Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I scheduled an appointment for four cavities while waiting for my Blue Shield dental insurance to become active. I specifically planned my appointment around the activation date, expecting to use my coverage. After the dental work was completed, I discovered the office was out of network, leaving me responsible for approximately $1,700 for four fillings. To make matters worse, the entire procedure felt extremely rushed. I didn’t feel the dentist took enough time to ensure I was comfortable or receiving proper care. Afterward, I started experiencing pain in one of my upper teeth. When I returned to complain about the pain following their treatment, they charged me for another visit. It’s extremely disappointing to spend $1,700 on dental work, experience pain afterward, and then be charged again just to address those concerns. Patients deserve transparency about insurance coverage, upfront pricing, and quality care. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office. I strongly advise others to verify insurance coverage directly with their provider and get all treatment costs in writing before proceeding.

Fantastic experience: I decided to visit this office because my teeth had become quite stained from drinking coffee for many years. I had never received a professional teeth whitening treatment before, so I was not entirely sure what to expect. The entire experience was fantastic, and the difference in my smile was immediately noticeable. My teeth look incredibly clean and are several shades lighter. Before the whitening treatment, I received a very thorough teeth cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and did an excellent job. The whitening process itself was highly comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed the whole time. An unexpected bonus was the high-tech diagnostic process. They took detailed three dimensional scans that mapped out my teeth, jaw, and skull. The doctor took the time to go over the images with me, explaining how my teeth and jaw alignment connect to my overall health. It was fascinating to learn so much during what was supposed to be a simple cosmetic visit. The customer service is outstanding, and the technology they use is impressive. If you want to brighten your smile and get a truly detailed look at your dental health, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Lebo and the entire team enough! I broke my front tooth in the middle of the night and left a message, expecting to wait a while for a response. Instead, they returned my call first thing the next morning and got me in for a same-day appointment. I was so relieved. From the receptionist to Dr. Lebo, every single person was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but this office completely changed that for me. The little details make such a differencehaving your own private treatment room where you can actually hear the TV instead of reading subtitles, plus being offered tea or water, made the experience feel so comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Lebo did an incredible job repairing my tooth, and you would never know it had chipped. The level of care, professionalism, and hospitality is unmatched. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place. 10/10 experience. I won’t go anywhere else!

Positive experience: The dental work was great. The dentists were great. The staff was friendly. The office was clean, modern, and exactly what you’d expect from a Beverly Hills practice. Then I met the billing department. How is it that the people holding sharp metal tools near my face were the most reassuring part of the experience? Every time I called about a bill, I got a different explanation. The numbers moved around more than a politician’s campaign promises. I’d ask a simple question and somehow leave the conversation with three new questions and less confidence than when I started. And the callbacks? Let’s just say if I ever go missing, I hope the police don’t use this office’s billing department to follow up on leads. The frustrating part is that the actual dental care was excellent. It’s like owning a Ferrari with a GPS that keeps directing you into a lake.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a whitening but as a first timer with them I needed to do all of the scans and X-rays. Their team found so many other problems that my previous dentist had either missed or ignored. Needless to say, S&C is now my home office. Thank you Dr. Peri, Dr. Lebo, and the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I go to S&C Dental for my general dentistry, as well as for my Invisalign treatment. Johnny and Sandy at the front are helpful and accommodating. Debbie, the dental hygienist is really good and thorough with her cleanings and Dr. Lebo has been super patient with me throughout the entire Invisalign journey. She’s walked me through the process step-by-step and has made me feel comfortable with every advancement or tweak we make with the trays.

Negative experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and was excited that I found a dentist near by who was within my insurance plan. I filled out the paperwork and insurance information when I signed up for the appointment (about 2 weeks prior). I arrive to my appointment ready for my cleaning and they inform me they will not take my insurance. They had plenty of time to inform me before arriving, but neglected to do so. Since I didn’t cancel before 24 hours they still charge me the $75 cancelation fee when I didn’t want to pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been to a luxury spa for your teeth and mouth? Well, I have—and it’s called S&C Dental. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. John greeted me and made me a delicious green vanilla matcha while I waited for my dentist to come evaluate me. While I was relaxing, Asia came over and gave me a warm paraffin hand treatment. I couldn’t believe I was at a dental office—it truly felt like a spa. And last but definitely not least, the teeth cleaning—which I usually dread—was absolutely impeccable, thanks to Debbie. She was thorough, gentle, and made the entire process comfortable. Kayla is officially my new dentist forever. The entire team is amazing, and the level of care and hospitality is unmatched. They even offer complimentary facials from their sister spa on the first floor, which makes the whole visit feel like a full luxury experience. If you need dental work done, I highly recommend coming here. It’s truly a beautiful experience from beginning to end.

