Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for 4years and love all the staff! I never have to wait more than a few minutes, and it’s easy to reschedule within a few weeks if something comes up. There’s also a couple of office dogs that are very sweet and well behaved!

Every appointment is quick and easy, the office is immaculate and I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and professional they are. 5 stars, would recommend to everyone. My son has been coming here since 9 yrs old, but they service all ages. I've never had to wait in the lobby, not even for one minute. Love them!

They were exceptionally understanding, kind and respectful in their approach to addressing my problem. Their facility is very comfortable, clean and equipped with modern technology. The team is professional and knowledgeable. I left knowing I chose wisely and I know I will receive the best dental care possible.

It shows on the way all your staff represent themselves, always happy, smiling and joking. I never heard one negative complaint since I've been coming here. It's always a pleasure seeing you and Dr. Herrick, except the whole drilling, which you guys make it very comfortable and quick for us when needed. By the way, CONGRATULATIONS Dr. Herrick! Experiencia negativa: They do not value clients here. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here the 4+ years I’ve gone here and was even bringing my son. Was a little late one time because I got lost going to their new location. As many times as they have screwed up my billing, or a filling that wasn’t put in well, cancelled appts without my say so, you’d think they would have a little grace on a teeth cleaning. Wouldn’t do it. Didn’t offer another time. They’ll blow you up confirming your appt 15x but won’t ever answer the phone when you call. I won’t be coming here anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this practice since they bought out the small on on chambers and Quincy in the strip mall. I have had some scary and horrific experiences with dentists and not in left with extreme dental anxiety and a lack of trust in dentists in general. This practice is definitely the place you want to be if you have ever been in my shoes. I have never felt upsold on work, I've been given choices on how to mitigate damage to my teeth before doing work, every plan is built with me and not just told to me. Dr. Hennes is one of the kindest, most competent dentists I've ever had, of which the list is long. He makes it clear that patient happiness is at the forefront of his care. He is gentle and patient and never judged me for my teeth or my anxiety. Extra plusses are the plants and the dogs. The dogs help reduce my anxiety and give the clinic more of a homey feel and make me feel much more comfortable to get work done. I've even brought my son since he was 6 months old and they do very well with him. If you're considering checking them out, absolutely do it. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone is friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and inviting and they are always accommodating to our families needs with things such as early morning appointments before school and work. They are patient, thorough and completely non judgmental to your dental situations. The dentist always takes time to explain everything so we understand it which is highly appreciated. Even the kids love their dentist appointments! I Would highly recommend this office to anyone who has ever had bad experiences at the dentist. Illif Family Dental told us to come in and they'd take care of us. Incredibly friendly staff, very nice and comfortable office (with coffee!), and overall a great experience considering the circumstances.

The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. Henes is wonderful & stands out as a compassionate and attentive provider who addresses all of my dental concerns with expertise and kindness. Without a doubt, he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had, which is why I continue to refer friends and family to him and his staff. I also never have to worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of—everything is always honest, transparent, and fair! I said this two years ago, and I’ll say it again: Zach provides the most gentle and thorough cleanings I’ve ever received. After years of dental appointments, I can confidently say that Zach is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever worked with—period! This year, I had the pleasure of working with dental assistant Justyce for a crown and a crown replacement. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I really enjoy chatting with her during treatments—it makes each visit even more pleasant. And of course, I can’t forget Winnie, Dr. Henes’ adorable and affectionate labradoodle and office mascot. She’s the sweetest added touch and always brightens my appointments!

Experiencia negativa: I trusted Dr. Henes to fix the gray discoloration in my two front teeth after an accident. He confidently told me he would have no trouble covering the gray, but the final result had two obvious gray lines running straight down the veneers. In outdoor lighting it was even more noticeable and honestly embarrassing. We agreed to have him redo them and also veneer the two side teeth. During the process, while he was grinding the side teeth, he actually knicked a small chunk out of one of my existing veneers. On top of that, the lab kept producing veneers that looked completely unnatural and did not match my teeth at all. At this point I lost trust in the entire process and decided to go somewhere else. I did not even receive a refund for the damaged veneer, and they refused to offer any type of partial refund even though the work was never completed and the original issue was never corrected. He also did a very poor job explaining the process and I still do not understand why he did not properly block the gray the first time when that was the entire reason I went there. I strongly advise avoiding this office for veneers.

