Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Wasniewski by chance, and am so happy I did. This is the first dentist I've been to that hasn't made me feel ashamed about my teeth. I needed extractions and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He was very quick and thorough, and I had no swelling and very little pain afterwards. His staff is so pleasant and friendly. I feel like I've been going here for years. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a dentist in the Bear area.

After some anxiety about my upcoming wisdom tooth removal, he and his team put me completely at ease the moment I walked in the door. He immediately found the simplest and most effective approach to the extraction, and the procedure itself went so smooth and was completely pain-free. The next day, I was absolutely amazed at how minimal my discomfort was. Dr. John is not only extremely skilled but also kind, friendly, and professional. For clarity - wisdom teeth removal can often be a specialist task, so you’ll need to discuss with him your needs individually. But he is an incredibly talented professional with a fantastic team behind him, and I’m very grateful for their care.

I have had really bad anxiety since I was a kid and being in a dentist chair hearing it all makes it even more over whelming. They always ease my nerves from conversation to asking if I’m okay and need a minute. I’ve had fillings done, cleanings and most recent as yesterday a tooth extracted. I’m surprised I have absolutley no swelling, no bruising, nothing, and the entire thing took about ten minutes. Not only is he efficient but fast which in my case is needed! Booking an emergency appointment was easy as well and I was in there within 24 hours. The office staff is super sweet and helps deal with my difficult (and probably annoying) scheduling requests. The wait time is never long and I’m in and out of there usually within 40-50 minutes. Love you guys and what you do! Forever appreciate your patience. Happy Holidays!

Negative experience: I've been a patient in this office for more than 25 years (when the practice was owned by Dr. Bright). I had to cancel my october 22, 2025 cleaning at this office because I was hospitalized, and I cancelled more than a week ahead. When I called to reschedule, I explained that I had to reschedule because i was in the hospital, the earliest the receptionist could give me is March 9, 2026. I'm not happy, and I will look for another dentist.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to that location since Dr. Bright was the dentist. It’s been at least 15 years. I recently had a very bad experience there that made me have to get a blood transfusion. I was never told to stop Eliquis when I had my tooth removed there and I bled all night. I’ve decided to stop going there because of that and the fact that this Dr. John is the most unfriendly doctor I’ve ever encountered. Maybe it’s just with some patients He’s that way. I’m not sure. I do know that I won’t be returning. Plus the price there are more than any other dentist.
