She has always been extremely professional, caring, and thorough, and that same level of professionalism carries over to everyone in her office. What really stands out is the genuine passion she has for taking care of her patients. You never feel like just another appointment—she truly cares about the people who come through her door. After years of consistently excellent experiences, I can confidently say you absolutely can’t go wrong choosing this practice. I highly recommend her and her wonderful staff!

Experiencia negativa: While I do appreciate that they offer a payment plan / their own form of insurance, you need to know exactly what plan you have or you might get charged more than you thought. The hygienist, while looking at my information on her computer, assured me that everything I had done (cleaning, fluoride, and laser treatment for sensitive gums) would be included with the cost of my dental plan and therefore free. She even checked with the receptionist who confirmed my appointment should be covered. So of course I believed everything was all good and went ahead with it all! Then, when I go to check out, it's $250. Turns out, the tier ABOVE mine covers everything, and nobody thought to double check if I actually had that tier. Now, it's a dental visit. I expect it to cost money, I don't expect it to be super cheap, and frankly my gums are not that great so there's a fair chance I would have done all the treatments anyways. But patients should be able to trust what their medical professionals are saying and price transparency is SO important. Staff needs to be more careful when selling services to their clients and confirming plan benefits, because free versus $250 is a huge difference to many of us in this economy.
Experiencia fantástica: I have really awful dental anxiety. Due to the anxiety, I had let my cavities get out of hand and was in need of multiple fillings. Thanks to Dr. Phi, my cavities are filled and my anxiety has been immensely calmed. She and her staff are not only incredibly kind, but also very informative and knowledgeable. I went in for my initial check up and was shown images of my teeth, told a plan for my cavities, and all of my questions were answered. I just went in for my filling yesterday and it was a great experience!! They walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. I was so afraid that I would be in a lot of pain, but I didn’t feel nearly anything at all, just some light pressure and occasional sensitivity. Thank you guys for making the dentist a less scary place, I am grateful I found you! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: After a very long time of not going to the dentist, I faced my fear and went. Paige is one of the most meticulous, thoughtful, and patient hygienists I have ever met! She gave me a cleaning that has my teeth SPARKLING. I don’t think I have felt this satisfied with a dental cleaning in my adult life. Thank you, Paige! Dr. Phi prescribed a treatment plan that was reasonable and wouldn’t compromise the integrity of my teeth. She explained everything thoroughly and took the time to care about my dental health. She is also helping me to prevent problems instead of creating more problems with the work she prescribed right now. I haven’t gone to my follow up appointment for the additional scheduled work, but I feel hopeful about my future with Nouvelle. Thank you to the entire team.

Experiencia fantástica: LIttle bit of history: I lost BOTH my parents to medical malpractice and since then, I've been petrified of healthcare and have a challenging time going to any doctor or dentist that isn't melanated. Prior to meeting Dr. Phi, I went to another dentist and he cracked my tooth while doing a re-filling AND, that same dentist office shutdown without any warning even though I had another appointment scheduled to do some additional work.. Anyhow, I got an ad on IG and there was something that was so beautifully conveyed through the screen as Dr. Phi was speaking.. I just, felt like I had to go there. Without getting into what I need to get done, I had my first procedure and Dr. Phi, and the support staff were so gentle with me. She spent EXTRA time with me and she was telling me about her life, her kids, her practice, her passions. She gave me many breaks and was so patient to wait for the novocain to kick in (after 3 shots :face palm:). It's like my body is trying to fight, I don't know. OH, and the FIRST appointment for the x-rays and inspection, I totally cried with Eddie and Dr. Phi because, I'm afraid.. I know going to the dentist is standard practice for people but, for me, it's a really tough thing to do. I've already referred a classmate, my bestie, her mom, and an old neighbor who owns a floral shop not too far from Nouvelle. All of this to say, if you're nervous, scared, or other dentists have turned you away for a health condition you're experiencing, give Nouvelle an opportunity to soothe your heart and mind.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dreaded dentist appointment today. I suffer from very sensitive teeth, so I was dreading all the scraping. Luckily Paige was my hygienist and she took such great care of me. She could tell when I was in pain so she knew to give me a little break. A time came though where I had to let her work on some tough areas. She was so kind. She kept telling me I was doing a good job and to hang in there. It meant so much that she recognized that I was struggling. Thank you so much Paige!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and definitely my office of choice going forward. This dental office has been the first time in a while I haven't felt rushed in a dental cleaning. They didn't try to oversell me on anything, they explained all my options, and were fully transparent on billing which is so nice nowadays. Add a team of polite, charismatic and friendly staff, and it just makes any visit a 10/10 experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Stopped by to see if my insurance was accepted and the front desk staff was super helpful and knowledgeable with what insurance was accepted. My first visit felt very thorough as they took pictures of my teeth and built a profile which was a unique and personal experience. Went in for a filling of a tooth i chipped and Dr. Phi was super sweet and amazing with the care and the direction of my oral health moving forward. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! I had my first consult last fall. We came up with a game plan to make my mouth as healthy as it could be so that everything else is healthy. Yesterday I was in the chair for three hours getting several things fixed, it was an awesome experience. They were very aware of how long my mouth had been opened. They were very aware of my comfort. They kept asking me if I was OK if they needed to stop, but the reality was we got it all done And it was on my part easy . Highly recommend this dental office and all the staff there.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in as a new patient 6-months ago, very nervous after a couple decades of not having dental care. There were a number of reasons, some valid up to a point. Nouvelle’s entire team was all very attentive and understanding, aware of my anxiety and made that first visit so easy. They were not judgmental but did gave it to me straight what was needed and why. So I went back to continue my treatment plan. Each visit starts stressful which comes and goes throughout the process but if they weren’t so great it wouldn’t go, and neither would I to the next appointment! I trust they will do good work with the least discomfort possible (much less than anticipated) so I was able to get chips fixed, a crown begin to replace old fillings, and keep up cleanings as I should without absolute terror. I like my smile much better now.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for some fillings and had a poor experience. The staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed due to the wait time of appointment. Most disturbing was how the dentist let her new assistant do the procedure and it wasn’t done correctly and had to be redone (not great trust there). Where was the oversight in communication on that? This is a dental office in a nice location, and besides the exterior, nothing seemed to be great on the inside. Dr. Phi needs to take some responsibility and accountability for the management of her office. The front office also called me the wrong name twice…. So frustrating.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like Nouvelle does a really good job taking care of my teeth. They have scanners and things that can see things in my teeth that none of my previous dentists could see, like identify mini cavities before they become a problem, for example. And have had for years! Plus, every time I go in, they have something new that amazes me, so the name is fitting. Friggen' laser beams. Nouvelle, in combination with a tendency for regular flossing and brushing, the tidiness and temper of your teeth can be tip top.

