Fantastic experience: Doctor Du is the best! My bottom teeth always had pockets and inflammations from time to time and I was given Gingivectomy which is a new laser treatment to prevent inflammation and this fixed my teeth problem perfectly! My teeth feel so good and I don’t need root canal and save me a fortune! Gingivectomy is invented for you if you have the same problem with me and lift is so much better without teeth inflammation! Tons of thanks to Doctor DU!!!

Fantastic experience: September 1, '26 I had my regular cleaning with Sam yesterday and continue to be grateful for his thorough, attentive work! And for the amiable staff. For Dr. Dai. Dr. Du provided a crown a couple months ago and her artistry with teeth amazes me at times. I don't have great teeth genes, but at least I know my teeth are in excellent care with this team. May 6, '26. After several years I continue to feel truly grateful for Dr. Du and her excellent team/staff. Today I had cleaning by Samuel with crown work by Dr. Du and assistant Ana. I'm delighted with the attentive care and as ever, impressed with the expertise and teamwork. Having teeth worked on is never fun, but having full confidence in those who are doing the work (as I do with Team Du) makes a world of difference!

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice after a decade without proper dental medical care. It was such a positive experience from Kevin at front desk, my hygienist, and doctor. Jamika is the best of the best. She involved me in the process and explained everything. The patient education was so valuable. Understanding my oral health will ensure I’m more compliant. I arrived extremely anxious and left feeling relaxed. She is incredibly warm hearted, efficient, and good at what she does. Dr. Dai was great. The first doctor to address my TMJ and actually provide treatment plan options. Furthermore, Kevin provided me with an estimate for future visits and treatments. This practice was able to get me in the following week. My previous dentist offered an appointment 8 months out. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had a a dentist. I cannot recommend them enough!

Every single staff person who I've interacted with at Sudbury Dental has been highly professional, skillful, technically knowledgeable, kind, and very welcoming. Sudbury Dental has all the updated dental technology to ensure very skillful treatment but also great kindliness. Dr. Du has done several crowns for me and I've found her to be very gentle, even with "difficult" teeth. She also makes me feel she is looking at my long term dental health - not just trying to "make a sale" but treating me as someone whose care might stretch over many years (which I hope for too). I also want to particularly thank the staff: Jamika and assistants Booma and Ana, as well as Kevin at reception could not be more kind, friendly, talented and helpful. They are very reassuring, full of patience and good cheer. I leave Sudbury Dental every time feeling that I've gotten incredibly good care by thoroughly lovely people.

Dr Du and the staff are very kind, gentle and respectful as well as being extremely skillful in their work. In addition, choices are given if there is more than one possible approach to a situation. From the first, they were kind and genuinely understanding, helping family member with extreme discomfort during dental work, bought a tool to help increase comfort and adjusted procedures as needed. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't like going to dentist!! And for those who dont mind (like me) they use latest software/equipment to scan mouth for understanding of structure, and for cleanings (hygienist is also excellent, loves her work, and very personable) Easy to get to, good scheduling, great experience.

Fantastic experience: (First ever visit) I’ve just visited Sudbury Dental Smile Center for the first time for a consultation and two days later, a cleaning. I decided to come here because they’re much closer to where I live but mostly because my prior dentist kept misdiagnosing me and missing the extreme pain I’ve been experiencing for 7+ months. They had also messed up on two cavity fillings that made it so I could only eat soft foods from July to November! After 5 visits for the same pain, my previous dentist still hadn’t found the issue and I was gaslit. After finally finding the issue a few weeks ago, he referred me to an oral Surgeon to take out the issue and for one partially erupted wisdom tooth with a cavity in it, it costs $1,775. I’ll get it done but with that, I must move on. Because my prior dentist kept missing the problem for each visit, I saw many other doctors to help figure me out. These are the following doctors I have visited for an unknown cavity in a wisdom tooth he could not find and diagnose. PCP x3 (ordered an MRI, chronic Sinusitis) NUERO Dr (prescribed Gabapentin for pain and rizatriptan for extreme migraines) WISDOM CONSULT (Northborough, did not find anything.. referred me to TMJ/D Specialist) TMJ/D Specialist (set up a 7K plan to have a bite guard on 24/7) ENT (ordered a CT scan and found my left side to have a deviated septum - surgery required… referred to an allergist for the chronic Sinusitis shown in the MRI from the PCP) IF my prior dentist had just helped me and found what was going on with me, I wouldn’t have had to go to all these specialists. After my wisdom tooth extraction, we won’t be able to afford what I currently ACTUALLY NEED because our money and our time was wasted. I was so nervous going to a new dentist because I am worried how bad my teeth have gotten over the years and I am worried about how much everything will cost. Imagine my prior dentist actually kept up with my teeth, I wouldn’t be having all these issues!! Sudbury Dental Smile Center has great reviews for a reason! Immediately, the whole team made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable! They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They are so professional yet have a sense of humor with a light heart. I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon this wonderful dental office! (And that's why reviews are so important!) The whole team is amazing and I applaud them and think so highly of them, even after two visits. • (A year and a half later) After a full year of complex dental decisions, I can say with complete honesty that Sudbury Dental Smile Center has walked through this with me in a way that truly mattered. This wasn’t a simple filling or routine cleaning. I’ve been navigating extractions, prior graft sites, structural crown questions, sinus proximity concerns, and long-term implant planning. Every step felt heavy because these aren’t small decisions — they affect how I eat, how I feel, and my health long term. What meant the most to me was that I was never rushed. They reviewed imaging carefully, explained tooth numbers and anatomy clearly, and took my questions seriously — even when I asked the same ones more than once because I needed to understand. I was given space to think through extraction versus preservation, graft timing, and whether a crown needed structural support or a root canal. That space matters when you’re making permanent decisions about your body. They were also transparent with estimates and open to staged treatment instead of pushing an overwhelming, all-at-once plan. For someone managing prior dental trauma and complicated history, that kind of respect makes you feel safe. Dental work is vulnerable. It’s stressful. It’s expensive. It’s emotional. Having a team that listens, explains, and collaborates instead of pressures — that changes the entire experience. I’m deeply grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism they’ve shown throughout this process.

