Fantastic experience: Snow Orhodontist Valencia, The best Ortho office in Southern California!! Dr. Azani, Gentle, caring, He answers all of our questions every appointment. I have known of Dr. Snow since the mid- 90’s and knew exactly where I would go if I was ever in need of an Orthodontist!! Dr. Snow’s office had there promotional Invisalign event, we attended. We received a gift, X-rays, and free consultation. Dr. Snow’s office gave the best discount in comparison to other Orthos in SCV. My son has been a patient for about 1 1/2 years, with a dramatic change in his bit and teeth placement since we have started. Shout out to our beautiful and kind Treatment Coordinator Becky, we all need a Becky in our lives!! So when you get there, request Becky (fyi ), the staff is awesome, from the front desk to the Chairside Assistants. Run! Don't walk to Dr. Snow’s Valencia and see for yourself, you will thank me later. From a very satisfied parent!!

Jordyn and Bri usually help me out and they’re very sweet and gets their job done quickly and precise. But primarily my teeth results have been phenomenal! Thank you Dr. Azani!!! His patience throughout my time being here has been through the roof with my stubborn teeth and bite. He and his team aimed to perfect my teeth and leave me feeling confident with my smile. The only reason I put 5 stars is because 10 stars isn’t an option, but if I could put 10 stars I would as they are rightfully deserved, by far best team and work I’ve expirenced.

From my very first consultation all the way through the day my braces were removed, I was consistently treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with this office, the staff, and the orthodontist; they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely look forward to working together with this team of experts. They were pretty straightforward with the dental plan and gave us detailed advice regarding all dental issues. We went with Invisalign. Additionally, their Invisalign package includes a camera that attaches to your cell phone to take the pictures of the on-going progress. This saves an incredible amount of time that would be otherwise spent going to appointments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Snow Orthodontics since 2019, and what started as a consultation for my daughter ended up completely changing my life. For years, I was told by orthodontist after orthodontist—including some very well-known specialists—that I was not a candidate for Invisalign. After enough consultations, I gave up on the idea altogether and accepted that if I ever wanted straight teeth, I would need traditional braces. Then I met Dr. Daniel Azani. When I explained that I had been told Invisalign wasn’t an option for me, he disagreed immediately. More importantly, he was right. Dr. Azani was confident he could achieve the results I wanted, and he promised he would see the treatment through no matter how long it took. As it turns out, it took quite a while. Because of autoimmune issues, chronic migraines, and a few unexpected health challenges along the way, my treatment moved much more slowly than originally planned. Not once did I feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a problem. The patience, flexibility, and understanding shown by Dr. Azani and his team were exceptional. Even after my Invisalign contract had technically expired, he continued working with me to make sure the final result was exactly what he had promised. A special thank-you goes to Jordan, Dr. Azani’s assistant, who has worked closely with me throughout the last several years. She is thoughtful, thorough, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely invested in her patients. You can tell she loves what she does, and that kind of dedication is rare. I’d also be remiss not to mention Steven, who was part of my care team during the earlier stages of treatment. Although he is no longer with the practice, he was wonderful to work with and helped make the experience a positive one. Today, I have a smile I never thought would be possible. For most people, that may sound simple, but after years of being told “no,” it’s something I don’t take for granted. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Azani and the entire team at Snow Orthodontics for giving me something I had long ago stopped believing I could have.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 Stars I held off on getting orthodontic work done for over 60 years, but I’m so glad I finally chose Dr. Azani and his team at the Valencia office. Dr. Azani is a truly gifted clinician with a classic, friendly chair-side manner that puts you at ease immediately. I had a complex case—very crooked teeth—and while other doctors suggested removing teeth to simplify the process, Dr. Azani went out of his way to honor my request to keep my full set of teeth. He pulled off a miracle; the results are incredible, and my wife cannot believe the difference. Not only does my smile look better, but daily maintenance is finally easy—flossing is now a breeze instead of a struggle with shredded floss. The entire office experience is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a welcoming, friendly staff who genuinely seem happy to see you; Celine, who assisted me today, is a perfect example of the kind care they provide. The logistics are also amazingly convenient, with plenty of parking and an app that allows for virtual check-ins, meaning I only need to visit the office about once a month. I only wish I had done this sooner. If you are looking for an orthodontist who truly listens to his patients and delivers exceptional results, I cannot recommend Dr. Azani and his team in Valencia enough.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment and the woman (Erika) who answered was very rude! Not wasting my money and my time there. There are plenty of other options! She even said she was going to email me a form to fill out, I am still waiting for it! I did received an email on Saturday confirming my Monday appointment, which I plan to cancel, stating I have to give them a 24 hour notice, they are closed Saturdays and Sundays!

