Experiencia fantástica: Finally decided to change dentists after 15 years and was happy to find Smile Craft Dental in Sunnyvale. First appointment was for a full exam and cleaning. The office is very nice, clean, modern and professional. New equipment friendly staff and a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time visiting. I’m so impressed by Dr. Rita Huang and the team. This was by far the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. It included advanced steps I’d never done before, like a full 3D scan to create a detailed model of my teeth and even an oral cancer screening. Dr. Huang took the time to explain every part of the process clearly and patiently, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout. The entire visit felt calm and caring — the background music was lovely, the staff checked in often to make sure I was doing okay, and everything was done gently and professionally. I left feeling not only cared for, but truly confident in the quality of the dental care I received. Highly recommend!

The procedure itself was completely pain free, and the whole office has a calm, spa-like atmosphere that instantly relaxes you. Everyone on staff was so kind, friendly, and genuinely talkative, which made the whole visit feel personal and comforting instead of stressful. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for top-notch dental care with a warm and welcoming environment!

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Craft Dental runs a very smooth and professional dental practice. From the time you book an appointment through the various text updates that you receive as it gets closer to your appointment, you're always informed. There's plenty of parking when you arrive and the Receptionist there, is the best (on duty July 29). She's friendly, engaging and makes you feel very welcome. The dental assistant is also very pleasant and does a great job with cleanings. Dr Goh has excellent rapport with her clients. She does a very thorough exam and also has an excellent memory on what tooth has been worked on or needs work. She's gentle and careful with her dental instruments and. always asks if you have any sensitivities to pain or the cold. I couldn't be happier with Dr Goh and team!

I like the communication between the assistant and Dr. Rios, so I will definitely be back.*I have another appointment in a couple of weeks. The new facility is extremely clean and easily the nicest dentist’s office I’ve seen. If you need a dentist they are definitely a great option.

They also take my dental insurance (Anthem) which is not very popular (had a hard time finding an in-network provider). They also offer some in-depth examinations for new patients for free which I never had with my other dentists. So far I’m pretty happy switching to Smile Craft.

Experiencia fantástica: The Sunnyvale offices are beautiful and modern and I especially appreciated the new chairs (much better for a tall person, adjustable head rest for different heights). I love Dr. Goh and saw her for more than ten years. I recently saw Dr. Noorian who was really great while I was in distress: professional, competent, and calm/soothing, which is just what I needed! I was a long time patient of Dr. Goh at her previous practice. I am between dentists and encountered an alarming amount of pain in my front teeth, so rather than trying to rush a new appointment with a new doctor, I reached out to Dr. Goh's office at Smile Craft, rented a car, and traveled to Sunnyvale for a visit. They got me in the same day and I was seen by Dr. Noorian, who was great. After moving to other cities, I have gone to three different dentists and I'm sad that I cannot keep going to this dental practice.

Dr Amy and the other dentists go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have referred 10+ people from our office to Smile Craft and everyone is happy. Even my ex wife goes there! They even have a Keurig machine for you to have a drink while you wait (They don't run late so I've never waited!!) or when you leave. You should leave your current dentist and head over to Smile Craft .. or at least check out the new office.. damn its spiffy,.

Furthermore, these miracles were accomplished with a shockingly low amount of pain (or no pain/discomfort at all in the case of the cleaning) because Dr. Rita Huang--beyond being expertly skilled and caring about small details--never forgets she's working on a living human being's face.

She quickly diagnosed the problem and I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction for the same week. Dr. Chou patiently answered all my questions before and after the procedure and allayed any fears I had about the procedure, and everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were very professional helping to schedule the appointments and taking care of insurance claims. I’d definitely recommend Smile Craft!

Experiencia negativa: Had a positive impression of this place a bit over a year ago when I came for a regular checkup. But asked for cleaning a bit over a year after and the company is refusing it because I do not want to have another checkup. I do not need any checkups, there were no issues to watch during the last time and I have not had any issues for years. This is anti-consumer and there should be a class action law suite against dental companies practicing extracting money from patients under the pretense of "taking care of you".

Experiencia negativa: I was their customer for 4 yrs , and I have done regular checkups two crowns, and a root canal through their referral. There are definitely good things about them like courteous customer service, soft spoken doctors , upto date equipments that make you feel you are in one of the most developed countries :) Now coming to the negative side, they are very pushy about upselling you something during every cleaning visit. They will scare you into buying some service or some dental accessory for your dental health. Given how soft they speak, it sounds very convincing and they can clearly take advantage of your concern for your dental health. Their billing section is not very honest either. Everytime any procedure is performed they immediately contact the insurance to tell you how much your copay is, which you pay the same day. So you never have any outstanding dues with them. For 3 yrs I had no due with them, and one fine day they told i have an outstanding due of around $120. I contacted them multiple times to understand the item for which I owe the money, i never got an answer. I tried to find it out in person as well, but no clear answer. I was finally sent a split up of all my treaments with them , wher there was no clear answer on what treatment cost me this amount which I did not pay. And when you question them, and when you say no to their upselling strategies, their folks will not be as nice to you anymore :)

My gums weren’t doing very well from a few years of not flossing and brushing enough and not going to regular cleanings but after a few visits to Smilecraft my gums are doing much better and improving after following their advice. They’re all very knowledgeable and good at what they do - even when my mouth wasn’t in good condition, I never experienced any pain or unusual discomfort in my visits. They came highly recommended to me from a friend and I highly recommend you go to Smilecraft!
