From the paperwork to the actual cleaning, I know everything will be handled with the utmost care. Today, when I walked in, I had forgotten that I’d switched insurance, but they reassured me that they had already checked and I was cleared to go. As for my cleaning, it was thorough, and they kept me informed on the condition of my teeth (looking good!). After the appointment, Dr. Villar took his time to talk with me about what to watch for. Fantastic experience: Great visit! I prefer the morning times to get in and out quickly. I am usually in for cleaning 1x per year and the other time cleaning with x-ray 1x per year and it’s easy to schedule. I also always appreciate the reminders and the staff that help take care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Our family has been treated by Dr. Alex Villar for over 12 years. Although we have moved out of state we all make the trek one way or another to SCV to continue with our dental care & maintenance with Dr. Villar. Sometimes, my husband and I drive in from Las Vegas NV to SCV on the weekend for our Monday appt. with Dr. Villar. Our daughter usually takes a plane into Burbank and Uber’s to her appt. with Dr. Villar then we drive back to Las Vegas, NV. I guess what I’m trying to say is we trust Dr. Villar and all his staff so much we don’t mine driving 250 miles one way to get to our appt. because, we know we will always be treated with respect, dignity and expert dental care. Dr. Villar is the best with administering dental blocks always asking if there is discomfort but, always using the best topicals medications so you never feel the initial poke. Dr. Villar, Rhonda and front desk staff always are available to help with your dental care plan and scheduling as well as informing you of balances and covered benefits.

Fantastic experience: Put in a replacement crown for me. My old crown had chipped and pulled away from the tooth a little. Dr Vilar replaced the crown and filled a cavity in the process. The new crown feels great and the tooth feels much better.

I came to him originally for a second opinion, and he ended- up saving me a lot of money and pain because I didn’t actually need a pricey painful procedure. Later he was even able to numb the roof of my mouth (via injection) with very little pain! Dental assistants have all been good too. I definitely recommend this office.

He is thorough , kind, patient and technically excellent.He will go out of his way to do whatever he can help you with . He takes insurance from Delta but as we all know the best isn’t going to be cheap. He’s not the most expensive either. I have sent family and friends to him and he has done a lot of fix it work on dentists that were not as skilled as he. I would recommend him to anyone!!! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Villar for 23 years to my memory and I’m 25. Every time I have an appt, the dental ladies ask me how my job is going and they know exactly what I do. Which is crazy since I see them only every 6 months. And the same with the front desk staff. I love going there. It feels like a home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Villar is an amazing dentist! I’ve been a patient at the office for almost 30 years! I have always been treated with patience, kindness, and respect by the office staff, hygienists, and most importantly Dr. Villar. Everyone is really great at doing their jobs. Recently a molar cracked apart and I needed a complicated root canal. This involved multiple procedures to make it perfect and I can definitely say Dr.Villar succeeded! As a person with lifelong dental phobia, they have been amazing at making me comfortable, while having to sometimes do dental work that’s rather uncomfortable. As a patient, I like that Dr. explains the procedure thoroughly ahead of time. Then, he talks you through it while he’s working in your mouth. His assistant is also great at calming and informing. This is why I’m a lifer at Dr. Villar’s! He’s made a dental “practice” into dental “perfection” or at least as close as you can get.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr. Villar for 20 years, and once again after my regular visit to Dr. Villar's office, I want to thank him and his staff for an excellent job. Since my husband and I retired a year ago, we become snowbirds, spending summer months in WA. Honestly, I could not find as a good doctor as Dr. Villar out there, so I will be saving my dental needs till I see Dr. Villar back home. After an awesome teeth cleaning done by Molly, Dr. Villar spent 40 minutes with me, explaining my x-rays, teaching me how to apply new techniques to take care of the gums, showing me images in a friendly and intelligent way. What a professional, friendly and educational Dr. Villar's office is!

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Villar Dentistry and I am very pleased. The staff has always been so very friendly, professional, and capable. The office and the building are pretty and conveniently located with more than ample parking and their dentistry tools and equipment are state of the art. The first time I saw Dr. Villar, he not only reviewed my most recent x-ray images with me, but he also worked with his assistant to create digital photos of the areas of concern so that I could actually see exactly what is there and the assistant created a document from Dr. Villar's assessment.