The hygienist Mr Samuel Nyann is gentle, friendly, and does an excellent job. Cleaning, fillings, root canals and crowns and so on are all done by her staff on hand in-office including specialists Financially the billing levels are fair and right on par with other dental offices We were not talked into any work or felt pressured but my wife Willemina needed quite a bit of dental care which of course costs money but at least is partly tax deductible. If you have Dental Insurance you can check if it is compliant with the billing coordinator The whole office is very clean, technically very well equipped while the atmosphere is like being with close family Our experience indeed made us feel like we had lucked into a branch of the family we never knew we even had! Fantastic experience: Dr. Hahm conducted a molar extraction for me. During the consultation, he explained what his diagnosis is of my dental condition, and provided me options. After careful consideration, I agreed to move forward. Dr. Hahm was very thorough explaining the steps, as well as post-op care instructions. He was available to answer my questions via text while I was in recovery mode. Dr. Hahm was very responsive and thoughtful thus far into my treatment.

They were 1 of several that I called since my dentist has retired 2 years ago. they got me in that afternoon x-rayed was able to give me an antibiotic and referred me to an oral surgeon. Fantastic experience: Yet another awesome review lined up for Dr Du and the team at Sudbury Dental Smile! I requested a last minute visit for a tooth situation and everyone, I mean EVERYONE accommodated me. Kevin squeezed me in between the packed schedule, Booma scrambled left and right to get a chair ready for me, Julie was super helpful juggling between patients and me, Samuel caught me by the corner of his eyes and said hi, and Dr Du spent a solid 20 minutes to fix my tooth situation. These folks respond at a moment’s notice, and I sincerely hope they get to see and understand the extent of my gratitude towards them! Here we go again with another review on the Dr Du team! Went in for my son's Invisalign assessment, ended up getting a wisdom tooth pulled out! It was inevitable, but the staff made it so chill that I ALMOST felt like I should've gotten other services, just so I can stick around and hangout longer. Kevin's at the front desk, and his chill attitude handles all the phone calls / texts. Booma was around to jokingly give me a hard time, always good to see you. There's a new staff whom's name I didn't catch, but you were very professional yet down to earth while Dr Du used those pliers to yank out my tooth. For such a thin lady, she packs a lot of muscle power that she deftly uses to extract my tooth, no need to cut my gums either. My son's Invisalign pricing was competitive, and my tooth removal wasn't much more than a tank of 93 octane. Can't beat that.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr Du for more than 20 years. I guess I owe her a good review. Ronnie, herself, is a very caring dentist. She talks very soft but gives affirmative professional advice. I believe her staff are very good too. I can still remember a few names. Kevin in the front. He is very efficient and will do extra work to try to fit my schedule. The lady before him was good too. Sam, a nice black gentleman, does a fabulous job on my cleaning. I live pretty far in the distance. The reason that I keep using this clinic for my teeth is simple. It is good!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Du has a lot of experience, very good professional technology, and most importantly, she has extraordinary patience. In fact, the whole office is very nice, kind and friendly. My son was afraid of injections and refused to cooperate. They tried every possible way, waited and comforted him, and completed the extraction. There was no rush to lower the standard of the extraction. The root of the tooth was intact, with little wound, and my kid recovered quickly. Thanks a lot to their team!

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic. I had to go in for a tooth pain/ emergency. Right from the receptionist Kevin to the Dental Assistant Bhooma to the DMD, they made you feel at home and really trying to serve your need in the quickest possible fashion. Fantastic experience: Dr. Du and her team are fantastic. I've had invisaling, 2 implant crowns, some fillings and regular cleanings that I go for. My 2 year old son and husband go here as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Cracked a tooth on a chicken wing and went in to see if it could be sealed or if I needed a crown. Made an apt and got a text asking if I could do an earlier apt. I declined and arrived at my booked time. The tech was wonderful, but Dr Wenyong Dai was not. In addition to being condescending with the tech, she told me the crack I had was not new and I was mistaken. She even had my hold a mirror and show the crack, which is visible to the naked eye, and she said no it was a tooth concussion. She refused to give me any treatment so I left. While I was checking out the desk staff they asked about my experience and I said bad because my tooth is cracked and the doctor won't treat me. She came out of her office to argue with me in the lobby. I finally got out of there. 2 days later I got a second opinion and the crack was confirmed and I will be getting a crown. Does she need to get her eyes checked or was I just the last client of the day in a day she wanted to leave early, which is why I got asked to move my appointment? Not sure the reason, but Dr Dai did not show any respect for me or her own staff and I am so glad I trusted my gut and had a real dentist, that is willing to work, check it out.

I continue because it is a place where I not only feel comfortable, despite the fact that I do not like dentists and am afraid of their equipment. They are truly interested in providing quality Care and a sense of calm in an environment that normally does not bring about such positive feelings. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here as a first time patient! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning and with a couple of questions about Invisalign. They were able to take all my scans, come up with a treatment plan, check my insurance coverage, and quote an estimate all right then! I was in and out for a cleaning and a while Invisalign plan in less than an hour. The best!
