Nicole Torres walked me through step by step, gave me a tour around the facility. Nicole made me feel very comfortable by the time I left. Dr. Jacob’s and Dr. Ferreira were excellent. Fantastic experience: I was amazed how they make teeth and what they can do.the customers that i met had implants was very happy ,all the doctors are on the same floor..amazing what they can do.it was a nice experience there doctors and the lady in the billing department tells you how much total cost no bull explain what the procedure and the teeth are made of strong material. They work with you.but at this time i dont $313.00 a month have get caught up with my bills.if you want implants this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: My wife has severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. She had a broken molar that had become infected and needed to come out. Dr. Patel was so understanding and even shared her own anxieties, relating to my wife on a level no one had ever dare to admit. She is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and most importantly, kind and gentle.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. They are not friendly to handicapped needs. The front desk and manager was very rude. I would not recommend this place.

Positive experience: Before anyone takes this step tell Clear Choice you want to speak to the surgeon BEFORE anyone and ask tons of questions. They do things in reverse on purpose. You should not meet with the Patient Education Consultant first. Make the surgeon tell you what to expect (4-6 weeks of pain and major discomfort and the first set of teeth are huge like a grand piano in your mouth and for the most part non functional) The healing nerve endings and lingering stitches will drive you crazy. Had I known know what I didn’t know then I would have saved the teeth I had. I am one month in and still have soreness, discomfort and a certain level of pain. TALK TO THE SURGEON FIRST before you go through with it. They also don’t have much of a follow up team to call you to see how you are doing. I wrote them a check for 42K (cash) and thought there would be an overly attentive team.

It’s a pleasure working with him and I strongly recommend him to anybody that needs to do any dental implants or any of the services that he provides a matter of fact the deep cleaning he did to me was a perfect job that I never saw in the past 65 years I’ve done deep cleanings almost every year and nothing is compared with the work he did. Negative experience: They are supposed to be experts and professionals in this field but they can't get my upper denture right after a year. The denture is hitting my throat and causes me to start choking, coughing, running nose. They want another $10,000 to redo the upper but I am on a fixed income so I told them I can only afford $5,000. I got no response. Bob

Negative experience: I do not recommend this office for consultation if you don't have time to waste I scheduled appointment for implant consultation, was on office for 3hours without seen dentist.

It was difficult to sleep and now I’ll be a few months after I’m eating and smiling. Negative experience: I had my implant . The dentist are good though I don't really know their names Everytime I walked in is different doctors. However their technique is good. However the last 2 times of my appointment were very unpleasant. The technician who did the scanning did not explain to me what I expected. She hurt me a lot. The last appointment should be my happiest time as I will get my tooth back. However that technician was so rude and hurt me so much. The worst thing is she got me to sign the form that I received the teeth. I think I am entitled to look nto the mirror and show to me thst are my new teeth. However that is not the case. I have to ask for the mirror. Maybe I expected too much as I thought this is not a cheap place for the implant. I hope my implant ok and durable and I don't want to go back there again . .

Negative experience: This place is run so poorly. They book as many appointment as they possibly can and then they cancel your appointment the day of because they’re always over booked. Today they tried to cancel my appointment for the second time. They market themselves as being fast but the reality is they get you in the door and the second you book you have to pay in full. Then they string you along for months canceling appointments knowing you’re stuck with them because you paid in full. They say you’ll be done in 3 months but I’m on month 4 and still am not even close to being done with this. The manager Dana is unprofessional and out of touch. I made my appointment a month ago after they canceled my last appointment and they decided to cancel me the day of about 3 hours before my appointment for the second time. Dana was horrible. She just kept telling me over and over that I can just come tomorrow it’s nots a big deal. But if she wasn’t so out of touch she’d realize I work for myself and canceled my entire day to be here and now she wanted me to miss out on an entire days work again because they’re greedy. Insane! The dentists in this office deserve to be treated better they’re people too not just money makers for this company. Imagine being a dentist and trying to keep up with this insane schedule? This place runs on greed and they need a new manager badly. Something I forgot to mention was while I sat in the waiting room I heard the person at the front desk cancel 4 appointments and the woman in the back cancel one. I went up to the desk and brought it to her attention because I had o ly been sitting there for 30 minutes. Once I said that they immediately brought me to the back to wait for another hour so I couldn’t listen to more appointments getting canceled. Update: I called the number and they kept transferring me to Dana. You literally can’t make this stuff up so poorly run!
