The best part is the the staff is so friendly and very helpful. Dr Dawood is a great listener and tells you what needs to be done without being pushy. The advanced technology they use made my visit incredibly fast, painless, and efficient. I went for a crown and received it in one day. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ibrahim Dawood and his staff are outstanding! I was struggling with a problematic old root canal that several other dentists couldn’t resolve. That changed the moment I met Dr. Dawood. He truly prides himself on his expertise and takes the time to provide the highest quality care. Both Dr. Dawood and his entire staff have the warmest bedside manner. He’s a wonderful family man who treats his patients like family as well. I wish I could name every staff member, but there are so many kind faces that I don’t want to accidentally leave anyone out. You’ll feel genuinely cared for at this office. Dr. Dawood even has a beautiful view of birds that they feed right outside the window, and you’re welcome to listen to your earpods during treatment to stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I’m so happy with the care I received and will definitely continue coming here for all my cleanings and any future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Brighton and just started seeing Dr. Dawood as my new dentist. Very friendly, intelligent, and understanding staff, from the receptionist, intake personnel, hygienist, to Dr. Dawood himself. For example, I have some relevant dental history that I wanted to share before a cleaning/procedure and they listened intently to my concerns and implemented them in their techniques and dental health suggestions. They were not offended by pricing questions and gave me pragmatic advice. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone with the ability to choose them! Coming from a person who is pretty cautious when navigating and choosing healthcare environments.

They always meet me with smiles and so much care. I have a service dog that has to a company me everywhere I go and they go above and beyond to spoil us both! They have met all my needed accommodations for every visit and never make me feel like more of a burden. They truly embrace their patients and I am thankful and appreciative of their care. From the receptionist when you first walk in to the techs, to the staff, to the doctor. We love coming here.

I was highly impressed from Mary as the receptionist, Trish as Dr,Dawood’s Assistant and the Dr. himself. A successful “tooth overhaul” was required. I immediately switched to their clinic. Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING! Dr. Dawood and his staff are all awesome , knowledgeable and compassionate! The office is cozy and smells nice. I feel right at home here. Dr.Dawood listens and provides excellent care! He does most of the work himself so you’re not referred out for everything. I was in for a procedure today and was having a lot of knee pain they gave me a pillow and an ice pack for my comfort and while I waited they offered me coffee. They care about you as a person and that’s why I come here!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at ProDental. I’m a graduate student and was in dire need of a tooth fix after a sudden crack (long story). The team at ProDental were kind, quickly got me into the schedule, and I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes! They had a handheld XRay machine which was really neat. I used to have braces as a kid and spent a lot of time in dentist’s offices. I can say with certainty that this was the best experience I’ve had.
