Fantastic experience: My experience with Maynard Family Dentists was extremely positive from when I walked into the office and when I left. I was late for my appointment and the receptionist went out of her way to see if I could be seen by the dentist. She was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. My overall opinion is a ***** rating.

Their facilities are brand new and very clean, and all their staff have always been very professional with us. Erica has been my hygienist for a while now and is definitely the best hygienist I've ever had, extremely skilled at her job, while being very gentle for her cleanings as well. Thank you to all of the hygienists, dentists, and office staff who have helped us - we really appreciate you.

Fantastic experience: Was a nice cleaning from Amber, she was pleasant to chat with (she likes relaxing animal videos) and got thru the nitty gritty of cleaning. Everything felt clean and nice afterwards, like an “ultimate grade” car wash. Would recommend to others, staff were friendly and smile. They answer questions well enough so you are less doubtful.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my cleaning with Maria. Wonderful experience. She took the time to explain everything that was to be done. I also had a crown done by Dr. Pedersen and his assistant Denise. They were fabulous. I would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently registered at the practice due to moving to the area. I’m always very worried when I have to change providers, but this time it was really for the very best. Everyone (from front desk to providers) is amazing, very kind and helpful. I had treatments with Dr Pedersen, and Dr Hoye and cleaning with Lexy and they were all brilliant. I also very much appreciate how nice the technicians/assistants are. They immediately put you at ease. I am impressed and truly relieved knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Recently I dropped my upper denture and chipped a tooth. I went to Maynard Family Dentists expecting to pay for a new upper plate. Dr Pedersen wisely and kindly suggested I replace just the tooth. I am most grateful for his suggestion and the results are outstanding!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dentist office enough! Everyone is incredibly kind, from when you walk in to the dentist you see. They are very thorough and also work with you to figure out the best plan. I recently had my first root canal here (and was pretty nervous) but Dr. Hoye was amazing at walking me through the whole thing so that I felt comfortable. I’ve been here a few times and every time I leave I’m so thankful they’re my dentist.

Negative experience: ⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist’s office. I went in for a root canal and was quoted nearly $1,500 after insurance. The work was terrible—the temporary crown fell out after just 2 weeks, and then the permanent crown fell out after only 4 months. To make matters worse, after paying the $1,500 (plus what my insurance already covered), they still sent me an additional bill for $450. This place is a complete rip-off. Poor quality work, misleading billing, and terrible overall experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my recent experience at Maynard Family Dentists. I've had many dental procedures over the years but was especially impressed with the teamwork of Dr. Pedersen and Denise. Denise knew exactly what was needed and had it right there ready for Dr. Pederson to use. Denise said exactly what she was doing before she did each step of the process. Dr. Pederson did a great job preparing my tooth and my temporary crown was made and cemented in quickly and with no pain. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a bad experience here which is so refreshing. Everyone is kind from the moment you walk into the door to when you’re leaving. Though I still hate the dentist (as many do) they’ve made it so much more pleasant:)

Was absolutely positively surprised with service, cleanness, quality of equipment and, which is most important, of how kind, caring, listening and knowledgable the doctor was. Now I am booking both my son and myself for appointments and most likely my both parents will go too. Highly recommending. Update: we’ve been patients there now for a while and still very happy and satisfied with our experience with Maynard Family Dentists . I’ve just had a great cleaning today with my favourite hygienist .

Best of all was the amazing Dr. Parker Johnson. With his perfect combination of humor and informative communication, I had an amazing new patient appointment. I highly recommend this office and specifically Dr. Parker Johnson.

Fantastic experience: I've been to MFD a few times this year, first for new patient consult and cleaning and then some ongoing fillings, and I'm quite pleased with my experience every time. Dr. Johnson is very congenial, thorough, and informative. The hygienists and receptionists are always friendly and polite. I moved to the area from out of state and chose MFD based on location, reviews, and whether or not they take my insurance, so I'm really happy to have hit it out of the park with them! I've always had a lot of anxiety about my teeth and going to the dentist due to losing kind of big on the genetics lottery in that whole area, but the staff at MFD have made a routine I used to dread much easier to manage. I'm very pleased to have chosen them as my routine dental office!

