Fantastic experience: I appreciate the receptionist giving me an appointment with such short notice. I was told by my cardiologist that I needed surgery within the next month and needed a dental exam prior to my surgery. Upon arrival I had less than a five minute wait for my appointment. Dr. Ward examined me and completed my medical form as requested. She was professional, friendly and kind. I have been a patient of Dr. Ward for a couple of years (She took over the practice after my previous dentist retired). If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Ward and her office staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ward is the first new dentist for my family in over 20 years. The doctor was very caring and thorough. My first visit entailed a check up and xrays plus some cosmetic touch ups. All went extremely well. I felt at home. Thank you for making the whole experience very easy and comforting.

Negative experience: I was shocked to be charged $134.40 more after appointment. I was told that Doctor does not take my insurance anymore. I should have been told before service. Not very professional.

Fantastic experience: Needed to get a chipped molar repaired before it worsened. Dr. Ward’s staff was able to fit me into a next-day appointment. Dr. Ward took the stress out of the situation by laying out several options for a fix as well as potential risks and opportunities associated with each. Decision quickly made and the fix was performed. In and out in under 45 minutes. Great work by Dr. Ward and her team… Thanks!

Kimberly Ward & Annie Nagel, Hygienists Elaine, Carrie & Roya, Admin Heather, and Asst Angela all provide excellent service, are great to work with, and so friendly. In a low key building with top notch dental stations. Note: when you drive in, give the curb at Crown Valley Pkwy plenty of clearance. It sticks out.

Fantastic experience: Had two fillings replaced by Dr. Annie Nagel. She and her assistant were great. Explained everything. Excellent numbing of gum line. Zero discomfort. I live 2 miles away. From leaving my house to returning was under an hour, including a post procedure minor cleaning and making a follow up cleaning appointment. The scheduler/front desk administrator took care of all insurance claims. Highly recommend this group without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Just had my teeth cleaned, plus x-rays plus thorough check of my teeth and gums. This is the most thorough, professional and friendly dental practice in soCal. Simply outstanding, top shelf professional dental expertise AND the most gentle dentist I have ever gone to PLUS the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: I lose a crown before the weekend and called the office. Heather, the office manager got me an appointment immediately. I was taken in at my appointment time and I got a temporary fix until my permanent replacement is ready. I am very impressed with the procedure and Dr. Yano's skill.

Heather is the nicest office manager ever.Considering i don’t have dental insurance it wasn’t very expensive. Never had an issue during the ten years I’ve been coming here. Dr. Ward is very good , surprisingly her sister and my daughter were in the same sorority together. Small world.
