Paris the manager goes above and beyond for the patients. She is on top of things getting done in lightening speed. Dr Rudner’s technique, esthetic, and amazing chair side manner is beyond my expectations. Can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: This place makes you feel like you’re at home. The staff and the dr are so great. From the minute you walk in Paris greets you and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Rudner really cares about you. Checks in with you periodically and makes sure you’re pain free every step in your procedure. He gives you breaks when your jaw feels tired and really puts in his all in his work. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job. Yall are the best

Negative experience: I was previously a patient of Dr Kutlay and i absolutely LOVE him. he is one of a kind dentist and so sad he sold his business . the new dentist is ok. not too much to say . although the OFFICE manager / front desk receptionist / whatever else she is -Paris is HORRIBLE i have never in my life encountered such non professionalism. she is disrespectful and disgusting and will 100000% bring down the business if she stays there. her attitude is draining and ugly. she must be soooo unhappy with her life. STAY FAR AWAY.

Negative experience: I was a patient here for over 20 years and it was with Dr. Tanner who is fantastic. Dr. Kutley took over and he was just as good but he slowly started focusing on bigger stuff than family dentistry-he brought in a new Dr. and the whole office system started to changed. At the same time I brought my husband in and they told us he needed a certain type of work done due to gum issues and insurance will cover it. We had half of the work done. And Well insurance didn’t cover it, and we had to pay out of pocket. Additionally they started wanted the full price up front with a promise for reimbursement after insurance approved it- we switched dentists and SHOCKER he has NO gum issues on the side Kutley/Rodners office didn’t work on. They have officially joined hundreds of other INSURANCE SCAMS in their industry.

Negative experience: I was a patient for 20 years when the practice was Dr. Tanner's and then Dr. Kutlay. Both were wonderful, kind dentists and their staff was so nice, and so it was a visit that you didn't dread. Since Dr. Rudner has taken over the practice it has completely changed mostly due to the staff. You will be charged a $50 or $100 charge if you are a no show even if you have a health problem that prevents you from going. I have never met Dr. Rudner so I don't know how he is as a dentist. I understand I am not the only person who has encountered problems with his staff.. I also hear he is losing patients over this.

Negative experience: BEWARE- DO NOT GO HERE! Been going to this dentist for years along with my whole family. They have changed recently and are not in network or something anymore and did not disclose the change. Can’t seem to get a straight answer out of them.. they ask every time I go into office if my insurance has changed and I answer but they do not disclose their changes until I get stuck with a cleaning bill that I never need to pay since my insurance pays 100% for bi-annual cleanings. NOT ANYMORE AT THIS PLACE.. never again will I or my family go to this corrupt dentist office. Along with their payroll department being very rude!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sean Kutlay and his team are just so humble, funny and accommodating. You can just feel it when u walk in. I want to share my personal experience. So, I went in at 8 am for a first-time veneer appointment. I was seen at 1:30 pm. That is 5 hrs in. Reason was because Dr.Kutlay and his team took their time to thoroughly explain and answer ALL my concerns. I already have high anxiety problems and with their comfort, I was so at ease to take the next step of a whole new transformation smile and a boost of self-esteem. Thanks to their humbleness and honesty and professionalism I felt and knew I was making the right decision. It's takes a lot of courage to be separated from the cruelty of this world. I just had a bad experience with a dentist near Dr Kutlay they never even asked and did a Fluoride treatment next oh my gosh you need deep cleaning 4 visits and take out all your old fillings and do all new crowns! Okay 2nd opinion! Went to Dr Kutlay not even 2 miles away! Xrays and cleaning! Your gums are great you have a chipped tooth and you only need one crown I also received a senior discount by the way crown almost half the price of BAD DENTIST! Thank You! Fantastic experience: I’ve had to go to the orthodontist on and off for almost 50 years. I’ve had a lot of different doctors. The staff at Dr. Kutlay’s is by far the best! They are professional, gentle, and really listen to your concerns and you never feel like your rushed through. Negative experience: On phone they told me certain promises and assurances . Got there saw different doctor female , which on phone they scheduled me with Dr Kutley and female had no assurance of crown . Which in my case was root canal tooth wanted to make sure the crown would mask it she said no, Waisted hours driving and my time .

