Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Sayreville Dental for almost a year now, and I have to say that I LOVE the service and care I receive from Dr. J and his staff! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and Dr. J is thorough with a gentle touch. I would highly recommend this practice!!!

Every single member of the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Their interactions never feel rushed or robotic they’re warm, personable, and truly make every visit a positive experience. The doctor is absolutely amazing. He takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and always prioritize what’s best for your long-term dental health rather than just a quick fix. You can tell they genuinely care about achieving the best possible outcome for every patient. It’s rare to find a dental office where you actually look forward to your appointments, but that’s exactly how I feel here. If you’re looking for a team that’s compassionate, professional, and treats you like family, Sarahville Dental is the place to go. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received!

Negative experience: The girls in office are great. Billing is a huge problem, errors on overcharging. If you have a dental plan, good luck,! They have out source billing and difficult to get a answer to billing questions. Be prepared to review your bill carefully . To many errors on billing..not comfortable , going elsewhere for dental care .

Negative experience: Very very nasty and mean dentist. He is not good with kids at all. Please do not take your children here. He is inpatient and his whole demeanor is rude. He made me and my child feel as though we wasted his time because we made an emergency appointment , but my child was in so much pain even if it was part of the growth process. Did you expect me to sit around at home and watch my CHILD in pain!??? You should have empathy , empathy is one of the first thing taught in the medical field. This so called dentist has No bedside manners whatsoever so ever. I will NEVER return here ever again and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Even the way the manner in which he was pushing down on my child’s teeth to show me the molars I did not appreciate that at all. I was one step away from reporting him to the licensing board.

Negative experience: I called to schedule a cleaning, it’s been awhile since I had been to this dentist due to moving around over the years. Definitely threw me off guard when the receptionist starting discussing one of my family members billing details and asking me to reach out to that family member to pay a bill. We don’t share an address or insurance so there would have been no acceptable reason to tell me about their personal information. It’s called violating HIPAA…. Safe to say I canceled that appointment and won’t be coming back.

They were accommodating to my schedule (I work nights) and I was given a warm welcome as I walked in. Michelle at the front desk was very kind, patient and helpful. We needed to obtain x-rays from my previous dentist (they were giving us a hard time) and she helped me every step of the way. Dr. C and his team are very nice, informative, and put me at ease, especially since I am not a fan of the dentist. The hygienist was as gentle as she could be with my teeth sensitivity and was very patient with me. Thank you Sayreville Dental, you guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I really loved how Katy, the doctor assistance treated me. She was so lovely and professional at the same time. I really appreciated how Katy explained to me in more details the different teeth procedures and teeth care.

Carly did a great cleaning, Eva was excellent as the doctor’s assistant and Michelle manned the front desk with efficiency and pleasant demeanor. Was expecting Dr J (Silverstein) but he was off the day of the visit.
