Fantastic experience: Went there twice. Both for emergency appointments. The second of which was more of a second opinion because I didn’t feel my dentist was doing the right thing. Both times i was treated with respect and honesty and had a great experience. I will be switching my family over to these folks for now on.

Fantastic experience: I never had any issue with a Dentist until mine retired and I got a new one who came highly recommended. That ended up being a mistake. His bedside manner and general attitude were so terrible that I ended up getting a fear of going back and of Dentist in general. Flash forward 10 plus years and I needed some major dental work. This office was so kind and so patient with me and I will never forget it. I would recommend this office to everyone. From the front staff down to the assistants, we’re so great. I wouldn’t change a person or thing regarding this office!!!!

Fantastic experience: My twin sister visited an oral surgeon earlier in the morning of 8/29/2025 to get a wisdom tooth pulled. The oral surgeon broke her already broken wisdom tooth further and said “we can’t do this with you awake” because he very clearly didn’t numb her enough. Fast forward to about two hours after this appointment, I called Opal asking if there was any way they could fit us in to try to get this tooth out because my sister was in agony. They did! They told us to come “right now” and we did! The dentist was so nice and receptive to my sister and got her tooth out within the hour! We are so extremely grateful to have stumbled upon Opal and WILL be recommending them to anyone who needs a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here always, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have when coming for any procedures. Also, I've had two root canals and a extraction and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time and haven't had any problems or complications with any of my dental surgeries. Fantastic experience: If You're looking for a good dentist I highly recommend them from the min you walk in till the time that you leave they not only take good care of you but provide excellent customer service the doctor is very friendly and personable as well as her dental assistant there receptionists are amazing and on the ball with everything and making it as easy as possible with all the paperwork I been too 3 other dentist before and I will tell you they do not Compare or come close to Opal Family Dental they really take customer service seriously and in today's day and age that is hard to find i will not be going to any other dentist after going today as my first time I will be returning for the rest of the dental work I need as well as in the future..

Fantastic experience: I could not rate this dentistry higher! Keisha, the front desk receptionist, is such a delight. She is down to earth, friendly, and humorous. Jessica, the dental hygienist, is so incredible. I will be sure to make myself available on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday for a cleaning because there is no one else I would rather clean my teeth. She talked me through the process and answered all my questions, she was kind and supportive throughout the cleaning, and when given my results from my x-ray and cleaning, she was compassionate towards me with the news. The dentist, Dr. Adarsh Modani, was straight to the point, educated, and SO generous with pricing. This place is the best dental office I’ve been to. I recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter's first time at the dentist. The staff and the doctor were very nice. She got a little fussy at the very end and they were so kind to her and accommodated her to be able to finish up. I'm so glad I chose Opal Family Dental for her first visit.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. Clean office space. He made sure I understood my situation as well as what the process would be like from start to finish. He offered to pull the tooth right then due to my pain. But I’m a sissy and need meds All in all I will be back as I have faith in their practice! My oral surgeon even remembers him and thinks he’s a great guy! Can’t go wrong with the team at Opal!

Fantastic experience: January: Mine was an Emergency visit. I was astonished that Dr. Modani could see me right away. We discussed my treatment and he was able to painlessly take care of my problem. I enjoyed meeting Keisha, the receptionist, and Jada, who assisted the dr. by taking my xrays. I will definitely return in the future. March: Two months today Doctor's prediction came true. One of my wisdom teeth needed to come out. The root was exposed causing me great pain. The procedure was done so fast I didn't realize it was over. I was in shock that the Doctor extracted my tooth and I didn't feel tugging or anything. He's a gem and I'm lucky I found him! Thank you to Dr. M and his Team!

Negative experience: I am currently looking for a new dentist, since I am in a lot of pain with a molar at the moment. I thought all the reviews here were great and thought this would be the place for me. Unfortunately, as someone who works in customer service, front desk is the face of the office, they need to be professional and make the patient feel comfortable and welcomed. I did not feel that at all. My mind changed about Opal as soon as the girl who answered the phone sounded like I was inconveniencing her. I wanted to make sure they took my insurance and I just got a sigh and her saying yes. Then I explained I'm in a lot of pain, but would be a new patient and she was not listening at all. Seemed like she was too occupied with the laughter that was happening around her. Also online it says there are 4 slots open for this Saturday but she told me no they were booked until March 29th There are nicer ways of saying that. There was no care, no empathy in this girls tone. Please look into this because I'm probably not the only one whose mind has changed to use you guys because of poor service like that.

Fantastic experience: I had to get an emergency extraction and I was absolutely terrified and in horrific pain. All the women in the office today were so sweet, kind, and accomodating. I was really nervous and upset when I realized sedation wasn’t an option but they worked with me in a deeply sympathetic way to get everything done and I felt appreciated as a patient. Even without insurance it was affordable! When I can get on my husband’s insurance I will absolutely be going back to get the rest of the work I need done. If you’re in need of emergency help and you need to get in fast, these folks know what they’re doing! Truly never had a better experience at the dentist’s office in my life, and I’m autistic, so that’s saying something. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of the Dentist! I have not been to one in ten years and used Covid as an excuse to just stay away. I expressed myself one time and Keisha made sure I was taken care of. They are very supportive, professional and friendly. I was shaking uncontrollably during a root canal. One of them placed her hand on my shoulder and that made a world of a difference(for me). They communicate without overwhelming you. From the beginning to the end, amazing staff. I will be calling today to set up appointments for three individuals because of my experience.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a hot tooth and Adarsh Modani was amazing and really cares about his people. He took the time to explain the two options I had and made sure I was informed about what I needed if I got the tooth extraction done. After the tooth was removed iv had little pain the next day compared to what it had been the last week. I will continue coming here for future dentistry needs.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t seen a dentist in over 14 years. Had some tooth decay in a couple molars I wanted to get treated. I Called in for an appointment, and got 1 immediately for next day. Front desk service was great, met with my hygienist Keisha who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. And Dr Hakim worked her butt off to get me taken care of. Looking forward to my future dental care!

When I got there I noticed a sign in the entryway that said "come in a stranger, leave as family." and everybody there from the front desk receptionist the doctors even the trainees, they were all very kind and friendly and they made me very comfortable and I would recommend them 100% I myself am pretty nervous about dental procedures but they were very clear about what was going on and what my options were and I very much appreciate every employee there. I called Opal family dentistry and they got me in right away that day and fixed my crown and helped me out. The office staff was very nice and professional and the doctor did a great job.
