Negative experience: Whoever worked at front desk on Thursday April 23rd, 2026 should be addressed and taught some better customer service. I got wrongfully charged 230$ for my cavities, instead of understanding my frustration she was short, cut me off, and was rude. Ma’am your job is customer service, if you can’t do that, maybe you should get a different job. I’m the one entitled to a service I’m paying for, you’re being paid to keep me happy. Very dissatisfied and will now go to a different dentistry moving forward. I will say outside of her, the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with a crown. Dr Kelly cleaned and reset my crown while treating me like we were life long friends. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like a long time patient. I highly recommend them as my wife and I are extremely happy with their practice.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist told me I had the gums of a 24 yr old. It may have been the nicest compliment I have ever received. For context I am in my mid 40s. Anyway we have been using Dr. Kelly and Dr. Paige since 2014 and highly recommend them aside from the flattery, they use the best and most current methods to keep your teeth looking their best and your gums heathly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kelly joined Dr Page’s thriving dental practice in 2023 or 2024. He is replacing Dr Page’s, who will be retiring sometime soon: I have been going to this practice for over 28 years. So I was nervous meeting Dr Kelly for the first time/. But I had nothing to fear. Dr Kelly is very friendly, even joking with me since I joke around myself. He has been very professional and comforting when I was getting a cavity filled with him. He was/is gentle and concerned about my comfort throughout dental exams and procedures. From the first day I met him, I had complete confidence and trust in him. The Kelly Family dental office is a family! They offer you water or coffee in the lobby. They have tv’s in the each room if you want to watch something. They will also cover you up with a blanket if you’re cold. If you have kids, and they don’t have any cavities at their next dental cleaning, their name is entered into a contest. One winner is drawn and that child will receive a giant stuffed animal. The stuffed animal is at the front desk for the kids to see what they will win. Dr Kelly and his team have really restored my trust in dentists!! Fantastic experience: Who really enjoys the dentist? I am a patient with mild anxiety at the dentist. Here I am able to relax and know that I am in good hands. They have great communication skills and letting me know what is needed or happening next. I appreciate their hard work and dedication they have for making my smile brighter and better. Fantastic experience: I switch to Dr. Kelly because my previous dentist was always trying to sell me something...telling me I need some expensive procedure, or trying to talk me into some product that I desperately needed. It was so annoying. I have been to Dr. Kelly many times now and he hasn't tried to sell me a single thing yet. He just cleans, inspects, and repairs my teeth - just like a densist is supposed to do. It is so refreashing to have a dentist that care more about his patients than his payckeck!

Fantastic experience: It was a Sunday. I had a cap and gold filling fall out (work that had been done 20 years ago and 35 years ago). On Monday I needed to be in Chicago for a noon lunch meeting! On Monday morning when the office opened, I walked in and explained what happened! Dr Kelly had me in and out of the chair in 30 minutes! I was 15 minutes early for my lunch meeting! That is outstanding service!!!