Negative experience: I will not return to this dentist in 2026 because of unprofessionalism and lack of care. Since coming here I’ve always felt I leave trying to be sold either veneers or some extra treatment. I recently came in for tooth sensitivity and was told I had a cracked filling and needed a crown. I allowed both to be completed. I immediately came Home after getting filling and temporary crown and realized my sensitivity was still coming from a different top tooth that was not listened to. I was told to come back (during my scheduled cleaning) to get composite on that tooth. When I came back, The new nurse then told me to take a “conservative” approach and NOT to get composite and that it was fine. (Always differing information. ) The point is the crown is what they wanted to fix (money) not addressing my actual pain. Since the temp crown I’ve been in immense pain for four weeks. I’ve now pinpointed this was made worse from my retainers. I was not told in person at my appointment that I should cut my retainers as they won’t fit my crown or filling. I was later told this by voicemail but did not know I also needed to cut the bottom row where filling was done. I came back for my permanent crown after expressing pain and a lady came in (after an HOUR of waiting) saying they would NOT deliver the crown until we figured pain out. It’s Dec 23rd and I needed to get home for holiday so I asked them to put in in anyways. I was then send to an endodonstist SAME DAY after being told my insurance is maxed (from the crown installed) to figure out my pain. After spending $180 out of pocket the endo said I’m fine and a crown takes 3-4 weeks to heal and I should take Ibuprofen and Tylenol together (which actually worked). the point is that was a waste of my time and money and was an extreme inconvenience and extremely stressful for no reason. I never received proper aftercare steps To heal my crown nor did I receive follow up on the new retainers I needed.

Fantastic experience: I'm obsessed with my teeth whitening results! From start to finish, the team's thoroughness was on another level. Dr. Lebo and the staff use the latest high-tech digital scanners and 3D imaging, which I had never seen before. They even took a scan to analyze my airway for possible nighttime breathing issues, showing a genuine commitment to my overall health. During the whitening itself, my gums were fully protected with a special blue liquid that was cured, and my cheeks and tongue were covered with cotton to ensure everything was safe. The results completely exceeded my expectations! My teeth were the exact shade of white I wanted, not too bright or unnatural. When I left, they gave me a post-care bag with instructions on what to eat and avoid, along with helpful goodies like toothpaste for sensitivity, which I really appreciated. I was expecting tingling or shocks for days, but I only felt it slightly on the day of the treatment. I look forward to coming back!

Negative experience: "Don't let the gorgeous office fool you. I came in for a routine cleaning and felt like I was being sold a used car. They tried to tell me I needed $4,000 in 'urgent' work that my previous dentist never mentioned. To make matters worse, they tacked on a $250 laser fee I never agreed to. Beautiful views, but zero transparency and questionable ethics."

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at S & C Dental and I tend to be a little nervous at doctor's appointments in general. That was not the case once i was with my Hygienist, Liliana and she was amazing. She was kind, patient, and attentive, and very informative on how I should care for my teeth at home. She made me feel very comfortable to the point that I now look forward to my dental appointments at S & C Dental. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at this dental office and I am happy with the care I receive there.

She is patient, calm, and explains everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. She never rushes me, checks in on my comfort throughout the visit, and gives me choices so I feel in control. The entire team is wonderful!!! The receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are all kind, reassuring, and extremely patient. They allow breaks when I feel overwhelmed, never pressure me, and make thoughtful accommodations that make a huge difference. This care has been life-changing for me. I still don’t love dentist visits, but thanks to Dr. Lebo and the team at S&C Dental Beverly Hills, I will always come in willingly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dental hygienist for teeth cleaning for awhile now. All of my previous experiences were torture and painful for me and I was afraid to go again. I knew I needed a cleaning and on a lark found a coupon for teeth cleaning at S&C Dental in Beverly Hills. I figured I would try it. Liliana was my dental hygienist and my experience was nothing short of a miracle. Liliana listened to me and I felt she heard me as I explained about previous painful and horrible dental cleanings from other hygienists. Liliana cleaned my teeth and for the first time in my life I wasn’t crying from pain. Her expertise and her sensitivity allowed for a very thorough cleaning with dare I say … no pain! A miracle!! I can’t say enough about Liliana and the fabulous pain free experience I had with her and to boot my teeth look whiter and feel cleaner and healthier. Thank you Liliana.

