Fantastic experience: Very friendly place. Dr. Adey and the staff make one feel right at home. I highly recommend this group of nice people. Also, Dr. Adey is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. In such a short time, he found the problem and the solution in a matter of minutes. I should mention Kim, Dr. Adey's assistant. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Dr. Adey and his staff any higher. I've been seeing Dr. Adey for over 15 years. From cleanings to advanced bridge work the communication and attention to detail is unmatched especially for someone like myself whoever had had bad dental experiences.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adey is the best dentist ever!!! I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist because it’s always been associated with pain. Dr Adey and his staff care.They take time to explain procedures and how it will affect you. Most dentists go full steam ahead and expect you to assume they know what is best.

Fantastic experience: Always efficient visits. Staff is great. Dr Adey is extremely knowledgeable and works with preventative angle as well as reparative care.

Negative experience: Disappointed by the lack of transparency from the office regarding insurance coverage. Both their website and a phone conversation prior to our visit indicated they accepted Delta Dental (and other) insurance plans, but we later found out it doesn’t mean they are in-network for us. This was not clearly communicated in advance. As a result, our insurance only partially reimbursed our visits, and we ended up paying significantly more out-of-pocket than expected, beyond just our deductible. That said, I’m adding an extra star because the provider experience itself was very positive – my wife was highly satisfied with the care she received and would gladly return if the office were in-network with our insurance.

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to go back to the dentist after a negative experience and waiting years and because I didn't really have dental insurance. I asked for recommendations for a dentist that - most importantly- wouldn’t feel like they were pushing all kinds of unnecessary work - and a few people recommended Adey. I’m so glad they did. I finally feel like I’ve found a dentist I can trust and won’t dread going to. Everyone from the receptionist, the woman taking the x-rays, the hygienist and the dentist were great AND even if you don’t have insurance or you just have an alternative plan like I do, their cash pay prices are (in my opinion) very reasonable, and with a plan like mine they do all the paperwork, submit it, and all you have to do is wait for the plan to reimburse you for whatever they’ll pay for. I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone, but especially people who have had a not so great experience in the past with dentists offices like me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adey carefully explains important procedures, logistics and options. He answers all questions competently and professionally. Dr. Adey’s work is precise; very few if any adjustments need to be made to subsequent lab work, i.e. permanent crowns, appliances, etc.

They explicitly give you a run through of how they will be taking care of each situation and then carefully outline the after- care you’ll need to do which is so much better than after doing their repair work saying, ‘ OK, no exercise for 2weeks, only soft foods, etc. and I have no time to adjust my head around the situation. Fantastic experience: Had a good visit at the dentist today's always. I was seen right on time as usual, and greeted with a friendly smile from my hygienist Lindsey who is very good at her job. DR. Adey came in once my cleaning was complete and conversed about how I was going a good job with my dental health and I'll be honest I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get my dental work done, what a great atmosphere and truly good people they are. I was greeted sincerely and immediately made to feel welcome. Following examination and discussion I had next steps toward a treatment plan. Given my age and overall health, it was exactly what I wanted. Initial impression is that these practitioners listen first and then share their expertise.

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! I wasn’t a patient but needed a crown reattached that came off during a weekend. They got me in right away first thing Monday morning. Super nice staff and Dr. Adey was very friendly. Out of network for all insurance plans and have to pay up front and then get reimbursement from insurance company.

Fantastic experience: I started with a toothache on Sunday. Called Dr. Adey’s office at 9:00 am on Monday. Got an appointment for 1:00 that same day. I know this cannot always happen, but as I was leaving on a trip the next day, I had a sense of urgency. X-rays were taken and Dr. Adey thought a root canal is in order and that there may infection. He prescribed penicillin and discussed follow up. Everyone in the office was helpful and professional… a great crew!! Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: I am a new client, but so far I’m impressed. Dr Adey urged me have my tooth checked for a gum infection and a possible root canal. The tooth was able to be saved which had not be encouraged by a previous dentist, the root canal was successful, and I am delighted to have a functioning tooth for a bridge. I’m hoping that future appointments will be as positive!
