Diana Craft/Craft Dental had a very good plan. My first appointment was amazing. From meeting Anna at the reception desk to making my next appointment with Amy. However, the most impressive part of the appointment was experiencing the thorough examination with Dr. Diana Craft. She was very good explaining the details and providing "second to none" dental care. Kudos to the Craft Team.

They had me in the dental chair, trying to do an extraction on me before I realized I was in the wrong place thanks to you getting in touch with me and making sure I knew. Fantastic experience: I had a bridge for over 35 years, and unfortunately, it came off while I was chewing a piece of caramel. I needed it repaired immediately, but my regular dentist was unavailable. I remembered Dr. Craft, whom I had seen back in 2019, and called her office. They told me to come in right away. To my amazement, they were able to clean up my tooth the same day, fit me with a temporary bridge, and create a digital model for the new permanent one. Dr. Craft was incredible—she explained the entire procedure clearly and had me in and out in about two hours. The entire office staff was very pleasant and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs. If you’re looking for a dentist in the San Clemente area, I highly recommend giving Dr. Craft’s office a call.

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion after going to a sketchy dentist, and I couldn’t be more happy! The first dentist told me I needed a root canal, which was a shock to me. Dr. Craft looked over my X-rays and gave me a thorough exam and determined that I do not need a root canal—just a filling. By getting a second opinion from Dr. Craft, I was able to save thousands of dollars. I’m so grateful to her and her team for being so accommodating and seeing me so quickly!

I really enjoy watching the live feed of the eagles nest to relax myself while getting my treatment. Sometimes I delay my regular cleanings by a month or two and fly half way across the world so I can get my teeth cleaned here. It’s always a pleasure to be able to come here.

Fantastic experience: I went into Dr Craft because I chipped my front tooth over the weekend, and they were able to fix it right away. The procedure itself was extremely quick, and looks like it was never chipped. I unfortunately didn’t have child care so I had to bring my kids and Dr Craft and her staff members were extremely accommodating. Amy sat with my kids and read them books and gave them snacks. I can not be more grateful for such an amazing experience and such amazing staff being so sweet to me and my kids.

They also give me darkened glasses so I can close my eyes and zone out listening to my music while they work on my teeth. They are all super super sweet and caring.

After x-rays and a thorough exam, the doctor and I discussed a plan which contemplates her recommendations and my budget. I appreciated that Dr. Craft is very gentle and has creative solutions. Additionally, her office handles a variety of procedures so that a patient need not see any other, or not as many other, specialists to complete the nessary tasks. Dr. Craft and her whole staff were welcoming and reassuring and are highly recommended.

Positive experience: They got me in on short notice to re-cement a crown that had come loose. My wife goes there annually and really likes them, partially because they’re wholly owned and run by females, which is totally fine by me.

I love that they don’t try to push dental procedures that I don’t really need. A previous dentist wanted me to get deep cleanings which were painful and expensive. Dr Craft did my first cleaning as a new patient and reassured me that deep cleanings were not needed.

Fantastic experience: Due to scheduling mix up my appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. Upon arrival I was told that several attempts had been made to contact me which I had not received. These qualities are also reflected in the dental assistants, hygienists and the front office staff. It is easy to make appointments, and the staff will do all they can to accommodate adjustments in a pinch. They provide plenty of reminders about upcoming appointments making it very difficult to forget. Before we found this practice, we had tried several others looking for the right fit for our family. She is professional, personable, caring, technically proficient, detail-oriented, friendly and humorous. My mouth and teeth are by nature Super Sensitive, so she is my "Mary Poppins", my "Obi-Wan Kenobi" as well as "My Only Hope". Without her, I would surely be lost and irretrievably descent into hellish "PlaqueTarterGinivitus" Oblivion! Dr. Diana Craft always accurately determines from my X-rays, her visual inspection and dental pain issues what must be done to solve the existential problem at hand.