Positive experience: I’ve been consistently impressed with this dental office. Everyone on the staff is friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with, which makes every visit pleasant. What really stands out to me is the quality of the hygienists – every single one I’ve seen has been fantastic. They don’t just do great cleanings; they also take the time to offer practical, helpful tips for improving my dental hygiene at home. My most recent cleaning was with Liliana, and she was exceptional. She was thorough, gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention she provided. The office also has nice amenities that make visits more enjoyable – TVs to watch during procedures, hand paraffin wax treatments, and quality bottled water. One hygienist even applied chapstick to my lips before starting my cleaning, which was such a thoughtful touch that I haven’t experienced at other dental offices. I really enjoy going here for my routine cleanings and would definitely recommend them for that!

Negative experience: Dr. Lebo is so incompetent it’s crazy! She should not have a medical license. I question her sanity as well. I went in for a very small chip on my natural tooth, expecting a simple, conservative fix. Instead, the dentist shaved down a significant portion of my tooth without consent, leaving it noticeably shorter than the matching tooth and left a dent in the front of my tooth. This was completely unexpected, unnecessary, and has caused irreparable damage. She was watching “Love is Blind” on the TV while working on a meticulous thing like fixing a little chip and laughing and talking throughout the entire procedure with her assistant. When I asked to turn it off after she showed me she shaved down my tooth and tried to gaslight me by saying “it’s just the square shape that makes it look shorter”, her assistant asked me “is it because you don’t want spoilers?” This is how out of touch they are in their office. They also had assistants come multiple times through the procedure to grab things from the desk behind her which caused her hands to shake every time. Even one came in and yelled “DID ANYONE CALL ME?” When nobody had and caused Dr. Lebo to bump the file into my tooth while she was trying to fix her terrible work. This assistant knew I already complained about people coming in and interrupting because I already knew my tooth was damaged at this point. When she noticed I was visibly annoyed, she laughed. They are so professional here they should be working in a bar. Dr. Lebo had to add bonding to replace what she shaved down which chipped 3 days later and had to be filed down back to the odd square shape. She also filed down a chunk out of the front of my tooth! Since the appointment, the tooth now feels strange and tingly, almost like there may be nerve sensitivity or irritation, which I never experienced before. It feels odd in my mouth like half my tooth is missing. Very noticeable feeling all the time. What makes this even more alarming is that I’ve been to younger or less experienced dentists some straight out of dental school who have never done anything like this. I also noticed another review describing a similar issue with unnecessary tooth shaving, and I’ve heard of other patients having negative experiences but not feeling comfortable posting publicly. Very concerning. This experience was deeply traumatizing. I trusted this office with a simple issue and walked out with a much bigger problem that I didn’t have before. I don’t even think this can be fixed unless I get veneers which I never wanted to do and I don’t like veneers. Adding a strip of bonding to replace what she shaved down will probably chip off very easily again. Angry doesn’t even describe it. I feel a deep sense of loss. I would get compliments I had beautiful teeth and didn’t need veneers. Now Dr. Lebo destroyed my teeth and confidence and now caused a medical issue since I now have sensitivity. I don’t understand how she has positive reviews and I’m pretty sure they pay influencers to advertise for them. The office is pushy and tries to get you to schedule all treatments recommended and on the same day with no respect for your time- you will spend hours here. Dr. Lebo is downright evil for being so careless with peoples teeth and shaving them down without consent and causing damage instead of paying attention and being careful! My life would be so much better if I never met her.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTIST. If you need anything other than routine cleaning please go elsewhere. She is highly inexperienced and caused permanent damage to my teeth during an Invisalign Treatment. I read the reviews and thought I could trust this dentist and this turned out to be a massive mistake. She shaved down my two front teeth, top and bottom, which did not need to be done and I went to two other dentists that confirmed this was malpractice. Her hands were also shaking during the procedure making me incredibly uncomfortable and realizing too late that she was incompetent. I needed a minor correction because my old retainer broke and she claimed it would be a quick 3 month treatment. I spent almost a year going back and forth to her office trying to fix it. The alignment was never right and teeth were shaved that should never have been touched. I had to go to a new orthodontist to get this fixed but my teeth are permanently damaged by her. Do yourself a favor and find someone who has more experience. Do not make the mistake of going here and lulled into a false sense of security by reviews that may or may not be legitimate.

