Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Yalda was lovely! I really appreciated that she clearly explained what was happening with my teeth before doing anything and then talked me through everything as she was doing it.

Fantastic experience: The office space is very clean and modern. This was my third time back and I'm always welcomed with a warm smile and greeting. Every staff member was so friendly. The staff member that cleaned my teeth was gentle, thorough, friendly and also made me feel comfortable. Upon checking out the lovely woman at the front desk took the time to break down my pricing with my insurance if I were to schedule my procedure this calendar year or wait until my insurance resets for the next calendar year. There was never any pressure or any "upsell". I remember on my first visit when it had been 2+ years since I been to a dentist bc of an insurance switch, they had made recommendations (I needed a crown and had two cavities (!)) and said whenever I was ready I can contact them to take care of these. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, supportive, friendly, understanding... and expert. I'm always taken care of in the best way possible. When I'm nervous about a procedure, they do everything possible to put me at ease. They are truly a special dentist's office. Best ever.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for years. I’ve been a part of their membership program. But I’ve recently had TWO bad crown experiences in a row. The first, the lab made the tooth the wrong color. Sure, mistakes happen, no big deal. But it does double the amount of time you have to spend at the dentists. Two visits, two rounds of being numbed. But no big deal right. This last crown, the same thing happened. TWICE. Their lab made two errors on two different rounds of crowns. Now it’s FOUR trips to get the tooth fixed. How can I trust the level of care I am getting if their partners can’t be bothered to get it right TWICE IN A ROW. Who suffers here? The patient. More time in the dentist chair, more hands in your mouth being poked. Nice dentists, but I can’t trust a place with such lack of attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Went in here with a very bad dental case, had already had about half my teeth extracted and was very very nervous and anxious about getting the rest done to start my denture process. Dr. Reza and the whole team were so supportive from day one! From walking in and meeting Rosie, and seeing her warm smile, I instantly knew I made the right choice. Then comes the actual day of my extractions, they went so well and the nitrous oxide made it feel like it was only 30 minutes! Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience getting tooth extractions. They had immediate dentures ready for me same day, so I never went without teeth! Even at a point when I was unsatisfied with my dentures they went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy again. Super super super pleased with Esther’s ability to turn a frown upside down! Thank you to the whole team for the beautiful new smile, and I hope you see my review :)

Fantastic experience: I visited the office today for a dental cleaning and was immediately struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Sam, was incredibly welcoming, she made the process of taking my X-rays quick and efficient without any discomfort. Dr. Aurora impressed me with her extensive knowledge and expertise. She took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, ensuring I understood each step of the procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kalasho's TruGlo is absolutely amazing. I have had some extremely complicated dental issues and as cliché as it may sound, I came out smiling. It's obvious that everyone in the office is happy to be there and it is a environment like no other dentist office. I believe if you had a visit there that you would understand my enthusiasm! Update 12/18/24 I was back at today having a more than thorough TruGlo cleaning which was free because I have the annual membership. This provides me with amazing discounts on various dental work I need as I go through my mid 50's. It also provides for two free cleanings a year in addition to the birthday month free cleaning. Great deal! Today, I also opted to have what id called a Hydrojet cleaning. I call it a power wash! While the cleaning Amani completed for me was more than comprehensive, the Hydrojet is an added service that makes my teeth even more bright and white. It really is amazing; Amani did stellar job and I'm beyond happy. They also offer a bleaching service which is also fabulous. It's hard to explain how TruGlo is not like any other dental offices I've been to over my lifetime. It is a completely different environment. Additionally, the level of knowledge Dr. Rhonda Kalasho and her team member's possess is profound. I would consider myself an educated person, but the level of insight coupled with the latest and greatest technology and equipment they have is mind-boggling. It is different in the best of ways in comparison to any other place I've been. I reiterated that because if you were to come in you would automatically know what I am going on about. TruGlo has offices in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and recently opened an office in Calabasas. They are all amazing and I highly recommend TruGlo. A++! Update: 11/13/2025 Today I had another excellent experience at TruGlo Modern Dentistry. Today I had my permanent crown put on and out for a couple adjustments, it fits perfect. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dr. Yalda again as well as Nathaly, the Dental Assistant. Both were extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with. Today I renewed my annual membership, which provides a variety of discounts as well as a couple cleaning appointments plus one for your birthday month. This is an excellent deal and well worth inquiring about. I would like to again highlight the environment of the office itself. It is not like any other dental office or Doctor Office I have ever experienced. I could go on a on, but I would encourage everyone to come check it out for yourself. A+++! 1/21/26 Dr. Rhonda Kalasho never ceases to amaze me. I was recently in an accident which resulted in my bite alignment being off. Because of the potential seriousness of the situation, she promptly met me at her Beverly Hills office to assess the situation. The level of technology at her offices is unexplainable. Extremely high-tech and I felt safer at her office than I would at a hospital. Everything turned out to be OK, but I trusted her advice and input more than I can ever explain. This is not a normal dental office. In addition, her kindness and that of her staff is outstanding . If you ever have a dental issue, I would not hesitate to recommend her without even having to think about it.