Fantastic experience: The best way to describe my smile before visiting Dr. Kutlays office was “decent”. I had went to at least 10 dentists before COVID but got deterred because of my comfort level, dentist style during consultation, and reviews on the dentists page. I was recommended to Dr. Sean Kutlay; and during the consultation, I knew that I struck gold. I felt comfortable, attended to, heard, and happy with my decision to move forward. 2 weeks after I got my porcelain veneers- I am happier then ever and have found my go to Dentist for all my needs. I live in South Orange County. He is WORTH the 1.5 hour drive each way. Most importantly- I was terrified that I would feel pain or sensitivity. Fantastic experience: Not a fan of going to Dentist—-is anybody? Needed an older crown replaced. Wore a temporary for 2 weeks. Walked into Dr. Kutlays office @ 7:50am today . Procedure was completed by 8:20am . This guy ( Dr Kutlay) and his staff are that good !!!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kutlay. I have to say that I haven’t been this impressed with a dentist and his team in 25 years! The entire staff was unusually friendly, professional and welcoming. Dr. Kutlay (although he told me I could call him Sean) took an unusual amount of time with me, due in part to this being our first meeting I’m sure. He has a great sense of humor, is very friendly, but when it came to business he was confident and knowledgeable. I don’t mind mentioning that I’m 75 years old, and not easily impressed. Let me say then in conclusion, we should all be so lucky as to have such an excellent experience with the professional we select in any medical field!!

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a consultation for a full mouth veneers but was unable to keep my appointment due to illness. I received a call from the receptionist telling me that if I wanted to reschedule I had to pay $145. This tells me enough about this facility and their doctors. I will not spend a dime at this facility. I am sure there are other dentists in Santa Clarita that will appreciate me and welcoming tte spending of thousands of dollars.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with Dr. Kutlay and his entire staff. My procedure included 9 porcelain veneers and I couldn't have asked for a better result. My teeth look beautiful, natural, and the process was painless. Comfort is huge for me, I was given a heated neck pillow, blanket, and Dr. Kutlay and his team kept me educated on every aspect of the procedure the entire time. A huge plus was being able to see his work on some of the staff members. Their veneer's are even more gorgeous in person than in the photos! My advice is to trust the process and Dr. Kutlay. Before moving forward with the veneers Dr Kutlay gave me a call and explained to me how the procedure works and what having veneers entail. He was very thorough which made me feel less nervous. The actual process of getting veneers was very easy. They took scans of my teeth, made a temporary and after two weeks the actual veneers were placed. My teeth didn’t have to be shaved down so much like I anticipated it would. I didn’t know what shade to pick and Dr Sadat was very helpful by recommending a shade and why it would work best for my situation. It also wasn’t painful at all. My teeth look so natural that people didn’t even realize I had veneers they kept asking if I got my teeth whitened and if I got braces. If you were considering getting veneers this is your sign to go to Dr Kutlay! They also provide payment plans if you were worried about the cost. I will definitely come back to get my bottom teeth done ☺️

Fantastic experience: OMG! I have FOUND my TOOTH-FAIRY god father! I’m having extensive work done and the experience from start to finish was amazing. The team very warm and welcoming and Dr Kutlay is amazing! He communicated with me throughout the whole procedure! I had to have 3 teeth extracted and honestly didn’t need any pain meds until the next day just due to the tenderness. My case was a challenge. Fantastic experience: Best office ever. If you’re thinking about getting any work done, specifically anything esthetic don’t hesitate. The doctors and entire staff go above and beyond. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dental office before. I was literally sat in the chair 3 minutes after my appt time and offered a warm neck pillow and a weighted blanket AFTER having a snack and coffee in the waiting room. These are small things compared to the quality of dental care I received but they were all part of my positive experience. Amazing dental work and amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I haven't liked Dentist since three military dentists removed my four wisdom teeth (long story!). Even cleanings bothered me. My teeth suffered for that fear. In the last few years, I was reluctant to smile to hide my decayed teeth. My last dentist thought my teeth were so bad, he recommended only full dental implants. Then a friend recommended Dr. Sean Kutlay's office. After examining me, he said "You do not need full dental implants, your teeth are not that bad. I think we can get a smile back on that face fairly easy". A root canal, three crowns and two fillings later, I can smile again! Everyone I've encountered in the office has been amazing. First, Dr. Kutlay for making the plan to get my teeth in shape. Vanessa the health plan coordinator for planning my treatment. Dr. Sadat (?) for the crowns and fillings, and Salina the hygienist who did the deep gum cleanings. Thanks Dr Kutlay and your team for your fabulous work that brought a smile back to my face!

Fantastic experience: As a Disabled Veteran, I do have to rely on my resources, the VA Dental Clinic in Loma Linda, but when it comes to teeth whitening these are things not covered by my insurance, so outsourcing to Dr. Kutlay's office in Santa Clarita couldn't have been a better choice for me! Fantastic experience: After being with Dr Tanner, I was not sure how he was going to be??!!! Dr Kutlay is funny, down to earth , and professionally trustworthy. He always able to say that certain tooth doesn’t need filling work but will need observation. He also said how I did not need any more work with my teeth , just maintenance. I would have not made the transition from Tanner to Kutlay if it weren’t for DEAR. Lisa. She was there when I began with Tanner til now. When I began, I HATED going to the dentist. She made me comfy…she had me listen to music on headphones, numb me during dental cleaning and deep cleaning….
