Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rani is amazing and Lupe, in the front office, is so loving and energetic. I know it is called family dentistry because they can see all ages but I like to think it is called Family Dentistry because they make you feel like family. I have always hated the dentist but when one of my teeth lost its entire front part we think due to medication. Dr. Rani got me in NEXT DAY as a new patient. She did work on it to get it feeling better right away. She has been easy to reach and actually heard my concerns and didnt put me through unnecessary pain (like the cold test). I will be going here and ONLY HERE for any of my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Rani and crew for all you've done!!

I was treated so nicely by everyone. They knew my history from the forms I had completed and were really gentle. I had a cleaning, to my surprise, with no cavities, and booked me in for a filling, which I just had. It went so well. Dr. Koganti, Lupe, Sami, and Keswhan are just great people who really do care. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have fears of going to a dentist. Wish I could give higher marks than 5.

I was not encouraged to have work done that I didn’t need. Which was done to me in the past— encouraged to have work done in the name of greed because I had excellent insurance. —Removing 3 teeth and put 2 implants in. Experience tells me all I needed was a root canal on the tooth that caused me so much pain. I was vulnerable because of the pain I was in and was talked into having the three teeth pulled and 2 implants pit in. He was right, my insurance paid 100% and he made a lot of money off of my pain and took advantage of my vulnerability. At Spruce Family Dentist, it’s not about the money. They really care and do a great job! From the efficient receptionist, the outstanding cleaning of the hygienist and the knowledgable dentist who doesn’t push me to have unneeded work done. She makes it easy. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: We moved and needed a new dentist. Decided to give Spruce Canyon a try. Dr Rani is very gentle and thorough with her exam. The dental technicians and the front desk staff are delightful. I had to bring my 3 month old with me for my standard exam and cleaning; they were so kind and understanding. Lupe (the wonderful receptionist/office manager) offered to hold my baby while we did x-rays to keep him safe. I received a solid cleaning, compete exam, and kindness. The process to schedule an appointment was easy and they billed my insurance without issue. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Rani. We look forward to having her be our family dentist for years to come. Editing to add: we brought our 2 year old here for his first dental visit. They did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and safe so that he can get used to going to the dentist as he grows. We continue to be pleased with our choice to come here!

Experiencia negativa: I came in for a routine dental cleaning. They only flossed and brushed which I can do at home. The doctor said my teeth are clean and don't need scaping. She only scaped a couple teeth after I asked. Just feel like I didn't get the service I paid for. I had been to so many routine cleanings, they all scaped every individual tooth. Updated: They did not do the cleaning as I mentioned. They still try to bill me for the service I didn't get and threaten send it to collection.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: I didn’t have the pleasure of having the team remove my tooth as we hoped. However I have had her do the root canal I needed and the deep cleaning. I couldn’t be more happier. In fact I fell asleep during the procedure. Dr. Rani is gentle when numbing the area and makes sure to tell you everything she’s doing. I found my dentist and I am VERY HAPPY!!!! I had an infected tooth that was pretty swollen and painful. A friend recommended this dentist. And as apprehensive I was to go because of past dental experiences, it was a calming experience. When I first walked in the office manager knew my name immediately and helped me through the process of filling out the paperwork. All of the employees there were kind and compassionate and willing to ease my fears. Dr. Rain was amazing, kind and thorough. I have an appointment next Friday to remove my tooth and honestly I’m ok with going there for the procedure. I recommend this dentist to anyone needing care that has major anxiety and fear of dentists.

She conducted an oral exam and proposed a comprehensive plan to address all of our concerns, along with some additional observations she made. Dr. Rani was easy to talk to and accommodating with our schedule, as we had limited time to implement the dental plan. She was also flexible in addressing unforeseen challenges we encountered. While performing the procedures, she regularly checked in and made necessary adjustments to minimize discomfort. We’re very happy to have found her.

I don’t think anyone really loves being at the dentist, but I’ll say that I finally when a dental clinic where I’m comfortable. The staff there is nothing short of amazing. My kids and I both go there and they’re patient and always very kind. Every person I’ve talked to there is so genuine and has made an effort to take good care of us and our teeth. I have now been in for cleanings, fillings and a night guard fitting, everything is efficient and quick! I wasn't a person who loved the dentist just went in to make sure my teeth get cleaned, now I actually look forward to seeing everyone! I just had my first cleaning here. Went back a week later for a filing and the team was very understanding of my anxiety (first real cavity experience). The hygienist (or tech??) Keyshawn was great both times. Experiencia negativa: **BEWARE** If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself (& your teeth!!) & go elsewhere!! Beyond upset! I went in for a small chip to my top, front tooth. Dr. Rani claimed it was so tiny she couldn’t even see it, but I could feel it - it was rough. She proceeded to tell me she would “polish & smooth it”. She did & I left. Imagine my horror when I got home & looked at my teeth in the mirror to discover my front tooth was visibly messed up. Little did I know she actually removed some of my tooth structure!!! My front teeth were the same length & even when I went in to see Dr. Rani. Now, one tooth has a “wave” right in the middle & is shorter than the other where she got too happy w/ the drill, which she told me was supposed to “polish/smooth” my tooth. I had to go to a Cosmetic Dentist who was just as dumb founded by what she did as I was. She couldn’t believe she did this to my tooth - & front tooth @ that! I am now having to try cosmetic treatment for my tooth or get a veneer. I’m pissed & think she should have to pay for what she did. Also, the waiting area chairs in the office are absolutely DISGUSTING! Stained & filthy dirty. Another red flag, Dr. Rani does NOT have a Dental Hygienist & does cleanings & everything herself. Obviously she is burnt out doing everything for her to make such a huge mistake to my tooth!

One thing I loved about this clinic is they talked me through everything. Told me exactly what was going on. That helped a ton. They expected me, and knew I would be a hot mess, so made extra time to calm my nerves. Tons of reassurance, and telling me I was doing great! Even when I wanted to run. lol! I highly recommend this Dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Laura was my hygienist and she was amazing! All the staff here are really personable and very sweet! All of them are very caring and always ask how your feeling. They have TV's you can watch as you're getting your teeth done as well! Overall amazing place and I would highly recommend.