Negative experience: I'll start with the Pros before I get into the cons: Doctor Azani hasn't charged me extra for the treatment, he does seem remorseful about how bad it went and he has been flexible with me and let me come in once a week, the assistants are lovely The cons: My 3 year procedure has taken 6 year and is still ongoing, on multiple occassions I would have to leave a note on my chart in the early days that he has to stay around and answer my questions or ask the assistant to request him to come back over. When I was having mysterious phantom pains in the side of my face he said it wasn't the orthodontic treatment, after spening a good amount of my free time and money on copays for different medical professionals I was able to confirm it was due to his treatment. The treatment with origial intent to boost myself esteem in part has done the opposite, I'm a husk of the person I was before I started this relationship with him. As I mentioned earlier I have been coming in every week to get my teeth evaluated so he could adjust and finally finish on time he still hasn't finished. The treatment has comendeered my life and made me locked into around where his office is. On multiple times he has gone back on his word or been mistaken about when he would be finished hhe also said I could do it all with invisalign and has put me in braces twice now. overall the vast majority people seem to like him but in my opinion steer clear

Fantastic experience: I just completed two years of Invisalign at the Valencia location. I hesitated to get Invisalign for years because I did not have the time to go into an office weekly or every two weeks to have my progress checked. Snow Orthodontics has an at-home option which is the Dental Monitoring scan app. A device is included that you attach to your phone. This allowed me to scan and send in the progression of my teeth instead of having to go in weekly, saving me time and travel. Along with being able to call or e.mail the office if I needed anything, I had a great point of contact through the app named Shannon. Every week when I did my scan, Shannon replied with encouraging messages and tips and when to move on to my next set of aligners. It was very helpful to have her guidance along the way over the two years of my process.The head doctor, staff and facility was top-notch. I was treated very well and guided thoroughly throughout the entire process. I did extensive research prior to going to Snow Orthodontics, talked to people all over L.A. who had used Invisalign and now after my experience, it's clear Snow is the best in the business.

We have watched their practice grow and expand without any of the typical problems that other medical offices of all sorts experience with growth. They have remained consistent, flexible, available, reasonably priced, and efficient. Their staff all seems genuinely happy to be there providing great service and all our kids have had great dental results!! Their teeth look and feel good.

Fantastic experience: I waited for the full orthodontic treatment to conclude before posting a review. The team at Snow Valencia are always friendly and super professional. The doctor listens to your concerns and addresses them. The end result was truly great and I’m very happy. There are a few tweaks still left to be treated with clear aligners but that just speaks to the perfectionist approach of the treatment and the doctor. I highly recommend this location and the medical staff.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for the snow team in Valencia for making the past 2 years with braces a breeze. Would and have recommended them to anyone who wants a smile that’ll last a life time.

Negative experience: If you want an orthodontist who will drag their feet go here. I moved and my second Ortho (snow being first) had to correct things. My second Ortho was also shocked I spent 3 years in braces from snow and made so little progress. Snow also did not advance me for a period of 8 months with the same bands/wires in place despite me asking frequently, clearing something was not working if things weren't moving at all. Avoid like the plague

Negative experience: I was a patient here. First went in cause I wanted braces but they tricked me into getting invisilign. They said it would not take as long since I only needed some gaps closed. Wrong! It took like 4 years for my teeth to look decent. Aside from that after I finished the first treatment of aligners my bottom teeth got crowded, also my bite got really bad and the left side never sat right after that so my jaw started to lock. I had to end treatment after 4 years cause I was moving and my teeth were still not complete and my bite and jaw got worse! I wish I had gotten braces and not have spent so much money and time. Also they charge you like $500 for retainers when others places charge much less. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: We are 1 month beyond our expected timeframe given at the beginning of our start date. They have always been good with appointments but today when asked how much longer and what’s the plan, and why it has been extended the hygienist was kind enough to grab the dentist to look at his mouth again. At the point he changed the plan from what was originally done that same visit to something completely different. Without me speaking up to clarify the current plan of care; would his care have been extended even further then what was being done? I was alittle frustrated to have to speak up at all, almost as if the orthodontist would get paid more from insurance for more continued visits. I would suggest better communication between everyone involved; no teenager wants these braces on longer than expected.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional experience by the manager Rebecca. She has a terrible attitude. My daughter was 12 minutes late, they stated 15. There is NO written policy that states what the grace period is. My daughter was denied the service that was scheduled for the day. I have in prior visits been the one who had to wait, in return being told "Thank you for your patience" I understand things happen and people run passed the schedule. I would of appreciated the same understanding that is expected from me when asked to wait.
