Fantastic experience: Follow-up to previous post: I received my last veneer, but it needs to be slightly adjusted. I called the office and they immediately booked a follow-up appointment. Dr. Brian and his staff went over the options with me and assured me that their priority is to make sure I am completely satisfied with the work. My smile looks better than it ever has, but more importantly, I feel better. Dr. Brian and his staff gave me my confidence back, and I’m deeply grateful. This is truly life changing for me. Thank you, Dr. Brian!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Three Two Three dentistry for several years now and i have had nothing but wonderful experiences ever since. Brian and the other doctors are great at what they do and you can tell they really care about dentistry and the wellbeing of their patients. The entire staff is great; super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I usually hate the dentist but i have had nothing but pleasant, pain-free experiences here. They are always on the cutting edge of technology and the most up-to-date information as it pertains to dentistry. They also work really easily and hassle-free with my insurance. Fantastic experience: Today I saw Dr. Brian, for the second time, regarding a molar crown that fell out. He looked carefully at the tooth, reviewed the X-rays and asked if I would like to see them. Then he took time to ask specific medical questions regarding illnesses and stressful life events that could have triggered adverse effects on my teeth, i.e, tooth clenching. The thought of Holistic/Integrative dentistry came to mind. No other dentist had looked at my dental problem as part of the whole individual wellbeing. This was the first time I had experienced this type of dental assessment. I was impressed and saw how a Holistic/Integrative approach makes so much sense in the assessment, diagnostic and treatment of dental problems. I could understand how there is a connection between the individual’s wellbeing and dental health. Dr. Brian is an expert at trying to find the root cause of the problem by integrating what I think was a Holistic approach. in order to arrive at the best treatment for me. I recently lost my beloved brother and expressed how sad and overwhelming this life event had been. I could see the correlation between grieving and clenching of teeth. It's a stressful situation. Teeth retainers will help remediate the problem. Dr. Brian asked many more medical questions about my overall health. Everything today was patient-centered with patient support. I was even referred to the therapist for grieving. Dr. Brian is genuinely a most caring dentist and the best dentist around. I’m blessed and grateful that he is my dentist and takes care of my dental health. I extend the same sentiments of gratitude to Valerie, Jenna, Brandy, all at the front desk, and everyone involved in the dental process of helping to take care of my dental health. Best regards, Mary Munoz This past Wednesday, 4/29/26, I saw the hygienist, Brandi. She’s welcoming and always greets me with a warm and friendly smile. An excellent hygienist, she’s been teaching me how to keep my teeth and my gums clean and healthy. She has been emphasizing the importance of using the Waterpik, electric toothbrush, and a good toothpaste to keep my teeth clean. Taking preventive measures to maintain teeth healthy is a new experience for me and making dental hygiene the main focus of my dental care makes sense. Brandi is a very competent and skilled hygienist who is also very sympathetic to the needs of the patient. I’m somewhat claustrophobic and she made sure not to use a towel on my face while using the Waterpik. That made a difference. I must say that Brandi is changing my old dental/oral care habits to new and more effective, long-lasting and healthy ones. Thank you, Brandi for helping me keep my teeth healthy and pretty! PS: Brandi’s assistant is also very nice and sweet. On 7/1/26, Dr. Brian worked on a chipped tooth resulting from a major fall I had days before. He also replaced a loose filling on the tooth next to the one I had chipped. I can’t say enough about Dr. Brian’s expertise as a dentist. He did an outstanding job repairing both front teeth.. They look naturally beautiful! He consistently does outstanding work.. I’m very happy that he’s my dentist. Thank you, Dr. Brian, for being there for me on such short notice. I had an appointment with Dr. Brian on 7/6/26. Grateful to Dr. Brian for being empathetic, supportive, for listening with intent and for understanding my health concerns. He is wonderful and cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Brian.

Negative experience: Absolute scam. Forced me to pay upfront instead of billing my insurance for an office visit that should have been a free six month cleaning under my plan and then told me “oh your insurance will send you a check”. I have literally never had this situation at a dentist’s office.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter for her first dental visit and everyone was amazing! We saw Lisa and she was fantastic with my daughter. She explained everything and took her time with her. The front desk was so kind and the office was beautiful. We are so happy with the entire experience.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough stars on here for me to say how much Dr. Brian Edwards, his practice, and everyone who works for him, how amazing they are. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, my whole life, I’ve known Brian since he was in school with my daughter. He has always been one of my favorites. To be able to go to support him with something I really always wanted to do. Very proud of the young man. And Dentist he has become. With that being said, I still don’t really like going to the dentist lol but I do it now because it’s Brian and he is so gentle and honest and calming that it makes so much easier….. Fantastic experience: I had another great experience at Three Two Three Dentistry. The whole staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Brandy, the dental hygienist, took time to answer my questions, offer suggestions and actually showed me how to floss in a couple areas that needed attention. She’s awesome! Brandy made sure during the cleaning process that I was comfortable and asked several times if everything was alright. And Dr. Jenney also took time to answer my questions and has a very gentle touch. A+ office in my book!

Negative experience: My family and I have gone to this dentist regularly, and it has completely ruined our mouths. a good 70% of my partners visual teeth are crowns and fillings that we were pressured into getting for "urgent" health. Before coming to this dentist I've never had a cavity or need for much more than a cleaning. AFTER visiting Dr. Jenney, I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled immediately. We have taken our X-Rays to multiple different dentists and were told these cavities were minor and needed to be monitored. Not filled. I cannot IMAGINE how much natural good teeth my partner and I lost to get to a tiny baby cavity. The best part is that the front office got BOTH of our email addresses extremely wrong so they were sending messages to inboxes we didn't own. We had corrected the front desk over the phone AND at the desk multiple times. Did it stick? no. Only when I asked for my X-Rays to show other doctors did they care to get my email right. One message we just so ""happened"" to """miss"""" in particular was a predatory payment process. Imagine our surprise when we come in for a cleaning and now have to pay about 500$ EACH up front out of pocket AFTER THE CLEANING because they don't "feel like dealing" with insurance companies. The insurance company will pay us back for the majority of it like that's between me and insurance but I don't make that much money, and the sudden grand dropped was devastating. The actual insane medical debt we've accrued from this practice is SHOCKING. I have credit cards I'm still trying to recover from with MY Three Sixty Dental debt. Not with my partner. No kid involved. Just me. The payment process without warning, The horrific dental practices and the constant peddling of products they're tied with is nauseating. If you respect your wallet and your actual human grown human made teeth, I urge you to go QUITE LITERALLY anywhere else. EDIT: If I may add, why are all of your reviews 5 stars? Come onnnnn make it a little less obvious you're deleting reviews Jesus...

Fantastic experience: I cracked a 40 year old crown snd most of it broke off. I had a new temporary done in less than 24 hours. My dentist who i have gone to for 3 decades retired in December. Positive experience: office and experience was good, but I was charged 566.00 dollars for a cleaning, my teeth are in good shape, they took unnecessary x-rays and put fluoride on my teeth. I'm 72. don't need it. not going back.

Fantastic experience: This practice really goes above and beyond compared to other offices, I’ve been to. They use the state of the art technology to make sure their patients get the best quality care. I recently had a cleaning there that was unlike any cleaning I’ve ever had before. It was incredibly gentle and very effective. If you want to get the best possible treatment, I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Found this office staff wonderful, understood my insurance well, and was very clear with charges. They have all the newest in technology for equipment that my prior office in town did not have. The doctor, hygenist, and dental asst were so good at communication and explaining things.