This dental office is honest, compassionate and genuinely cares about the patient. My daughter received a deep cleaning a few days ago and Michelle did a thorough cleaning. She was wonderful and very pleasant during our dental visit.The Hygienists are always detailed, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental office for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I have dental trauma from childhood and have so much anxiety going to the dentist. Today was just my first visit, but Nikki (not sure I spelled it right) made me feel a lot better. She was super kind and empathetic with me. I know my anxieties won't go away overnight, but I feel safe going back. They are patient and didn't rush the process. I also felt instant stress relief after my earlobes were massaged. I believe it's a reflexology/pressure point and I believe it really helped me a bunch! Feeling very thankful! Just an add on 11/3/25 I STILL LOVE MY DENTIST! Lily the hygienist is amazing and friendly. I love the sweet therapy dog who came over to gently give me a hello. My anxiety is much less because of these amazing humans and furbabies! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Zach the RDH I seen for my visit was super awesome. Profesional, gentle, informative and knowledgeable about my teeth (there was no cavities and my cleaning went smooth). He was polite, talkative (broke the ice, since it was my 1st time) and very respectful. I definitely booked my 6mo apmt and can't wait to see him again. Dr. Herrick was awesome too, visit went great, talkative and friendly. I was referred by a friend and my sister.

Dr. Henes has been amazing throughout the years and I think the new building is a phenomenal upgrade all around! And I think the doctor deserves all the praise and blessings because he has earned it for all the help and comfortability from the work he has done for me and my jawline so far and I'm glad he's my Dentist . And my favorite DA Justice(I hope I'm spelling that right) has been nothing but amazing! she is so caring and always talks to me about food and stuff to pass the time while my mouth gets numb its been great and a part of my day i look forward to as weird as that is to say and by far the best anesthesia shots i have ever had because of how well she takes care of the areas beforehand and I don't feel even half the pain I usually do because of it! And If she could be the DA for all my visits that would be perfect. I think this dentistry is great and after all these years I still believe that this place deserves to call itself a family because it is, and I appreciate that feeling when I walk in every time, thanks everyone!

Experiencia negativa: Not a very good experience. My husband needed replacement of a partial denture. It is taking them a month to get it back from the lab, for what they stated. Unfortunately we had to leave the practice we went for over 20 years since they are not longer accepting the insurance companies. I will be very cautious recommending Ilif family dental. EDITED: Husband having a lot of trouble with new denture. Implant fell after few days. Do not recommend this practice.

Experiencia negativa: Go somewhere else!!! This place will rip you off! I came for an extraction/bone graph and a deep cleaning which ended up costing me well over 4000 dollars (even with insurance). Not to mention the work was not great. I had to come back a few times for them to fix the bone graph after the membrane came loose. Every time I would come back they said there were charges that I hadn't covered the last time I was there. Their billing and front desk people are very unprofessional and will not give clear answers on what they're charging you for. They just threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Also look at their reviews on yelp as Google reviews can be paid to be removed!

I'm always made to feel welcome, all procedures are explained to me in detail, and the hygienists and doctors are extremely friendly and approachable. They're great about notifying me about appointments and are super flexible when I need to reschedule. I think my favorite thing about the practice is the sunglasses they have you wear while they do their work: they do a lot to block out the bright lights that dentists need to use to properly see inside your mouth.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years and was really nervous about going and getting lectured and being told I have horrible teeth but instead it was the complete opposite!! My dental hygienist Lilly I believe her name was, was so kind and really educated me on taking better care of my teeth and oral health rather then lecturing me on everything I was doing wrong. She took her time with the cleaning and was already checking in to see if I was doing good. I came out with no cavities and a beautiful clean and healthy smile! I am now feeling really confident and happy with the results! I can’t not remember the dentist name but he was also very kind! I look forward to going back in 6 months for my next cleaning!!

This review is long overdue because I selfishly wanted to gate keep this place to myself. The care and services have been so amazing that I even convinced my husband to switch over. They never make you feel bad if you are self-conscious about your teeth. If you are someone who is usually shy about your teeth, nervous about being judged, or just hate going to the dentist in general, I highly recommend giving this place a try. When I heard they were moving to a newer larger office down the road, I knew I couldn't keep this place a secret any longer. I am excited for Dr. Henes and his team and can't wait for my next appointment at their new location!

