Front desk staff, hygienists and dentists are patient, welcoming and knowledgeable! I can’t believe we’re just finding this place now!… compared to the last children’s dental office, it’s like night and day! Take your kids here!!! Seriously!

From the moment we walk in, every single staff member is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient with the kids. They go out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and at ease, which makes such a difference as a parent. I also really appreciate how genuinely interested they are in talking with the kids and making the visit a positive experience instead of just an appointment. On top of that, the entire facility js insanely clean and well cared for. The cleanest dental offices I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend to any family looking for a caring and professional dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Great pediatric dental practice. The staff and doctors are wonderful. They have arcade games in the waiting room and toy prices for the children after their teeth cleaning. The office is also immaculately clean. My children love going to the dentist and are always asking when their next appointment is.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my daughter to this dental office. It’s clean, has appropriate play area for her and she gets a gift she loves right after. Oh and the staff are also friendly and unpretentious. She can have her own separate dental office any time, if it is that nice:) Highly recommend for the little ones.

Fantastic experience: Cobblestone was a lifesaver for us this week when my 3yr old fell and broke his tooth. They were able to get us in right away and handle the situation quickly and efficiently, keeping my son comfortable and keeping me well-informed every step of the way. Their office was bright and happy and the staff was all so positive and attentive - particularly Michelle, Dr. Goldie and Victor. And what kid wouldn't love a prize wall!! We have found our new dental home for our children and would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. George is the only dentist my kids trust. The new Glen Mills location is beautiful and has so much room — it doesn’t feel crowded at all.

Negative experience: I have had a very bad experience with this practice, constant billing issues and secret billing. They have you pay for procedures in advance and then don't even tell you if you overpaid b/c insurance ended up covering. They also nickel and dime you for everything (some things my kids did not get done but were still charged). At one point I called with my insurance company on the phone to discuss the double billing and the woman at the front refused to pass us to the billing woman (even though I had insurance on the phone). Called a few times to resolve this and see what credit was on my account and no one calls back. Then when you leave, no one responds in regard to sending records. Additionally, they force unneccesary procedures on kids. I recieved second opinions on the work my children had done and then was told they did not need it.

Negative experience: I would be very hesitant to use this company, as they misrepresent information and show no accountability. My wife reached out to them as we changed our dental insurance, big insurance company but just to confirm they accept. They said yes. My kids went in for a check up an they charged us $700. I called to confirm and they said the office manager would call. That never happened. When I call back the office manager told the receptionist that we already spoke. Lie after lie at this business.

Fantastic experience: Took all three of my kids (ages 2, 4, and 6) to Pediatric Dental Associates of Glen Mills and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and efficient, which made bringing three little ones at once feel surprisingly easy. The waiting room has an arcade area that kept the kids entertained (they loved it!). Dr. Jeff was amazing—thorough, kind, and great with the kids. Would highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental practice, especially if you’re looking for a supportive and child-friendly environment. The doctor was disrespectful and dismissive when we requested a simple exception to his policy of allowing only one parent in the room. My husband and I took off from work, so we can both be with our daughter, who was very scared and nervous. Our daughter was particularly sensitive and anxious about this appointment, because she supposed to have a tooth extraction, and a dental filling in the same day, so she wanted both of us in the room. In general, having both parents present provides kids with much-needed emotional support. Despite explaining this, the staff and the doctor refused to accommodate our request, showing a clear lack of empathy or understanding of ours and children needs. If you’re seeking a practice that prioritizes your child’s comfort and emotional well-being, I suggest looking elsewhere. A dental office should be a place where children feel safe and cared for, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Only arrogance and disrespect is all this dentist had provided today!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been having tooth pain for a few months. We have been to a few dentists prior to seeing dr Jeff. He is the best dentist. He had her in and out and got us scheduled for an infected tooth a few days after. My daughter was back to her normal self that same day. He was kind and compassionate and knew exactly what he was doing. He has a great team there. We are so happy we found him and his team. If you haven’t checked them out yet. I suggest you do. Wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melini of Pediatric Dental Associates of Glen Mills is amazing. The minute you walk in you are greeted very nicely by the front desk associates. There is barely any waiting until your child’s appointment. Your child is then seen by experts in pediatric dentistry. After their check up Dr. Melini will speak to you personally about any concerns. Kids then choose their prize. It’s the best treatment from when you walk in the door to when you walk out! And no long waits!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful office! I have taken my daughter there twice now (currently 2.5 yrs). Staff is friendly and gentle for the little ones. She is still scared of the dentist but they move fast and get the job done. She was very proud of herself after the appointment and the prize wall helps end on a good note!

Fantastic experience: Miss Macie (spelling may be off) was amazing with our daughter today! This is the first time she hasn’t cried for a dental cleaning. She was patient, kind and explained everything in 3 year old terms. Overall we love this practice and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE Dr. Mellini and staff. The dental hygienist Kim goes above and beyond for my three children (ages 1.5, 4 &6)! She is so positive, friendly, and caring. Kim and Dr. Mellini answer all of my questions with great detail, take time to listen and always give very valuable information. My three kids absolutely love going to the dentist and find it to be such a caring and positive experience. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My son is special needs with cerebral palsy. The staff was very accommodating with him. They were able to get him X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride with no problem. The facility was brand new. Very accessible. The waiting room was spacious with arcade area. The private rooms were great with private TV playing Disney+. I would recommend this place for any child to go to.

The staff is friendly and child centered, making kids feel at ease when they're nervous. The video games in the waiting area and prize wall are major selling point too. I wish my childhood dentist had those!

(My girls are 6 and 2 and this was my 2 year olds first dental appointment) The entire staff was very nice and welcoming! Christine and Dr. Jeff were both so gentle and caring! They were on time and very prompt. Also took the time to get to know both me and my girls. My girls did so well thanks to their kindness and professionalism with kids! My girls said they loved it themselves!! I will definitely be returning!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the time you walk in the door till you check out. Everyone is super friendly, greeting not only you but your children. The hygienists are king, gentle, and hold conversations while caring for your child. The dentist educates you on your child’s teeth and how to properly care. Nothing is rushed I have been able to ask all questions and get adequate answers. 10/10 for sure!

Fantastic experience: Obviously skilled at pediatric care. I was so nervous to take my toddler to the dentist and they made sure he was entertained the entire time. Were able to distract him long enough to do flossing and fluoride, so feel like we are in great hands!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and clean practice. Their arcade games and special surprise at the end sure help my kids want to go back to the dentist. The Staff and Dr. Jeff are always very friendly and patient. We haven’t had any procedures done here yet (let’s hope it stays that way) but are always happy with the cleaning and regular checkup.

Fantastic experience: We love this practice! The administrative staff are alway friendly and professional. The dental hygienists are amazing with our son, currently 6 years old but we’ve been with the practice since he was 4. They take time to explain things to him at a level he can understand, are supportive and encouraging, and can do a very through exam/cleaning quickly while making it fun. Dr. Melini is very personable and a great dentist. Our son never complains about going to the dentist, he even looks forward to it for the arcade games and really fun prize wall. I kind of wish I could go here and can’t say enough good things about the practice.