Dr.Leeper is the kindest and he makes sure everything important is prioritized. Their front desk is amazing too! There were a couple of times where I would be late on my appointment due to my hectic schedule but they are always willing to make it work and adjust. Experiencia negativa: Not really impressed with this office. I made a new patient appointment and was told on the phone that it was about a 2 hour visit for X-rays and a cleaning. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early in case I needed to do paperwork. No one was at the front desk. Over that 10 minutes multiple other patients walked in and still no one tended to the desk. Finally someone came up and got us all checked in. While I was the first person there to check in, I was the last one to be brought back. Started the visit with a panoramic xray - fine. The tech took me back to an exam room and then another tech came in to take over to do more xrays. Then the Dr came in and gave my teeth and X-rays a look. Then said someone would come back in for the cleaning. I sat in that chair for 30 minutes before a third tech came in and had me switch rooms to do the cleaning. She didn’t even look at my teeth and said that I needed a deep cleaning but didn’t have time to do that day so I needed to make another appointment!! What?? I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone and was told I had a 2 hour appointment time! I honestly just cannot believe that I was told that they “don’t have time” do finish my appointment. That’s ridiculous! In the end I had to make 2 separate appointments for a “deep cleaning” since my insurance apparently doesn’t pay for an entire mouth cleaning in one day. So now I have to take 2 days off work this. Needless to say, I’m probably going to cancel those appointments and find another dentist office who’s not going to waste my freaking time. Too bad. The office in general seemed nice. But I’m not impressed with their lack of service. Edit: I understand limitations when it comes to insurances. That is not the issue. The issue is being told that your office “doesn't have time” to complete the appointment. I had even asked if I did a general cleaning that day instead and return for the deep clean… I was still told “we don't have time.” I work in heath care and also run appointment times. I would never tell a patient who was early and on time for their appointment that I didn't have time to complete their appointment - especially knowing that they’ve sat for 30 minutes in the chair waiting. That is a lack of respect for your patients and their time.

Everyone I encountered was really kind and helpful. I had to return to fix a cavity and they fit me in quickly and the whole experience was very smooth.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough wonderful things about this office! Dr. Phi is meticulous and seeks absolute perfection when it comes to your teeth. She tells you exactly what needs to be done, and things we need to watch. It's important to find a dentist you trust and feel comfortable with. I can tell you without a doubt, you will love Dr. Phi and her office team! They are all AMAZING!

Experiencia fantástica: I've moved dentists too many times over the years as the work done wasnt consistently good, too much leverage on assistants and, at times, felt like the dentist was trying to sell me services that werent needed or too early / preventative. Fortunately, my wife found Nouvelle, had a good experience, and I followed. I have been a patient a while and am consistently impressed with the professionalism, quality and honesty. I highly recommend Nouvelle.
