Fantastic experience: Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. I enjoy coming by for each appointment and chatting with them while I'm there. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Love the people but the computer Kiosk they make you use to sign in is frustrating and annoying not only to just me but everyone I have talked to. Will probably look for another Dentist due to this.

Fantastic experience: 3/20/25 As usual Dr Nathan and staff took great care of me thru an exam and 2 fillings. They updated me on insurance claims. This office goes above and beyond and what I really appreciate is the way they stay on top of insurance authorizations which can get complicated. This is not always the case with past dentists I’ve seen so I really appreciate it. I had a broken tooth pulled and Dr Nathan listened to me voice my concerns. She answered all my questions and as we got started she explained all the steps as we went along. Within 2-3 minutes after getting started the tooth was out. The assistant was also kind and helpful. I am very happy with this office because all the staff is consistently kind and attentive. Update 7/11/24 I loved my young lady hygienist! My second time seeing her. Perfect balance between professional and down to earth. This is a wonderful office! 7/31/24. As usual I love this office and all the staff. I’m very involved in my care and ask lots of questions. Dr Nathan always takes her time with me and treatment is never pushed. Amber, the office manager, sat with me to discuss insurance issues and she explained everything to me. I came in today to have a tooth looked at and to my surprise they were able to fix it today which means a lot because I travel in from Northville. I completely trust this office!

Negative experience: Myself and my son go to this dental office. I’ve had a great experience with the dentist herself and our hygienist. Recently I had an appointment that was for a cleaning and I needed to see the dentist. I originally booked back to back appointments. But then was called the week of my appointment and said my appointments were now at 9:30 and 12 so that left me a 2 hour window between appointments. So I called back to reschedule. I had the not so delightful experience with a scheduler named Amber. She sighed loudly when I told her that I’d like to reschedule my appointment, then told me that I could not be rebooked with a back to back appointment. I questioned why and explained my original appointments were back to back then I was called and told I’d have a 2 hour wait between them. She stood firm on the fact that I wouldn’t be able to rebook back to back. Very negative attitude during the whole conversation. Long story short, myself and my son will not be returning to this office. And a word of advice to Amber, if you’re gonna be in customer service, you shouldn’t have such a nasty disposition. And to the dentist, better staff will help your practice grow. Because one bad seed can definitely spoil the bunch.

Negative experience: I was passed off to this office by their partner office in South Lyon. I was told this office would call me to schedule. It took 2 weeks to get a call back to schedule. I went for my first appt and the dentist was unable to numb me enough to do the work. I was left with a partially drilled ragged tooth and a promise that they would look into a specialist and call me. 3 weeks later, no word even with a message left asking. It is very frustrating to find no one really cares anymore. Much can be said when they are face to face with you, but once you are out the door, no one cares anymore.
