Experiencia positiva: The staff is great. However the music sound system is REDICULOUS! They have the sound so loud you can't think. And the style of music is punk or rap I think. It's HORRIBLE!! When I go there I leave my hearing aids out.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled to get my wisdom teeth removed and called the office to ask questions. The day of the appointment I got a call to come in an hour early, 30 mins before they wanted me to be there so we can make sure we can do the surgery. I showed up. When I got there the doctor was trying to convince me to do other things outside of what I came to do (not urgent and things I was aware of). I told him I took the week off of work to do this and he said “ I don’t know why you would when you haven’t even met me yet” which is strange because they could’ve told me there was a possibility they couldn’t do it and had me come in early. I could tell that they might've not had time. would have to keep me awake during the surgery. Then said we can get u sedated but it would be out of pocket same with the 3d xray needed. Almost $800 was the total after insurance ( without sedation and xray another $400 plus ) and I refused. I scheduled with another office ( gvr modern smiles) which the total covering everything is $650. The other staff treated me with respect and explained things to me kindly. The doctor however was getting upset by my questions which were things that are valid. Thank you for the services today.

Dr Ricci is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and possible causes and treatments. He provided answers to my questions and was very helpful. I hope to use his dental expertise in the future.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience here also as some others did. I went back twice to have them look into why my freshly installed crown was hurting so much. But I have finally decided not to go back to this place. I had tried calling for them for an appointment to help me ease my pain but they won't answer my calls. Dr Singh referred me to another dentist, I don't understand why he didn't want to fix my tooth as it was him who did it wrong. I think what it is, is that when in times of trouble Dr Singh is unable to cope with or doesn't have a solution to the problems. I was charged $200 for the 3rd visit (consultation) and they prescribed me Amoxicillin for the infection which I was never able to pick up at the pharmacy because they never got the prescription. I now have to find another dentist and start the trust process all over again while I'm in pain...

The office is clean and welcoming, and their care made a potentially stressful experience smooth and painless. I genuinely feel no pain after my four wisdoms were removed! Highly recommend this amazing team for any dental needs! I would go here over any chained dental office in town!

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. When I scheduled my appointment I asked to do a regular cleaning. I called twice to make sure it’s for cleaning. When I got there, there was this Asian gentleman helped me get some x-rays. Nothing wrong with taking x-rays however he was very disrespectful and judgmental. The guy had zero professionalism in him. He acted like he knew me for years and started joking about my name. It was really awkward and annoying at the same time.I didn’t say anything just wanted to leave the place as quick as possible. When the dentist came to check my x-rays, he suggested two appointments for deep cleaning and two filling and putting crowns on my other fillings. I thought I didn’t exist in that room and I was totally ignored. The reason for my appointment was to do a regular cleaning, your job was to do the cleaning then discuss the treatments for other issues. But he said regular cleaning is not enough I must do a deep cleaning. They scheduled me for a deep cleaning and I went to my appointment 15 minutes early to discuss doing a regular cleaning but he refused to do a regular cleaning. At that point I knew this was not the right place for me, I asked him if it’s possible for me to cancel my appointment. He said that’s fine. I walked out and found a different dentist and scheduled an appointment for cleaning. Since my insurance covers one x-rays per year, I called this office to have them sent my x-rays to my new dentist. I have called the place at 12 times today. I signed the release form but my x-rays are not sent yet. I spoke to someone at 4:00PM on the phone he said that he will send it right now. I don’t know what that really meant in his language. It’s passed 6PM and my new dentist hasn’t received the x-rays yet. I called this office around 4:45PM about 10 times my calls went straight to voicemail. I wonder how angry they were about me not doing the deep cleaning. I hope you think twice before going to this place. They don’t care about your health and it’s all about money. When you go to dentist, all they care about is to set you up with as many appointments they possibly can but don’t listen to a word you say. That’s always a red flag for me. It’s always best practice to run far and quick from a place like that before they ruin your teeth and charge you over 10-15K. 4/5/2025 updated: I am very thankful for not doing the deep cleaning here because my new dentist did the cleaning and reviewed the x-rays. I was told gum is healthy and I don’t need a deep cleaning. They did a regular cleaning and I am feeling better.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Dr. Singh for approximately the past 4 years. Dr. Singh is one of the most thoughtful and caring dentists I have ever been to, however in the past week too much has gone wrong for me to continue to use this dental office. Last week I had developed a toothache on a Wednesday evening. I called the office Thursday morning and reached an answering service who informed me that the office would be closed until the following Tuesday. After dealing with the answering service they were finally able to get me an appointment for Tuesday at 10 AM. After arriving at the appointed time I was told by the receptionist that I in fact had NO appointment at all!!! Because of the toothache emergency Dr. Singh saw me at 10:30 which I was very appreciative of. He diagnosed an abscess and recommended me to a specialist. Fortunately, I have several friends who are doctors and one prescribed me a supply of amoxicillin. Dr. Singh wanted me to continue taking the amoxicillin for an additional time period to make sure the infection was gone before starting the process of having a root canal and said he would call in another prescription to my pharmacy at Safeway. I even filled out a form with the address and phone number of the pharmacy! On Friday after my first prescription was about to run out I went to Safeway to pick up the new prescription but none had be called in for me. So now I'm out of pills and the dental office is closed on Friday. I called today and was told by the receptionist that he would get back to me after speaking with Dr. Singh. That NEVER happened! So now I have canceled my appointment to the specialist because I still have issues with the infection. I don't know who's fault this is directly, be it the doctor or his front office, regardless I have found another dentist in hopes that they'll provide better follow up than what I have received from Dr. Singh's office.

