off to start an implant. Dr. Mancuso the surgeon onsite already had my chart and x-ray. His staff was great as well and my implant worked out perfect. Going to the dentist is not always fun but I always look forward to my checkups and to see all the latest greatest stuff they have and all the friendly staff. Everyone there is great. I received a letter from my insurance company, looking for information that I did not have about a procedure done a few months previously, and if they didn’t get that info they would deny the payments. Quite threatening to say the least. So I brought the letter in and Tom and Yasenia looked into it. It showed that Vicki had already taken care of it, and I was free to toss that in the trash and not worry about it. I walked out happy for a very different reason than most of my visits there. I started with the patriarch of the family, Dr. Gerarld Bittner, over a decade ago. As he has passed the torch to his two talented children, Chloe and Jerry, I couldn't be more pleased. I came in after the Thanksgiving holiday for a broken molar. The Bittner team was able to get me in and fix the molar with a custom-made porcelain crown on the spot using a Kappler 3D machine. Skill, knowledge, and technology make them stand out from all the rest in the in Silicon Valley.

I broke one of my front teeth in half in a bike accident and I was referred to Bittner Dental Group by some acquaintances. I was so nervous about the extent of dental work needed to fix this, especially since all that I’ve ever had done is cleanings and some cavities filled in the past. Dr. Jen was so informative, patient, and kind with me and she was able to save my tooth! My smile looks even better than it did before the accident and the whole process went so smoothly from the initial consultation to the actual procedures and follow ups. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this practice! They truly have saved my health in ways that I could never have imagined. Part of a personal testimony, I was going to a previous office and voiced that something was not right with my teeth and that I felt like something was heavy underneath my lower front anteriors (what I thought to be calculus - hardening of plaque) my old office shrugged it off and told me to come in in 2 weeks. But I knew in my spirit that I did not have 2 weeks to wait because something was seriously wrong. So I called Bittner Family Dental Group, and voiced my concerns. They took me very seriously and listened intently, getting me in right away. I thank God everyday for them because it turns out that they were able to detect a huge tumor! They did what my old office had failed to do- they listened with not only urgency, but with sooo much compassion and support!!! These folks truly do care about their patients and not only are phenomenal with their dentistry skills, but have the best bedside manner I have ever encountered in a dental office. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chloe Bittner was my dentist who replaced my crown. She has great bedside manner and is so professional. Like most sane people, no one likes to have dental work but it's absolutely necessary unless we want to have no teeth as we age. Dr. Chloe Bittner will make you comfortable and perform what needs to be done with minimal inconvenience. I received work I had a cracked crown and waited almost 3 months to have it repaired. Reason- i thought it would be really painful. It was not. So happy with her team and how terrific the work turn out. I had no issue with my bite or imprecise sizing after she was finished. Don't take my word- go see her.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I was reccomended this place by their receptionist Isabel because they took my insurance (aetna) and ever since then I've been sooo grateful! At first I was a little hesitant comming in because its been so long since I've seen a denist due to the anxiety of finding a good one. The staff is so friendly and informative about what's going on with my teeth plus I didn't feel shamed for taking so long to find a denist like other denists would. So far I've had a cavity laser filling with Dr Jerry. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They even have massage chairs and hand wax as you're getting your teeth done. Never had that experience elsewhere. They also do invisalign at the location too if you're interested. Isabel broke down the costs, made everything clear, and placed the extra effort to see if I could get any other discounts for it. Again thanks to Isabel for reccomending this place to me and I will be comming back for any future denist appointments!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: The entire team at Bittner Family Dental Group is outstanding! I see Dr. Chloe Bittner as my regular dentist and she is wonderful. I have dealing with bruxism for a very long time and the side effects that come with it (tension headaches, broken/chipped teeth and disrupted sleep to name a few). Dr. Chloe recommended Botox therapy which has greatly reduced the tension in my jaw muscles and alleviated my symptoms. If you have similar issues with bruxism I highly recommend booking an appointment with her for treatment. My family goes to Bittner Family Dental Group for all of our preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry (including Invisalign) needs. There is no one else we would trust and you won’t find a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly dental team in town. Highly recommend!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give more than five stars. I’m a thoroughly impressed with my recent experience with the Bittner team. The moment I called I was greeted by a helpful staff member who was able to schedule me given my limited availability and confidently answered any question I had. I was warmly welcomed by the same staff member upon my arrival who gave me a short tour of the practice, which was spotless. The technicians, assistants, and hygienists provided care at an excellent level, making sure I was comfortable during the various imaging and cleaning processes. I expressed my desire for whitening to the staff members who were able to accommodate me for another hour at the end of my visit, where I was reclined in a massage chair watching a movie. The technology at this practice is truly the latest and greatest! A cavity was discovered during my visit, Dr. Chloe Bittner was able to instantly perform a laser filling - no numbing, no loud drills, no pain, no scheduling another appointment… Unbelievably, my cavity was filled 10 minutes later. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, hospitality, competency, and composure. I wish I would have found a dental practice like this sooner. Truly an amazing experience, setting the bar higher than I imagined possible!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend the Bittner Family Dental Group enough. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist but the whole team made me feel comfortable, explained everything I should expect, and asked what was most important for me. The staff feels like they’re one big family and their office is clean and organized. I’ve only had 2 visits with them but my teeth and gums are feeling so much healthier. Also, at my first appointment with them I was asked to removed my necklace for X-rays. At my own fault, I didn’t clasp my necklace again leading to my pendant getting lost. When I called the office to ask them to keep an eye for it, I pulled back up and their staff was looking for it everywhere, including the parking lot. They moved everything in their office helping me find it. Isabel ended up finding it in my car! This necklace is important to me as my husband received this from his father when he was 13 years old and told him to give it to the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with. This is the necklace my husband used to purpose to me with. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Bittner Family Dental and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I called several places, but great caring service began with a gentle greeting from Tom. I was in a lot of pain and was probably slurring my words, but I got to speak with Sue and she scheduled me to come in within a couple of hours. The office staff greeted me in a welcoming manner and I felt important . Once settled in the room, I was so impressed by the cleanliness and by the state of the art technology. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: We had a very traumatizing experience at a pediatric dentist for one of my daughters. When we were referred to Dr Bittner's office we were happy to give it a go. Well the outcome was phenomenal, from the laser technology for fillings to the gentle approach by Dr Chloe and her team it ended up being the opposite of traumatic for my daughter. She actually said she wanted to go back afterwards. Dr Chloe didn't push for additional work like the other dentist claiming my daughter needed all these crowns and nitrous oxide (which she didn't by the way) The laser made it alot easier and we know our daughter's well being was prioritized. I would think twice about ever considering a pediatric dentist for my two children and just go to Dr Bittner's office!

