Fantastic experience: Dr. Nandra is so sweet and invested in her patient's care. She's a breath of fresh air and I'm so grateful I was referred to her. I travel from a few towns over and she is definitely worth the commute. Dentist appointments are never fun, but they are necessary. So having a great medical provider makes all the difference. Fantastic experience: This office has been such a blessing in an incredibly difficult season. I’ve seen dozens of doctors for my conditions, and this is one of the very few places where I truly felt cared for. The doctor went above and beyond—she even called me first thing the next morning to check on how I was doing. She listened, was honest, and made it clear she didn’t want me to be in pain. That meant a lot to me. This year has been really hard health-wise with my conditions. There are days I honestly wonder how I’m going to get through this. I lost my job when I went on long-term disability, and that really affected me emotionally and financially. Living with constant, excruciating pain and trying to find relief has been overwhelming. Along this journey, I’ve had some very kind doctors, and this office is definitely among them. Finding a doctor and staff who genuinely care has given me some hope. I prayed to find doctors who actually care, and I feel like I found that here. I’m still in a lot of pain right now, but I can honestly say: please go to them, they will take good care of you. I wish there were more doctors and office staff like this team—the receptionist was beyond kind and made a really hard day feel just a little lighter.

Dr. Nandra will give you the information you need to know for your continued maintenance, and she takes care to explain the answer to whatever question you may have regarding your procedures or best practices to maintain at home. As someone who was never the biggest fan of the dentist but has now received more fillings there and such than most should have, I can honestly say that while I may still have some apprehension for dental work, Dr. Nandra quells that considerably and makes me feel far more at ease when I sit in her chair. I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: When first entered Serenity Dental Care's office, I heard the doctor arguing with the dental assistant over a procedure currently in progress with another patient. It took me 3 phone calls to have the office email my x-rays to me so I could receive a consultation with a different dentist. The only x-rays they sent were considered "undiagnostic" by the other dentist. They did a good job of cleaning my teeth but I would not go to them for anything else.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous as it was my visit to dentist after a long time. Dr. Nandra made sure I was comfortable and I knew every procedure she is doing. Even the staffs were warm and nice . I got my first filling today, absolutely no pain :)

Positive experience: Dr. Nandra takes appointments on time and is super professional and friendly. She took great precautions in the midst of COVID-19 and even thereafter. Dr. Nandra assessed me, explained what was going on with my joints & muscles, gave me an overall assessment for my teeth and gum health, and gave me a solid treatment plan. She was extremely thorough and caring throughout the entire process. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone for regular dental work or jaw/facial muscle issues. I do note that the front desk associate is not thorough or transparent when handling billing or appointments. I've run into issues in the past where old insurance has been billed for my care, yet when calling back to clear up the issue I've been told that the item has been handled when it clearly wasn't. I've needed to go back and forth with claims to have my routine cleanings covered if I've changed jobs too close to the end of the year or my coverage has changed was not been appropriately updated in the system. I've also been borderline scolded and then told to respond to reminder texts with confirmation of my attendance for my appointment, yet there was no indication to do so in the message which was sent. So while my care with Dr. Nandra is fine, it's just the logistics thereof which tend to be less than satisfactory.