Experiencia negativa: My son said that he told them while they were working on him that his lip was caught. They told him it'll be okay thet have to keep it there and now his lip is cut and swollen and bruised. Not to mention that we had to go back for a second time the same day, because they left one of his teeth shaped like a vampire points. It's unfortunate that there's not many choices for people that use state assistance insurance. This is not the first concern complaint. But all patients should be listened to and not look down upon or not treated equal just because of insurance purposes and lack of empathy and care.

But when my coworker referred to Smile Aurora Dental, I was soooo happy to finally receive competent and professional care! I’ve been to Smile Aurora several times now to work through my treatment plan, and each time Dr. Singh and his staff have been wonderful. From the scheduling, the bedside manner, the numbing process and the beautiful work, each process has a breeze. I don’t feel judged by having to pay cash for some things, and insurance for others. I love how his entire time team is diverse from all walks of life. I have referred several of my friends and family to Smile Aurora. Mostly importantly I LOVE how Dr. Singh walks me through what’s about to happen, checks on me during the procedure and has me focus on my breathing to help with my anxiety. He really cares. Experiencia negativa: I came here for a tooth extraction…while it healed fine the whole process was excrutiating! I understand the need for “pressure” but instantly as my tooth was opted on .. (that something was not right.) The pain was so unbearable I wanted to jump out the seat instantly. Be careful. If you are doing kids here make sure they are ‘completely’ numb as I wasn’t numb and I told y’all . The whole time I was gasping which was my indirect way of saying something was wrong.. I hope to never experience that pain again . Please for the sake of children as I know they matter most numb fully …

He did a great job on what I needed to have done and his dental assistant/hygienist ( I believe it was Brian) really put my anxiety at ease and was great. Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience with the Dr. Singh. He did not want to provide me care because I was a patient at the University of Colorado, he said that my case was too complex for him to treat and told me to continue the treating at the university. I had already consulted another private dentist and I was looking for a better quote, I got carried away by the patients' comments but the truth is that this doctor did not have any empathy or delicacy when treating me, I feel that he belittled me. He didn't even tell me I'm sorry I can't help you. I left his office very badly and no one was nice to me at that time! Not even the assistant who works with him. They looked at me with pity because of how the doctor treated me.

I first saw him after moving to Aurora and deciding it was too far to drive to Highlands Ranch to see my previous dentist. I was in pain and knew I was going to need some work. Dr. Singh recommended I see a endocrinologist regarding root canals he thought I might need. Turned out, only one was necessary and my mouth is so much happier now!! Dr. Singh did a fantastic job with the crown . I have had a few and this one fits beautifully. Like I was born with it! Just finished up with deep cleaning and as I've gotten to know Dr. Singh and his staff, they are all great! I especially like chatting with Brian. They all make me feel welcome and glad I'm their patient!

I am a "tough" dental patient after some terrible experiences - I gag easily, feel nauseated, etc. Additionally, in 2015 I visited a fancy Cherry Creek oral surgeon after being referred by another fancy dentist, and he made having my wisdom teeth pulled sound like an emergency my life depended on. Yet here I am nearly 9 years later with four wisdom teeth that don't bother me. I relayed this story to Dr. Singh, and he was the only dentist to provide me with options other than wisdom teeth removal, such as deep-pocket cleaning and fillings. I appreciate professionals who are willing to "meet me where I'm at" and not make me feel worse about the limitations of my situation. The hygienist was also very sweet and thorough in the cleaning. I can't review any services beyond a semi-annual cleaning and consultation, but I will definitely be back!

Experiencia negativa: I had my fillings done here by Dr.Singh and ever since, some of my teeth have been sensitive. It has been sensitive to the cold, hard food, and sometimes even sugary foods. There is pain when I eat hard/sugary foods and cold foods on certain parts of my teeth. None of these things have ever happened before he did the fillings. When I told him about this, he suggested drilling the teeth some more like that was going to fix it. He does not know what he's doing and now I'm stuck with this for the rest of my life.

Dr. Singh, Noor, Tanu and Star were all very sensitive and attentive towards me. It's been two days since my extraction. I barely have any pain and hardly any swelling.