Fantastic experience: Review for S&C Dental Office I had an amazing experience at S&C dental office! Dr. Lebo was warm and welcoming, and she gave me so many tips on how to take care of my teeth - more than any other dental office I’ve been to! She recommended taking multi supplements, and shared a tip I’d never heard before: try to avoid your teeth touching to prevent any issues. She emphasized how important it is to breathe out of your nose to create saliva at night. She also recommended a medicated toothpaste. After discussing toothpaste, Dr. Lebo educated me on my bone structure and the x-ray, going step-by-step through the photos that were taken of my teeth. What really stood out was that Dr. Lebo commended me on how I have good teeth and areas that need improvement - rather than just focusing on problems. She stressed the importance of flossing more often, and now I feel more confident in my teeth. The whole process started with John, the receptionist, who was super informative and showed amazing care over the phone. Then Michael did an excellent job welcoming me in, hearing me out, expressing empathy, and ensuring I was in good hands. I love how Michael made me feel welcome and comfortable by displaying the TV and asking me what my favorite show was, and which one I wanted to watch. And then I met Dr. Lebo, who was so bubbly and positive! She made me feel welcome and educated me on how to take care of my teeth. I had such a great experience the first day that I came back the second day for a treatment. Aresely was very informative about different products and treatments without being pushy. Asia, another associate, had a great first impression with her beautiful smile - and on the second day, she was a breath of fresh air, just like Dr. Lebo! They should be commended greatly for their services! Customer Service is super important, and these associates are exemplary members of the team! They make this company shine! I work in an industry geared towards Customer Service, and these folks rock! The last communication from Ashley, the receptionist, was also warm and welcoming, making sure my after-treatment was a success. I’ll definitely be returning for my yearly cleaning soon! Fantastic experience: had a great experience at S&C Dental with Dr. Lebo and Dr. Peri. I originally came in for a routine exam and cleaning, and from the moment I walked in. I felt super comfortable. The front desk staff is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, they made everything easy from scheduling to check in.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental visit I have ever had. They did a full scan of my teeth and skull. Dr. Lebo sat with me for 15 minutes to thoroughly discuss my treatment options and I found out I have a deviated septum after 30 years of suffering with breathing issues. Kiana was so friendly offering a number of products to help assist with maintaining my gums and a great smile. The spirulina matcha was the cherry on top! 10/10 Exceeded my expectations and they squeezed me in with 24 hours notice!

Fantastic experience: Found myself in quite a pickle today when I chipped my front tooth while at work. Mortified, I quickly searched for a dentist nearby. I called S&C dental and was told to come right in - it was 3:30pm on a Monday. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the office and the warm welcome from the staff. I completed the forms and was promptly whisked away into the procedure room. Dr. Lebo was incredibly approachable, kind, knowledgeable and funny. This really helped as I have a bit of anxiety around all things dental related. She did an excellent job repairing my smile. She also adjusted my bite so my to front teeth would no longer hit my bottom ones when I bite down. My front tooth has chipped once every few years because this issue was never properly addressed. I know it was now because I can feel the difference. I will be back and am thinking I might get Invisalign too. Thank you Dr. Lebo and staff!

Fantastic experience: YALL. I didn’t want to leave and I’m ready to go back. This office was immaculate. The staff were beyond hospitable, kind, wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and just went above and beyond. All the technology was state of the art, it felt like I entered the year 2040, they have all the high tech equipment to ensure *the most* advanced dental (and sinus!!) examination to evaluate a custom treatment. I am so impressed and grateful to have discovered such a special dentist’s office. Dr. Kayla and Nurse Asia were the most kind, knowledgeable and wonderful dental team. Larry was the icing on the cake for all other checkout & insurance needs. They all consistently checked in on my comfort level and guided me through every step of my new patient journey. They really wanted to make sure I felt comfortable, clearly communicated with, and not scared at any point. They were gentle and lovely. I feel confident in them for enhancing my dental longevity for years to come.

