Fantastic experience: Came in for a teeth cleaning and x-ray appointment. Upon coming in I was greeted and welcomed. Check in process was pretty quick. Less than a minute after checking in I got pulled for my appointment. All staff were very informative on costs and the process of moving forward with removing my wisdom teeth in the future. Overall, place was very clean and the staff were amazing.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Dental Smiles over a year ago. In the past, I've had fears when it comes to getting dental work done and avoided getting care for a long time. I came in with several dental concerns and fears around the whole process. From the moment I entered the office, the team at Dental Smiles was very welcoming and kind. They greeted me at the door and assisted me right away. We did an evaluation and Dr. Ebrahimi was very thorough in his explanation of what steps we needed to take to get me to a better place with my oral health. I voiced many concerns and asked several questions; at every step of the way I was met with compassion and care. The team here is very knowledgeable and they made sure I was informed at every step of the process. After every appointment, I felt more and more confident in their work and in taking better care of myself and my teeth. Now, I look forward to my visits. I am in a much better place, than where I started. I’m happy to say that the team here helped to heal a lot of the dental trauma I had from past experiences.

They made scheduling so easy and were very transparent about pricing ahead of time (cash paying). When I got there, the check in process was easy and fast. The whole staff was great! Dr E was thorough and explained everything so well too me, plus gave me a plan to help my teeth. I like that he didn't push unnecessary treatments which is exactly what was done in the past to me. I ended up traumatized and hating the dentist, but having found Dr E and his staff, I feel a lot better about going to the dentist. Thank you guys so much!

Negative experience: I had to switch dentists because I felt my time was not valued. I booked a 4pm appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and was not seen or updated about the delay. After waiting until 4:45pm, I left frustrated. I am now looking for a local provider who respects their patients' time.

Fantastic experience: Due to a traumatic experience I had as a child, I’ve had MAJOR dental office anxiety causing me to avoid the dentist. This is not something that I brought up with the staff, as sometimes bringing attention to it makes it a little worse. That being said, this was hands-down the absolute BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. Staff is nice, friendly, and were extremely aware of me as a patient. I went in for a teeth cleaning and exam, and the dental assistant and dentist made sure that I was okay at every step of the way, even with how simple the task was, really helping ease my anxiety. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my appointment today. The dental assistant Kathy has great bedside manners. I can tell she puts in a lot of hard work in that office. She checked me in, did my x-rays and was answering phone calls. What ever they are paying her they need to double it. That is one employee you do not want to lose. Dr. Ebrahimi took his time to really explain the procedure. I felt that I was in good hands and will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: Their Orthodontist, Dr. Nilou, who works there once a month, lied to me. She said Invisalign is not an option for my teeth. She put braces on me, which was very painful, considering the pain would go away. I waited a week and a half, the pain was still there, and I felt that there was something wrong. I called them and told them I wanted it removed and switched to Invisalign, as I really wanted Invisalign in the first place. Kathi told me I had to wait for a month. They don't know the contact number of the Orthodontist or where she works full time, and even when I asked for the full name, they said they'd call me back; when I found out the full name and google it, I found out the bad reviews. I said I couldn't wait a month; I had to look for another orthodontist. She said, no one will remove it as you started it here; we are the only ones who can remove it, and that's the LAW (another lie), and I don't know where she got that law. I went to two different real professionals and HONEST orthodontists, and they said that Invisalign is the best option for my teeth. They took free pictures and X-rays with their modern equipment. They sat with me and discussed the plan and options with my teeth without charging me anything or my insurance for my first visit. Unlike Canyon Smile, even though they said they would not charge anything for my first visit, they still charge my insurance. Complete Dishonest people. I realized when I finally met the honest Orthodontists, seeing their modern equipment and scanners, that Canyon Smile doesn't have the capability to provide Invisalign for their patients. They have to lie to you and say Invisalign is not an option and braces are your only option. They are for their best interest not yours. When I called them to ask for a refund since they lied and I said would not continue my treatment with them, Crystal said I don't think so; Dr. Ebrahimi (the dentist there) told you just to come back after a month. The only good thing that happened to me dealing with them is I lost 12 lbs in a week as I can't eat because of the pain and stress that they did to me. I would not recommend this Dishonest Dental Place.

This is the best dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. They are transparent with the financial aspect, the employees are professional, understanding and they make you feel like you actually want to go to the dentist. The cleaning was the best I have had in years and the doctor was very thorough in his examination and recommendation. Very glad I found them. They are also close to where I live which is a plus. Pros: -Great doctors and staff. -Reasonable prices (some other places in the area literally charge double the price for the same procedures). -High quality of dental work. -Pleasant atmosphere. Cons: -None so far and we've been consistent clients for about a year. Story time: My family and I struggled to find a good dental clinic to go to for the last few years. We are recent immigrants to the United States and find that the medical system here could be... improved. The places we tried before left us totally unsatisfied. Either the prices, quality of service, or both simultaneously were not good enough at all the previous clinics we tried. Fortunately, we found Canyon Smiles and we loved it! Prices are reasonable and they give good member discounts too. Everyone who works there is very helpful and professional. The doctors are very good at their job. They do the work quickly but properly, ensuring we get the medical care quality we expect. Prior to any procedure, they take time to explain the best ways to solve our dental problems and are clearly not only skilled but are also compassionate towards their clients. The assistants are really really nice and professional, they make you feel safe and calm during the procedures. Krystal is very attentive and kind, she always keeps us updated about our appointments and whenever we have any questions she is there to help! Every time we are at the Canyon Smiles, she helps us find the best options for treatment considering our time and financial needs and if we don't understand something she explains it to us and we are very thankful. We are just glad we found a place where people care for you as their patient and ensure you leave feeling happy!

Fantastic experience: Dr. E, Kathi, and Gabbi and AHHHHMAZING and I'm so glad I found them but only wish I found them earlier. I had some extensive work to be done on my teeth. I placed my dental health to the wayside when COVID happen but Dr. E came up with a realistic treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Canyon Smiles and Orthodontics, and I couldn’t be more happier with the quality of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at ease.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about these guys at this office. “Top Shelf” comes to mind. I’m impressed every time I come here to keep my teeth in as best shape as I can. They support and never judge me as I think they should because I lack the dedication to my teeth. (I need to brush more.) Great cleaning, and “minor repair one tooth needed on a follow up day,” painless and perfect. Prayers answered, it (that tooth) is just fine as you hoped it would be after your work on it! See ya in September for my next cleaning.
