Russell di Bari, DDS - Sunnyvale Cosmetic Dentist

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a root canal crown pop off and this office took me in same day and treated me as a priority! The most lovely receptionist staff and dental hygienists, let alone Dr. Barri himself. I’m a very anxious dental patient and felt completely relaxed and taken care of. I was in and out as quickly as possible and even though I live far, I decided to make this my home dentist just because of how great everyone is!

Experiencia negativa: Reply: Thank you for following up with me regarding my post. At this time, I do not have any further comments to provide. I have since chosen a new dental office that demonstrates the professionalism and care I was seeking. I wish your team continued success moving forward. This office has undergone changes, and unfortunately, they have not been for the better. Dr. Di Bari remains a kind, gentle dentist and a genuinely caring professional. However, the front office staff no longer seem to prioritize patient support. If you have the financial means and the right insurance to proceed with treatment, you will be accommodated. If not, I would recommend exploring other options. Kim is unprofessional and rude To be clear, this review is directed at the front office staff, not Dr. Di Bari. I intentionally waited a couple of months before posting, as my visit was six months ago. I wanted to ensure my feedback was measured and factual rather than emotional. The way I was spoken to during that visit left a lasting impression, and I believe it is important to share this experience.

Experiencia negativa: I have been with him over 40 years and he isn't as good as he used to be! He cut my gums and tongue and when the numbness Went away an hour or so later it happened Again! This has happened before!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked in the dental field on the east coast for over 15 years. I have a few quirks that a dentist needs to be sensitive with. I have a pathological fear of sedation, I’m highly anxious etc. when I was recommended DiBaris office from a coworker, I was skeptical. I had a lot of dental work that I had neglected for 10 years. We always care for our kids before ourselves, right? My first visit was started with one of the most compassionate administrators, Trish. This woman has never ceased to amaze me with her attention to detail, compassion, and understanding of the dental field. She is the front line face of this office and I cannot think of a better human for that position. I could go into specifics but I’d have to hire a publisher for her review alone. Second, the assistants. I know they know what they are doing. Very professional. In a time of robots, e-commerce and AI, they treat you like a human (they all do). When you’re dealing with serious doctor anxiety, these qualities are so important! Dr. DiBari, a master at his craft. Since my first few visits, with his witty charm and confidence in his profession, has made me not afraid to go to the dentist. I don’t even flinch for a second when I need a procedure done. I’ve been here for many procedures now. He is fair, competent, funny, efficient and compassionate. I have since referred my friend here, who is equally terrified of dental work, and left telling me, he’d never be afraid of going back to Dr. DiBari’s office. He enjoyed the experience as much as I did. I almost hate giving this positive review because I don’t want it to get so busy we cannot get appointments, but if I can spread the word to one person that has dentist phobia that is comforted by this team, I’d rather not be a gatekeeper. Keep up the good work, team!

Experiencia negativa: 1st cleaning visit was ok, although I made an appointment for a crown replacement that fell off. The crown was never replaced but the money making tooth was right next to it and an extra deep filling will secure a payment. After 10 days of pain and being uncomfortable I notified them if there was a follow-up. There reply was that my insurance didn't reload until the next year. What? Thanks for caring!! In short..the endodontist said it should have been extracted. Hmmm?

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to several Dentists in my lifetime but I have to honestly say that Dr diBari and his staff are definitely the best. The entire staff is amazingly accommodating, helpful and polite. I haven’t been to another Dentist since coming to Dr. diBari’s. I’d highly recommend his practice to anyone.

Every visit has been consistently outstanding. Dr. di Bari is exceptional and his expertise and meticulous attention to detail always ensure that everything is done right the first time. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing the highest quality of care. The entire team at the office is welcoming, friendly, knows their stuff. The office itself is equipped with the latest technology. Cleanings are deep and a breeze. With more complex procedures, I always leave feeling confident that I've received the best possible care. I highly recommend Dr. di Bari and his team to anyone in need of dental services. Thank you, Dr. di Bari and team, for making a dentist visit fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. di Bari years ago. He’s a great dentist but I had to find one closer to my home. That was the worst choice I made. I called his office with an emergency and Trish was able to get me in the very next day. Dr. di Bari is a wonderful dentist and Trish is just as exceptional. You cannot go wrong choosing di Bari’s. Within 24 hours I was completely pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Dr. di Bari for about 25 years. We moved an hour's drive away in 1997 and I chose to keep commuting to this practice all these years even though there are many dentists closer to me. I am very nervous about dental work (even just a regular cleaning!!) This team goes above and beyond to make sure that I am as comfortable as possible and provide the most gentle care. Everyone is friendly and kind and Dr. di Bari's work is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Do good work. Office runs like a machine but also treat you like family.

Experiencia fantástica: This place definitely deserves 5 stars. They found me an appointment immediately for my wife that she had an infection. The staff was great and friendly, starting from the reception all the way to the end. Dr. Russel took care of us. He was very clear and friendly and helpful and attentive to my wife's condition (pregnancy). He gave us very honest opinion not to remove the wisdom tooth and better keep a valuable tooth that would heal soon. Tricia was also amazing and helpful in every step. We are going back for cleaning sessions both me and my wife.