I was a patient and dr h made so many mistakes that cost me 2 teeth, a staph infection and 24,000 in repairs. He partially gave me a low refund but with that came with a request that I remove my neg review. Blackmail? Don't be fooled by the pos reviews my guess is I'm not the only one asked to remove neg reviews. When I tried to request a fair settlement for all the terrible mistakes, I was ignored. After I stupidly removed neg review. Don't trust this office if u value your dental care. Don't be fooled by pos reviews or dr h slick promises.

Experiencia negativa: Beyond rude and unprofessional. Received a threatening voicemail saying they were gonna turn me into collections from some balance that didn’t even exist. I called back to ask about the issue and they hung up on me and then when I called to ask about it again, they told me that it was their error and that I didn’t owe any money to them . I didn’t even get an apology. A bunch of attitude from the receptionist. I would give zero stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: I havent been to a dentist in years. My teeth are in very bad shape from abuse and medication. I was so scared to go! This place was amazing and made me so comfortable. Everyone was so nice and understanding and made sure to treat my pain before they continued anything. They actually made me excited to get my teeth fixed. I'm so happy I found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Henes and his staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable before starting his procedure. They also educated me in the details of the procedure and what to expect afterwords. I highly recommend Dr. Henes and his practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted on entry by a friendly front desk person. The hygienist was very efficient, friendly, and communicated what she was seeing on cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle in cleaning. I have a back problem and cannot sit in a dentist chair very long so she let me get up and walk around. The dentist explained I would need a crown and I told him I did but think I could sit that long, and he said they would make a longer appointment time for me, allowing breaks for me to walk around. He was personable and most accommodating. Also when the front desk ran my insurance m, it was so quick and she gave me a statement as to what they would pay for my next appointment, and offered any advice. I was most pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire team starting at the front desk is kind, friendly and caring. The office is clean, comfortable and kinda homey. Hygienist Zack cleaned my teeth with up to date equipment, and is experienced, efficient and considerate. Dr Herrick is a good listener, informative and respected my wishes to take time to consider my options regarding the work I need done. They even have a resident dog, who stopped by to say hi during my visit. Great dental experience today. I even got a dental care gift bag at the end of my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Emilia was so kind, had a warm personality, and efficient. She listened to all my concerns and careful with any pain I felt. The dentist very honest and did not try to rush me into anything that could be done in the future but currently not a real problem. They did not try to upsell me. It was just about the pain I felt and the best way to take care of it (and was a cheaper solution and less invasive solution than I had expected). I left feeling very well taken care of. We all know how hard to can find a dentist you can trust and be comfortable with. 10/10 definitely suggest giving them all call. They're one a handful that are open on Saturdays.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: The dentists are great but the office practices have gone downhill. Went months without a billing statement for both myself and my husband and then recieved multiple calls every 30 minutes from thier office on the same day. When I got off work and called back they were calling about balace due that was pre-approved by Insurance. Need I mention again no billing statement or notification sent. We paid right then and there. Now my son went in, had work done, paid his amount due at the time, no billing statement recived and they just pulled the amount the insurance didnt cover from his card on file without letting him know. I am sure that thier billing department doesnt know how to code due to the multiple pre-approvals that later turn i to balaces due. I stopped going when thier office staff changed. Once again the medical staff is great but be careful when working with thier office staff. I don't mind paying what is due and always paid timely but send people thier billing statements and communicate. I am scared to death of the dentist. I hadnt been in years. If your fearful this is the dentist to go to. The staff is like a family and they are so welcoming. From the minute I walked in they did everything the could to keep me calm. The hygienist is very gentle. I had a deep clean and barely felt a thing. Dr. H is down to earth, listens to what you want and then makes his plan. I felt like I was just talking to a friend. Highly reccomend.

They did the cleaning without suggesting additional treatments or courses of action that would cost more money, and that was refreshing. I definitely recommend this facility.

Once I was there the dentist were very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a Deep clean and X-Rays done that same day. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Iliff family dental checked and told me I didn’t have any cavities and that there was staining and that everything looked good. I would highly recommend this dentist. Friendly staff, clean office, and trust worthy.

Experiencia fantástica: I am 60 years old and Grace is the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever had. Since seeing Grace I have never had a dental issue or emergency. I see her 4 times a year and I can’t recommend this hygiene enough. I also love that the doctors here don’t EVER try to sell me on procedures that I don’t need. They always seem so proud of my great teeth ( thanks Grace) and that’s the end. I love you guys!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I called the office to see if I could come in asap for a bad pain and Dr.Henes took care of me immediately. I’ve come to him for about 2-3 years and have never had a complaint. He and his staff are highly professional