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Alexis was my hygienist for my last appointment at Bittner. People like her are the reason I won’t go anywhere else. I see Jennifer too who is also awesome. They are all friendly, professional and have a wonderful bedside manner. You get the royal treatment there and I can’t imagine a better place. If there was an option for 6 stars they should get it. Oh and I’m a single mom so sometimes have a hard time finding coverage and needed to bring my daughter with me. Alexis was so sweet with her and how she included her. They gave her a prize and a balloon. And the parafin wax for your hands while they work on you ?…Genius. this place is top notch

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I found Bittner Family dental while trying to find a dentist office that accommodates for anxious patients. As soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by the front people, I knew this was the place for me. From the consultation, to the actual procedure, and the complimentary follow up appointment, my experience couldn’t have been better. My whole life I have struggled with a fear of needles and had to be consciously sedated for my procedure (root canal + crown). Leading up to the appointment, I was an anxious mess and was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to get sedated enough to have the procedure done. I was very much wrong. I didn’t feel the needle, or honestly anything else at all. The recovery process went very smoothly and was able to go on a planned trip a couple days after. They are now my regular dentists and every employee I have come across has been unbelievably sweet and accommodating. Kendra, the dental assistant, is one of the sweetest people and is always a delight to be around. Dr Jerry Bittner was very accommodating and highly skilled and educated. It all seems like they truly enjoy what they do and want the best for their patients. All in all, my experience couldn’t have been better. All of my worries were addressed and they were truly listened to as well. It can be more on the pricey side, but it is well worth it. They have the most up-to-date technology and training. If you’re looking for the best of the best, go to Bittner Family Dental! If you’re an anxious or nervous patient (or know someone who is), go to Bittner Dental. It truly feels more like a spa than a dentists office (you can even ask for the paraffin hand wax).

