They were able to find solutions to dental issues that my high end desert dentist could not in over ten years! If that wasn’t enough they Also are doing numerous crowns for my husbands teeth at a fraction of what was quoted at other dentist! They are also excellent at maximizing your dental insurance benefits because they have an amazing work ethic!! Best dentist I’ve been to in my all my years of being born and raised in So Cal!! I have found my dentist for life!! Thank you Blue Smiles!! You are 100% the best!! Oh, and did I mention I’m a baby to pain and they handled me with kid gloves!❤️

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience! I brought my two kids in at 5pm on a Tuesday, and they weren’t in the best mood after a long day. I understand that happens, but the way the staff handled it was completely unprofessional. The dental assistant and the dentist both made comments like, “Do they normally act like this?” and “Do they act like this when they get shots at the doctor?” which felt unnecessary and judgmental. What does my kids’ behavior have to do with vaccines? I felt like we were an inconvenience the entire time. Very unwelcoming

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen and his team are amazing! Janel and Deanna at the front are always so welcoming and helpful, and Angel makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. My family has been coming here for four years, and they’ve completely transformed our smiles, from my teenagers to my young son. Dr. Nguyen is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. The office is spotless, and we always leave with a smile. Highly recommend! I do have to add my favorite is their annual Pumpkin decorating contest.

Positive experience: The office was clean and the staff was friendly.They are located in a strip type mall in San Juan Cap. I went in for my first visit today .For reference I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months so I understand what a good cleaning feels like. While I wanted to give a 5 star review but I didn’t feel like my cleaning was as thorough as others I’ve had. I’m going to return in 6 months and will hopefully be 100% satisfied. The Dr came in and gave my mouth the once over. He asked me a few questions and was on his way.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out they all showed extreme professionalism accompanied with empathy and it truly made me feel at ease. Dr. Nguyen was soo pleasant, thorough and soo calming during my initial pain filled experience. The whole staff was great and although I walked in with a level 9 pain they managed to take all that away. They didn’t pressure me to get anything that wasn’t deemed necessary and I felt we’re genuinely concerned with relieving my pain. Fantastic experience: Lovely offices with an affable staff. Honest practice, did not try to upsell any special "extra-cleaning" or "procedure" I did not need. Hygienist was great and Doctor was thorough and concise.

Negative experience: This will be an honest review. I would like to give 5 stars for the staff and treatment i got from them. The staff is amazing, very easy to work with and kind. The rest was all bad. I went in for routine clean up and to get 3 cavities filled, 2 on one side one on the other. I had some slight sensitivity before i went in but nothing major. About 4 days after getting the cavities filled, i began experiencing a lot of pain and sensitivity where the work had been done. I went back in and was told there was basically nothing that could be done, other than wait for the pain to go away. I am still, 2 months later, unable to chew on my left side, unable to chew anything hard like chips or steak or eat anything cold or hot. All this after a "routine" cavity filling, i came out worse than when i went in. I am in a considerable amount of discomfort daily and would not recommend getting any work done here.

Fantastic experience: Brand new to the practice and I was very impressed. The front office, dental assistant, and Dr. Nguyen were professional and very friendly. Scheduling was a breeze! I have a very thorough cleaning with no pain whatsoever. Thanks Dr. Nguyen and team!
