Dr. Moore is fair and knowledgeable in evaluating teeth and doesn’t upcharge or push unnecessary procedures, the hygienists are thorough and friendly, and the entire office is incredibly family friendly. I’ve been to some dentists who constantly are trying to upsell, and Dr. Moore is definitely not one of them. I will be recommending this dentist to whoever will listen!

I had an issue with my insurance being denied, and the office manager worked tirelessly going back and forth with the insurance company multiple times to help resolve the problem. Without her dedication, it would have cost me over $1,000. Dr. Moore is conservative in treatment recommendations, reasonable, and provides highly professional care. From the front desk to the clinical staff in the back, everyone in the office is wonderful. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: A crown came out after hours on Monday and I left a message as “non-urgent”. Dr Moore messaged me later that evening with a time to come in on Tuesday. Without pain, the crown was re-cemented and I was there less than an hour.

Fantastic experience: Great team. I have been coming here for years; well before I retired in 2019. Cost for services is very reasonable which is good for when Medicare or part D does not cover. They are very sincere and honest. If they feel there is a need to engage a specialist, they will tell you and explain why. This is why I continue to use them year after year. I trust them completely. Hoping maybe they provide their own whole family coverage in the future. That would set them apart from any other Dental office.

Fantastic experience: If you want a dentist who gets it right the first time, go see Dr. Moore. He fixed a painful, poorly done filling from another office that had been bothering me for a long time. After struggling with sensitivity from a bad filling done elsewhere, I found Dr. Moore. He used X-rays to show me exactly what was wrong and then fixed it perfectly. I haven't had a single problem since! The office is professional from front to back and the atmosphere is great. So happy I found this team.I love everything about this office and highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I initially thought this dentist office was great. I do not post reviews but I felt strongly to post my family’s experience. We have been consistently getting cleanings three times a year at this dental office. My kids, who are now teenagers, have never had cavities due to our emphasis on oral health. I have told the staff consistently that I did not want my children to receive sealants on their teeth. The one day I did not accompany my children to their cleaning (my husband did), one hygienist put sealants on one of my children. I confronted the front office about this as soon as I found out, and to their credit, the front desk apologized. However, they also stated that my husband did not hear the hygienist ask for consent. If that is their argument, it makes no sense. If my husband did not hear the hygienist ask for consent, then he could not have given consent, then how could the hygienist do the procedure? They would need consent from a parent for any procedure done on minors! Needless to say, when I found out this was done, I immediately drove my child back to the office and asked them to remove the sealants. Dr. Moore “removed” them the same day they were put on. He told us he removed the sealants and I trusted him. We had a subsequent cleaning by our usual hygienist, Annie, who reassured me that the sealants were all removed on my child. Because we initially liked Annie, we wanted to continue coming here for our cleanings. However, a week before our next cleaning, we found out that Dr. Moore’s office no longer took my insurance. We found a different dental office and our new dentist told us that the sealants were not all removed and there were areas where the sealants were still patchily attached. Furthermore, in my last cleaning with Annie, she told me that she is noticing gum disease on me, and that I should consider doing a deep cleaning. I found that shocking given that I brush my teeth three times a day, floss after every meal, and get regular cleanings three times a year. Oddly enough, my new hygienist recently cleaned my teeth and told me how healthy my gums were (outside of having some recession). I am grateful that this dental office no longer accepts my insurance. Had we not left, we would not have found out that the dentist and hygienist lie. This place has great reviews on google and that’s why we initially came here. I know that as soon as this post goes live, this office will try and explain away their fraudulent behavior. My post is not for them. I am writing this review in hopes to save someone else from getting procedures done needlessly or to at least get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: This is without a doubt the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing. They worked with me and my circumstances when other practices have turned me away or given me quotes they knew I was incapable of paying. I appreciate Dr. Moore’s advice, that was genuine and in no way judgmental or demeaning like experiences I’ve had prior. The office manager, Saisuda, made me feel so at ease and assured that everything will be ok. From the Dr to the receptionist, everyone here is amazing. Fantastic experience: I could not love this dental office more! It was extremely important to me to find a dentist who believed in conservative practices. I had previously had a bad experience with a dentist in Charlotte after my original dentist retired (I used to drive to Charlotte to see him!) So thankful to have found Dr. Moore close to Raleigh!

Kimberly at the front desk is fabulous, Brittany, my hygienist might actually be an angel, and Thomas's treatment plan was amazingly realistic. I'm glad I found them.

They carefully looked at xrays they made, cleaned my teeth and made recommendations for a further cleaning. They were very kind, polite and showed they cared. One hour of this was free time for me -- I took a walk around the neighborhood, while the crown was being made. The new crown is comfortable, and feels like a natural tooth.

Fantastic experience: This was by far my best dental experience and I typically have Crazy anxiety going to dental offices, went in to get a filling done and I get vertigo when being laid back in a chair, they were understanding and went back the least amount possible to get the work, the chit chat was nice, they explained everything they were doing as they went along, and the chairs.... The chairs are very comfortable like sitting on a cloud, this comfort was relaxing, quiet music playing, I'm definitely coming back for future dental appointments as no other office has come close for my needs. I asked a neighbor for a referral, and she highly recommended Dr Moore and his staff. And rightly so! My initial visit to establish care and get a cleaning was amazing! My hygienist was warm, engaging, professional, thorough and timely. Dr Moore came in to introduce himself and take a peak at my teeth. He explained work that might need to be done "sometime down the road, but no rush" and provided good pics & examples of the situation when/if I might need to proceed with it.
