Negative experience: My husband had an implant done by Dr Wilson and it was very painful. A year later my regular dentist said that the implant was not done properly and it needs to be tightened. I went back to Dr Wilson for him to correct the problem. He did correct it, but then his office billed me $79 and my insurance says it’s not covered. I feel that the correction should have been been done without a charge since it was based on a poor job done by Dr Wilson. I do not recommend this dentist and his staff was not helpful either. I would see a regular periodontist for implant issues.

And his staff I almost left before Candy came to join the team because I had a bad experience and my insurance and coverage from the previous lady that was in charge of insurance

Fantastic experience: They deserve 20+ stars. Today was my first visit after researching extensively all the way to Irvine. Dr. Wilson has two extra years of dental school than needed in the state of California, he has years of experience with all the latest technology using AI to really graph out what needs to be done and what isn’t necessary, he does crowns etc. in house. The last dentist I went to wanted 16 grand worth of work and something didn’t feel right. Today I waked out of their office with ZERO needing to be done. He won’t do unnecessary procedures and I am more than impressed. The office is nice, very convenient to get to and the staff is amazing!! You can choose to have your teeth manually cleaned or a higher tech device for those who don’t like the scraping. I’ve switched my kids over and my father has decided to go here as well. So thankful to have finally found an amazing dentist!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at Dr Wilson's Dental Office. He did 2 Crowns and I had the worst pain of my life, I call the office to let them know about the pain and the receptionist said they had no openings even though I had pain, and they schedule me a appointment a week later. Then, They sent me a text 4 days after I had the procedure and said come in at 1 pm. So I did, I waited 15 minutes then 25 minutes then after the hour I got up and asked if they were going to see me or not. And the receptionist said, we told you we had NO openings to see you till a week later when we schedule the appointment. Even though I had the worst pain. My holidays were ruined thanks to Dr Wilson's wrong diagnosis I ended up going to a different Dentist that did the root canal were one of the new crowns were placed. I was told by my sister and a friend that used to be patients there at Dr Wilson's office, not to go there because it's not ethic between Doctors and staff to be talking bad things about their patients. Because of the bad service I received they lost my whole family as patients.

Negative experience: Use to love going here but not anymore. I’ve gone here for years and now they charge you even when it is suppose to be covered by insurance. The office staff is terrible.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time to visit this family owned Dental Office which was referred to me by my co-worker and I must say after having been to so many other Dental office, this so far is the best. My initial visit I had a great cleaning by Pamela the hygienist and a consultation with her husband Joseph Wilson the dentist with regards to my questions on possible implants. Both were so amiable, knowledgeable and most specially very truthful and empathetic to all your dental needs. The staff most specially Sarah the office Manager was kind enough to go over with me all necessary claims with my insurance that made me decide future dental work as well. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My favorite dental experience in my 38 years of living in southern California. Dr. Wilson is wonderful and his wife is one of the hygienist. Everyone is so kind and through work is done. I don't like going to the dentist, but they made it as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I always, always have an excellent experience from the time I arrive, till I leave from my appointment. I recently moved some 35 miles away, but refuse and will not even think to find a dentist closer to my residence. Dr. Wilson and his staff are beyond the expectations of excellence. Additionally, taking nothing away from the other Hygienist, I always appreciate Pam when she cleans and always gives me tips on how to keep my teeth clean and around for a while. This is a subjective opinion, however, over the years I personally know several other patrons that have Dr. Wilson as their dentist. All of them feel the same way I do. Therefore, my statements can be considered an "objective" view.

I was able to get an earlier appointment and get everything done in one trip! I always enjoy seeing Pam and she is always very attentive during the cleanings. He has great technology, such as cutting crowns while-u-wait which means less visits.

Fantastic experience: I've outlived or "fired" about a half-dozen dentistis in my lifetime and, for the past decade or more, I've been been seeing Dr. Wilson and his professional, efficient staff. Without qualification, I can say he is the most professional, reassuring, comforting, and creative DDS to ever to treat my simple-to- serious dental problems. Importantly, they know my name when I walk in, they efficiently process my insurance claims, and I've witnessed how they comfort people who rank a visit to the dentist right up there with facing a firing squad. They are an 11 on a scale of 10.

Positive experience: Since this dentist is incessant with emails and texts to get me to review them on every single site, etc, here goes. If you like a dentist that doesn't come in to see you, this is the place. The hygienist is excellent. The front office gal is great. Can't really review the actual dentist since nobody ever sees him (mother in law, wife, kids and myself). If only the dentist spent as much time with his customers as he does requesting us to leave him a review. 3 stars only because the hygienist and front office people are great