Fantastic experience: Maynard Family Dentist is the best place for your dental care! I love Dr. Pederson and all the dental professionals at this office. They are so knowledgeable and caring. I am a little bit of a nervous person when it comes to dental work, but they are so caring and supportive that I always feel comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I had grafts done today by Dr. Kendal Lin and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly and had such a gentle, professional technique. I’m usually nervous about needles, but Leeann was great at keeping me distracted and calm. The whole experience was way better than I expected. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Offices were immaculate and the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Pat Hoye was thorough in his evaluation and treatment with a genuine concern for my comfort during a long procedure. He kept me informed the entire time. His calm and kind mannerism was appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoye.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson and Joanna were amazing! I came for a second opinion when I didn’t trust the assessment of the first dentist I saw at another practice. Dr. Johnson was very honest with me, explained his rationale and helped me come up with a care plan that made sense. Great experience with multiple crowns and the endontist they have on their team, Dr. Hoy was also exceptional - made root canals totally doable and comfortable. Highly recommend

My initial exam was the most thorough I have ever had, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and answered every question I had thoughtfully and knowledgeably. I’m so happy I chose this practice - and happy my kids and grandkids are also patients!

Fantastic experience: I needed immediate attention, as I had broken a back porcelain cap and the underlying metal was sharp and cutting my tongue. They took me within two hours and ground down the sharp edge relieving my pain. Outstanding service!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pederson and the hygienists at Maynard Family Dentists are great! I went with a broken tooth and a few cavities, they not only helped me but didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. One appointment I didn’t have anyone to watch my baby and they let me bring alone my 6 month old at the time and let her sit in the room on my lap the entire time. I’d recommend Maynard Family Dentists to anyone in the area.

Amber was my hygienist and I thought she did a really great job. She checked in often to see how I was doing and I felt she has a gentle touch. I was seen by Dr. Hopkinson and she was so nice, thorough and so knowledgeable. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here.

Fantastic experience: First time going there because I was referred to them for a root canal. Everyone was very friendly but the doctor was the best! He was very friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way as he did the root canal. At one point I was uncomfortable with something that he was doing and he stopped and numbed the area a bit more. He was pleasant and professional and it’s about six hours later and I have no pain. Very happy with the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Lexi the Hygienist was terrific, kind, gentle and caring. The dentist was thorough and he didn't just suggest care that wasn't needed as my former dentist suggested. The whole office was caring and kind. Appointment was on time and not rushed. Absolutely if you are looking for a new dental office, I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Maynard Family Dentists has been absolutely fantastic. I had a dentist I loved for many years and when he retired I just couldn’t face a new dentist. They have made the whole experience easy and wonderful. I have a complicated dental history due to a traumatic accident and they are being so helpful with the finishing touches on restoring my smile. My son is dental phobic, but they have handled him beautifully as well. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Maynard family dentist’s has been excellent! The staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. During my pregnancy, I’ve been dealing with the growth of a large pyrogenic granuloma. The care and attention I’ve received has been exceptional. Unlike my experience trying to schedule with an oral surgeon elsewhere, where I faced significant opposition to just to get a consultation, Maynard family dentists has made sure I have received the treatment I needed promptly and with great care. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to MFD since they opened. The waiting area is spacious and Zen-like so no nervousness needed! The entire staff from the women at the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors are all very gentle , caring, professional and always offer treatment they know is best. I needed an emergency visit today and was able to make the appointment online Saturday night! It was easy to do and comforting to know that they would be waiting for me today.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at Maynard Family Dentists. The staff was super kind and informative. They also allowed me to bring my two month old with me. Once I got to my appointment I was informed I needed X-rays and the staff accommodated me and my son. One of the dental hygienist watched my son just outside the room while I got my X-rays done. The hygienist and dentist were super informative and also explained what they were seeing and even showed me photos of areas in my mouth that there going to monitor. Very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning done today. Susan did a great job filling in for my regular hygienist who had a family emergency. Everyone in this office is extremely nice. I highly recommend this dentist office. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but they make me extremely comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have a massive fear of the Dentist. When I called today to make an urgent appointment Katie was absolutely awesome with me and comforting me and letting me know what was going to happen. When I arrived I came in the building and was very nervous and scared and again Katie was great with me. When I was called back the two technicians that worked with me were very patient and understanding of how I felt and did not brush off my feelings and make me feel like I didn’t have the control. Dr.Bhatt was also amazing with me as well very understanding and gentle and she talked through what she was going to do. The only thing that I did not like was there were no doors on the rooms. But I will definitely come back to have my dental work done there !