Had my first appointment with their practice and was immediately satisfied with my decision to travel the extra distance from where I live to be seen by Dr. Chloe and the rest of the team. When I set foot I was greeted with very warm welcomes from Isabel at the front desk and after filling out my initial paperwork I was given a tour of the facility before having a consultation on what were my needs and future dental hygiene goals with being a patient of their practice. From there on out, I received very friendly and professional care from the assistants Molly, Gerome, and Krubel when it came time for X-rays and 3D imaging of my teeth and jaw and other research gathering processes. Dr. Chloe performed the teeth cleaning herself with me as well as the filling for my first cavity and made sure the entire time I was informed of her findings as well making sure I was never in any discomfort or pain. She also educated me on better product solutions and practices for my personal dental hygiene in order to set me up for success for the future. I am very happy to be a patient of their practice going forward knowing they very well have my health top of mind! A+ 10/10. Also, they do a complimentary hand wax during your visit, do not skip out!! Very calming during the visit and you leave with very soft hands afterwards!

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I was unhappy with the service that was being provided by the new dentist, when my dentist retired. My grand daughter, Kendra, is a dental assistant with the Bittner Group and suggested that I setup a Consultation to check out what the Group had to offer. I met with the patriarch and his son. Their office is very clean, bright and modern. Based on an oral exam and reviewing X rays taken recently, the elder, Gerald, recommended that I fundamentally change my dental hygiene to a more aggressive approach: use a Waterpik twice a day; switch from Philip's electric brush to an Oral B iO brush twice a day using a 1.5% fluoride tooth paste instead of 0.5%; use a 2 part chlorinate mouth rinse to keep my mouth environment as healthy as possible twice a day. Continue having my teeth cleaned every 3 months. At 88 I need all the help I can get preserving my remaining teeth. I believe the Bittner's will provide the guidance and service to keep my teeth as sound as possible.

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I found Bittner family dental while looking for someone who used the waterlase technology. I had a super bad experience at a previous dentist and have panic attacks in the dental chair! From the minute I walked into the office, I had a great time. The front desk staff were so kind and Isabelle explained everything so well. My dentist was Dr Jerry, and the dental assistant was Kendra. They were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, compassionate and helped me get through every step of the procedure. This has opened up so much for me, I cannot express how happy I am that I found this office. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Bittner Dental. My hygienist was great and when I needed a crown replaced it was done in a 2 hour appointment. Yes they make the crown in the office and you go home with your new tooth. Bravo to Alia, Molly, and Dr. Chloe.

What stood out to me was the genuine positive attitude from everyone I encountered. From Tom making and confirming my appointment, Yasenia checking me in, Isabel giving me a tour and insurance info, Melissa getting my X-rays and all the preliminary items done, Dr. Chloe so thoughtfully explaining what we can do for my TMJ and other procedure Dr. Jerry so carefully checking my tooth health and suggestions on what we may need to watch and providing me with mouth guard options, Aaliyah so gentle and throughly cleaning and polishing my teeth and showing me what I can do to get into those hard to reach places…I want to say THANK YOU ALL!! Kendra was the awesome nurse assigned to support me during my visit, she did an amazing job giving me a tour of the clinic, explaining to me what the different machines do and made me comfortable and informed during every step. Dr Jerry was the dentist assigned to me, I was very impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, and gentle nature. He explained to me what work needed to be done on my teeth in details and what my options were. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: This is THE BEST dental practice in the SF Bay area. They don't just do dental work. They also do Ortho, Perio, cosmetic, and even dental surgery all in one place. The cosmetic work they do is outstanding. People think I was born with perfect teeth, but I just have a great dentist. They use all the latest equipment and technology to minimize pain and discomfort. They offer financing if you're under insured or uninsured. They can make crowns the same day. They were able to fabricate a new crown onsite and fix the tooth in about 2 hours. They use the latest technology to make the treatments as painless as possible and to give you the best results.
