Fantastic experience: I had very extensive surgery done about a week ago by Dr. Fortson----2 teeth removed which had failed root cannels and 3 implants inserted. I could not have been more satisfied. I was well prepared in advance, taken on time by a very user-friendly staff and have come through it all with almost no post-surgery discomfort. I was very impressed by Dr. Fortson's obvious expertise and willingness to explain everything in advance who opted to do my surgery in a less intrusive manner than originally discussed. Kudos to Dr. Fortson and his terrific staff.

Fantastic experience: Check-in was quick and easy. Waiting room was clean, organized and modern. Beverage counter with coffee and water is a nice welcoming touch. Wait time was short. I was 10-minutes early. Todays appointment was for the hygienist/teeth cleaning. Jennifer and Taylor were both very kind and understanding to my sensitive teeth. The examination room was private and spacious with a window view. The examination chair was comfortable. Dr. kroll and Dr. Fortson we’re both in the office and said hello. Dr. Kroll did my oral examination. She was very thorough and polite. My over all experience was excellent. Thank you Milford Fortson Team.

Fantastic experience: Love having the ability to have a 7 AM appointment. Jenn, my dental hygienist was awesome as usual. Dr. Kroll and all the staff especially the front desk are always friendly and make going to the dentist. No big deal. I would recommend this dental office over all the other dental offices in the area.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient with this practice for decades & was nervous when I learned there were new dentists in town. I'm sooo glad I decided to stay!!!! For starters, the staff makes you feel like family, very friendly, fun atmosphere. In less than a year, I've had two big procedures & decided to give IV sedation a try....What a game changer!!! Dr Fortson can give his full attention to working on my dental needs, while James is the nurse anesthesiologist. This duo are like dental rock stars . Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for the staff at Fortson Dentistry. During a hard time in my life and getting custody of a child who needed major dental work done this staff was there for me every step of the way. After taking her to another dentist who did nothing but blow us off and make assumptions like I could not afford the treatment needed for this child Fortson dentistry did not one time judge her or myself and wanted nothing more than to help her and make her feel comfortable with her extreme fear of the dentist. We are beyond pleased with the results and will be having the whole family switch to receive care from this wonderful practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists and hygienists. At my cleaning 6 months ago they measured gum or periodontal pockets up to 5mm, indicating gum disease. I didn't have their deep cleaning procedure done, but took their recommendation to start using a water flosser to keep the pockets clear of bacteria. At my cleaning today, to our surprise, the largest pocket they could find was 3mm! I hadn't known those could close up. "Yes, they can; keep up the good work!" Further, they recommended I try a free app, over an expensive mouth guard, where I could set the frequency of reminders to not be grinding my teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Fortson and your incredible staff!

Fantastic experience: Don’t shame me. Took 4 years to go back to the dentist for a cleaning. They have an excellent staff and go above and beyond. I am a high anxiety person. It took a lot to make an appointment. I’m also OCD i use the highest end water pick and electric toothbrush money can buy. I knew I needed to go in. I was having some issues without telling them they identified the spots that needed to be addressed. They are very thorough and not out to sell you something you don’t need.

Well I just had my 3rd visit with a bit more work done and Dr. Kroll and her assistant were the absolute best, I have a huge fear of needles and I never felt a thing, they even had me laughing afterward, I've never felt so good about going to the dentist, the whole staff there is so personable. My first visit was the most informative and thorough dental visit I've ever had. They explained things to me that have never been said to me about my dental health. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with how many hours Michelle worked to get the medical (vs. dental) portion of my procedure covered by Medicare. I didn't even know Medicare would cover some tooth-related procedures that involve a problem in the bone like infection, such as a root canal or the extraction of a tooth with placement of an implant. Very rare to find a dental office that will go through the trouble to get themselves, and then their patients, approved by Medicare. Medicare part B and my Medicare Supplemental insurance covered it all up through the implant; saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you Michelle and doctor Fortson!