For visit on 12/01/2025 I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kalasho and her entire team at TruGlo Modern Dental. My mom recently had a gum graft surgery and a root canal. The root canal went perfectly, and when we contacted the office with a concern, Dr. Kalasho immediately fit my mom into her already packed schedule and had her come in right away to take a look. Her level of care, urgency, and genuine compassion is truly unmatched. At our follow-up today, Dr. Kalasho once again took her time and carefully checked the healing site, prepped my mom for her next graft, and also removed the temporary crown to place the permanent one from her root canal. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough—my mom felt so well taken care of every single visit. I also want to highlight her amazing assistant, Jeannette. She is always so warm, compassionate, and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure my mom is comfortable—even offering blankets when needed. TruGlo is genuinely lucky to have someone with such heart on their team. Leo and Tiffany are also very kind, helpful, and attentive every time we’re there. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Diana, Sandy, and Leslie—each of them so friendly and welcoming. Leslie helped us at checkout and with scheduling our upcoming appointments, and she is truly the sweetest. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience: Dr. Aurora did a phenomenal job! The whole experience was so seamless that I honestly had to ask if she had even started the filling. The process was that smooth. In other places, dental work felt more dramatic and uncomfortable, but with her, everything was calm, gentle, and efficient. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service here and the lack of transparency around costs and communication. I called several days ago to schedule a whitening and bonding consult. I was told I would need x-rays, so I asked if they could check whether my insurance would cover them or if they could use my existing x-rays from my current dentist. They said yes and asked me to email them, which I did twice over four days, and never received a response. 0 response. When I called back to follow up, I was told they could not help since I was not yet a patient, even though I was trying to become one. I was also informed that I would need to pay a $150 deposit just to make an appointment, drive all the way to the office, and only then find out what x-rays I would need and how much it would cost. That $150 deposit was never mentioned in the first call, which made it feel like a hidden fee. I would not have minded paying it if it had been disclosed upfront, but the lack of transparency and follow-through did not inspire confidence. My issue was not about paying or doing another x-ray. It was the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and organization that made me question how they handle patient care. For something as basic as a whitening and bonding consult, I expected better communication and clarity on costs. After my review on Yelp, the business owner responded publicly in a way that, in my opinion, reflected the same lack of professionalism I experienced directly. Instead of inquiring what happened as a business and having empathy at their lack of responsiveness and organization, the tone of their reply came across as defensive and dismissive, even referencing how much "time" I spent on my review, which felt passive aggressive. I am not the only one that they have responded to in this way. They also mentioned details about my x-rays, which I felt was inappropriate medical information to bring up publicly. To trust someone with your health and information in a city full of providers, there needs to be a level of professionalism which I believe this office lacks.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had appointments on the same day and time and this was our first time to the Beverly Hills office. Once we arrived public parking was easily accessible and the office was only a few blocks away. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful and we were finished in no time at all. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience here as a new patient. Everyone was so nice. They offered to watch Netflix while I was receiving care. The dentist was knowledge and answered all my questions. I feel like my oral care is in good hands at this dentist. They answered all my questions about insurance coverage and treatment plan break down. They were efficient and quick appointment. The wait time was less than 5 minutes for check in time.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think anyone can say they get super excited for a dental visit other than clients of TruGlo. They really go above and beyond. I came to them with all kinds of issues in 2022 and been a huge fan ever since! My smile is beautiful and i owe it all to them. Imani keeps my teeth so clean and i highly recommend the laser gums and hydrojet if she feels like you need it.

I've been coming to GLO for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is always kind, supportive, and professional, and the quality of care is outstanding. Fantastic experience: August 27, 2025 I came in for my tooth whitening and had a positive experience, as usual! Dental hygienist Nora was both kind and skilled. It was also nice to be warmly greeted by Dr. Kalasho and the receptionists. :-) June 29, 2023 I had my checkup/cleaning/XRAYS yesterday. Nora was my dental hygienist who did a spectacular job! Not only is she kind and friendly, but did a thorough cleaning on my teeth. Honestly, I consistently feel like a queen when I go here to my appointments, because that it how I am treated. I may have said this previously, but it bears repeating: I actually ENJOY going to my dentist! Note: I noticed that my previous review was indeed written by me last January, 2023...but apparently I neglected to hit the send button...so here it is below: Jan. 13, 2023: My recent visits to Dr. Kalasho went very well, as usual. I am seen on time, always with courtesy by the entire staff. I could find a dentist closer to me, but I feel so safe in Dr. Kalasho's hands that it is worth the trip. She takes the time to be sure everything is done just right. I have never felt any pain at my visits, which have included root canals and crowns. She also has a terrific bedside manner. Who could ask for more? Previous review: Updating: Just have to reiterate how pleased I am with Dr. Kalasho. Whenever I go for my checkups or work needed on my choppers...I am confident that I am in good hands! I have been repeatedly satisfied every step of the way at my office visits. I came in for a cleaning to remove stains caused by an oral rinse that a previous dentist had recommended—without warning me about the staining side effects. Thankfully, Truglo Dental used their SuperJet treatment to completely eliminate the stains and leave my teeth looking noticeably whiter and brighter. 5 stars all around!

The staff were completely caring of my fear and even gave me a tooth shaped plushie to squeeze for the fear. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a year now after my crown fell off. They gave me a thorough exam and explained to me why it fell off, I and kept me informed of everything I needed to get a new crown. Since then I have joined their membership which is helpful for discounts :) I have chipped teeth in the front which they fixed and it looks PERFECT, and i'm now also getting my bottom teeth fixed. The best part is that they are also super accommodating of my schedule. I wish I could give 10 stars. seriously, great office, incredible staff, and they do AMAZING WORK!

Fantastic experience: I went to Truglo modern dentistry for a wisdom teeth consultation, the office is very modern and high tech. They did take my panoramic x-rays which was fascinating, Dr. Kalasho is very detail oriented and explained the procedure very well… also they have awesome memberships that helps you get discounts if you don’t have insurance and honestly it’s much better than any dental insurance. I’m excited to start my dental Journey with Dr. Kalasho and her team.

Dr Khamis, Dr Kalasho and all of the staff here genuinely care about their patients and each other and it shows.
