Fantastic experience: I needed a LOT of work done and really scared about finding a new dentist due to bad experiences in the past. And every place Medicaid dealt with all had bad reviews--either the staff was mean or the doctors, etc. But then I found Nuva Smile and gave them a chance. I was also concerned because I suffer from a form of muscular dystrophy that has unfortunately progressed in recent years making me pretty house-bound. So working with scheduling and also being super self-conscious is hard for me. But I say confidently, they have been nothing short of wonderful and fantastic. From the receptionists right down to the staff working on you, everyone was super polite and nice! I know its probably not easy dealing with a patient in my unfortunate circumstance, but they always put their best foot forward and made me feel comfortable. I am deeply appreciative to everyone there. If you are looking for a great place with very patient and kind staff, you need to come here. 10/10

Negative experience: It’s the worst place my appointment was 9:30 am and I tell them need to finish at 11:00 they take E-ray for my teeth and they keep me waiting more then one hour then one off the stuff game and she said they can’t do the filling today I left the office so upset and I will never come back to this location it’s not recommended

Fantastic experience: I just had a cleaning done here and had to share my experience. If you’re someone like me who gets really nervous about dental work because of sensitive teeth, you need to ask for Roya. She did an incredible job. She was so patient, checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly gentle throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who actually listens and takes that extra care, and it made a huge difference for me. Beyond that, the office itself is spotless, and the entire staff is professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Honestly, it’s the best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a great team.

Fantastic experience: HANDS DOWN ABSOLUTELY the BEST experience at this office! Roya is now my FAVORITE! She’s SO through yet GENTLE . But somehow does the BEST deep cleanings ! About 4 years ago I came here because I was in pain - seen a male dentist- needed tooth removed but it was on my sinus line so he called his friend in old bridge office for me to get my issue fixed within an HOUR! Right then , I knew they really care about their patients! Then I revisited and seen female dentist who has excellent bedside manner and she’s kind and amazing at her job - she worked along side Brooklyn who assisted her she was very down to earth and professional- they work really well together — and make a great team ! Although the dentist office isn’t my favorite place to be , they are by far my FAVORITE dentist office I have EVER been to. I recommend everyone I know to them! I appreciate their reminders via call and text so that I never miss an appointment. It’s very clean , modern and my teeth never looked or felt better! If I could give a hundred stars, I would ! ❤️

Fantastic experience: NUVA smile in East Brunswick is the best. I’ve been going to them for over 5 years, and have since recommended my brother, sister in law, daughter and son. They did a phenomenal job on my implant as well as all the other problems that needed to be addressed. The dental hygienists always do a great job, and a special shout out to the dental assistant Brooke, the receptionists Nija and Ranna, Xiomy the office manager, and of course Dr.Rabih. They are extremely well priced, the best I’ve been able to find. I just got my crown in for my implant tooth #8 (front tooth) and I can smile again! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually comment publicly but I recently had a great experience in the East Brunswick office I thought to share! I was a little nervous going into my visit because the last time I was at a dentist wasn't the best but right off the bat, the dental assistant and the hygienist were so kind and welcoming. They both took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Roya was so gentle with the cleaning that I would've fallen asleep in the chair if it weren't for the fact that I had to keep my mouth wide open haha :) She also gave me great advice on how to keep my teeth clean and healthy if I didn't feel comfortable getting any work done. Dr. Niru was also friendly and offered treatment that could help me keep my teeth healthy long term as well. Thank you so much to Roya, Shaday and Dr. Niru for such a nice experience! I'll definitely be scheduling my visits on Fridays just to see you guys again!! :)

Fantastic experience: i have to say that i absolutely love this place. i switched here a couple months ago since i no longer can see my pediatric dentist, i was very nervous and paranoid since ive always had issue with my teeth and they made me feel very heard. i was able to share any thoughts and feelings that i had about my teeth and they helped come up with the best solutions for me. Dr gupta did amazing work on my fillings and didn’t dismiss me when i told her i felt uncomfortable. Rana/Nija always do the best when it comes to booking me for appointments and always have the sweetest attitude. chris and brooklyn are one of the best ppl i’ve come across in the dental industry and they made me feel extremely comfortable every visit and with that xiomy and juely are also such amazing ppl and their attitudes make the place feel comfortable. i do recommend this place without a doubt !

Fantastic experience: Nuva Smile at EB is amazing. They call and check to remind you of your appointment or if you need to change times. Doctor Ravi is fast and efficient with little pain and let's you know on the different options and what's best for you. The dentist assistants there are so nice I have mostly had Brooke help me, but I have been helped out by each one at least once and they're all great and have been so helpful. Also a shout-out to the ladies on the phones I know that's not their only job they do much more (probably dealing with all the insurance companies, that can't be easy), but they explain everything clearly and make sure I understand what I am agreeing to, and give detailed explanations on everything.

Positive experience: Had a quick and good teeth filling session done with Gupta and Chris, both of them were great and had plenty of humor.

I went Thursday for my checkup and the hygienist was great she informed me and educate me made me feel heard . Was so happy to see Christine she has been the only familiar face the hygienist assistant was great too explaining everything and asking me questions . But who deserve this highlight is the new office manager Xiome . I can really tell when someone love what they do . She explain to me my insurance last time I came nobody explained to me how she did and she was patient and kind and even with how busy it was there was so many patients there and she handled her team in the front desk great everyone was being taken care of and they HAVE PATIENCE no additude at all . I explain to her that everytime I come here it’s new people in the front and a new manager I told her I hope she will be there when I come back it’s not good look for a company when it’s always new staff. Nuva team she is great and a keeper - Happy Holdays !

Fantastic experience: I went to NÜVA Smile at the East Brunswick location because I wanted a second opinion after experiencing an aching and throbbing tooth pain that lasted several days. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment for me as a new patient. I also liked that there wasn’t a long wait time as you find at other dental offices. Their dental x-rays showed that I needed a root canal on my upper right tooth followed by a crown. The entire process of getting my root canal and eventually a permanent crown exceeded my expectations. Brooklyn and Palma are the best dental assistants. They have the experience and the kindness that let me know I’m in good hands. They went above and beyond to make sure I had perfectly fit dental caps. Dr. Rabih Al Faytarouni was fantastic. He answered all my questions with reassurance and made sure I was completely pain free before performing the root canal. This dental office took excellent care of me and I'm happy with the end result.