Fantastic experience: S&C Dental totally changed my experience and opinion of going to the dentist. Really any doctor appointment. From the welcome at the front desk (shoutout Johnny & Ashley) to the care Asia and Dr. Lebo gave me I really can’t emphasize enough how much TLC and attention to detail go into their services. I would go there just to have a latte that Johnny makes or a hand massage that they offer while you’re watching Netflix and getting your checkup haha! Truly the best of what LA has to offer.

Fantastic experience: I normally never leave reviews on here, but this is the first dentist I’ve been to in LA that’s actually made me feel heard and valued. I have a history of dentists not believing me when I tell them I’m in pain and rushing through procedures just to get to the next person. But here, Dr. Kayla was honest, friendly, and very accommodating. She noticed that I was nervous and offered me a stress ball. Consistently asked how I was feeling while getting some fillings done because she actually read my chart which stated I have dentist anxiety. When we were done, I couldn’t wait to schedule my cleaning in 6 months because I knew I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I experienced world-class dental care at S&C Dental Beverly Hills! From the moment I arrived at S&C Dental, I knew I had chosen a pristine dentistry center for my teeth whitening procedure. The front-office staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and with immediacy offered a drink. After completing the routine New Patient Forms, I was taken to a private room. The procedure room is large and comfortable, with state of the art dental equipment and iTero scanners. Olga was my dental therapist, she used the iTero scanner and provided high definition images of my teeth. After the images were taken Doctor Kayla Lebo furnished a thorough and informative assessment of my teeth. After the consultation with Dr. Lebo, Olga oversaw the teeth whitening therapy, her professionalism is commendable. The procedure was done in sections of 15 minute intervals. Olga was by my side during the entire procedure, making sure I was confortable and ensuring the procedure was progressing without any discomfort. My experience was phenomenal, the 1st thing I did after I left was text my family and friends recommending S&C Dental Beverly Hills.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to S&C, and I had a deep cleaning done by the best dental hygienist I've ever met. If you're reading this review, I know you're looking for insights, so let me share my experience. First, find parking, as they only offer valet service in the building. I parked nearby and learned there's a 2-hour free parking option across the street. Upon entering the office, I was struck by its chic and beautiful atmosphere. Ashley at the front desk was clear, super sweet, and always smiling. Asia, the dental assistant, quickly and thoroughly did my x-rays. I mentioned my anxiety, and they all worked to make sure I felt comfortable. The deep cleaning was amazing; my teeth felt soft and clean. The dental hygienist, Alliance, was incredibly nice, constantly checked on me, and ensured I felt good throughout the process. Then, Dr. Lebo explained my treatment plan in detail, covering what each tooth needed. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. They are a wonderful team who will take care of you until you're completely satisfied.

I got an emergency appointment and met Dr. Peri who was very professional and very knowledgeable and effective in my dental treatment! They were able to save it with a filling! Fantastic experience: You know how every dentist tells you ‘remember to floss’, and you leave going “yeah yeah yeah” and not really get to it everyday? Well, this experience was so educational, I WANTED to floss after I left. I didn’t know I would be INSPIRED to floss at a dentist. Let me tell you why. With all of the advanced imaging tech, she went over all parts and explained what was going on with my teeth. Their tech created 3D images OF MY SKULL. Jaw, teeth, everything. (My doctor was Dr.Lebo with help from nurse Olga. Are they called nurses?) Dr. Lebo reviewed my teeth and why things were changing (gums, bone, etc) the calcified mineralized build up pushed my gums down allows more bacteria in etc. and the consequences of it all. I didn’t know any of this. Oh, and they put my hands in some paraffin wax while they cleaned my teeth to make it ridiculously smooth. Is this a spa thing? I’m not a spa guy, but after going to a dentist. Maybe I’ll start. Every single person I met there were so nice too. Phenomenal experience. Best dentist I’ve been to, literally, in my life.

I really dislike going to the dentist but was very happy with how positive the atmosphere was. And the procedure was pain free. Yes pain free...I had my wisdom tooth extracted and it went very smoothly. I'll definitely be back in 6 months for my check up.

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth from tripping on the sidewalk. I rushed to the dentist because it hurt so bad. I was greeted with friendly staff and Dr. Paul was great. While I was at it I had him do a wisdom tooth extraction since it's something I needed to get done for a while. Very glad I went there!!!
