Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most impressive dental experience I’ve had in 15 years! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Woodmill Dental and Dr. John C. Eum, DDS. For the past 15 years, my dentist in Singapore was the standard by which I measured every other dental experience. After today, I can confidently say that Dr. Eum exceeded even those expectations. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, everything was professional, seamless, and incredibly well handled. That same level of professionalism continued throughout my entire visit. The practice is modern, the technology is up to date, and it’s clear that patient care is a genuine priority. I actually came in today for a second opinion regarding dental work I had done in March. Dr. Eum immediately identified the exact issue I had been concerned about. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me or simply try to get the business. He explained my options, including going back to the previous provider to see if they would correct the work at no cost, or having him take care of it. There was really no question for me; I’m choosing to have Dr. Eum do the work. It’s not often that you find a healthcare provider who inspires this level of confidence after just one visit. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Woodmill Dental and finally feel like I’ve found a dentist who sets the bar rather than falls short of it. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Woodmill Dental is excellent! I chipped my tooth over the weekend, sent an appointment request to them on that Sunday, they promptly reached out to me on Monday and I got my tooth repaired on Tuesday. Everyone made me feel very welcomed even though I felt super embarrassed because of my chipped front tooth. Dr. John Eum is very thorough and very gentle. I would highly recommend Woodmill Dental!

The staff was nice and Dr. Eum answered my questions about what I would need and gave me the typical time frame of when the procedures are done. The price for the visit is very reasonable and they give you a 10% discount if you don't pay with insurance.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience today at Dr Eum's office. Lori the receptionist has exceptional people skills, and went above and beyond to make booking our first appointment as smooth as possible. The office is small and clean. We were greeted warmly by Lori, the hygienist (I unfortunately forgot her name) and Dr Eum when we arrived. I was taken back for x-rays. The hygienist was excellent. She seemed quite knowledgeable and went over my xray findings in detail. She also did a great job with my cleaning. Dr Eum was also very pleasant. This has been the best experience I've had in any dental office, both within Delaware and outside of the state. There was no excessive waiting, no shady business practices, no attempts at upselling us on unnecessary services or procedures. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I saw Dr. EUm yesterday for a few extractions. I has a bad experience in the past with another dentist in a different state so i was terrified to have these extractions done. I was expecting the worse , to be crying and screaming in pain. Dr. Eum is an angel. All my anxiety was gone within minute of him doing the work. I felt nothing, he was gentle, and checked in on me many times. I cant thank him and his staff enough for being so amazing ! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the table. The Doctor and dental hygienist were very informative and worked well with my 2 and 10 year old.
