They went above and beyond to correct what was done to this tooth through no fault of theirs. I appreciate all the efforts, care, and kindness of the staff. VLJ

Negative experience: The hygienist was very good, the overall space for patients was a bit more dirty than I am used to in a dental office, floors, baseboards room where they clean stuff, or supplies? The doctor was sweaty, he had body order, his hand was sweaty when he shook my hand and I’m really not sure I will be making follow up here!!!

Positive experience: Bad communication and hard to reach after multiple attempts of calling and leaving messages.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience and want to warn other potential patients to avoid this office. I was in need of a root canal, my dentist told me to find an endodontist to perform this procedure, which is why I came. To begin, when I booked the appointment they told me it was $1 for the first visit. Once I arrived, it was actually $49. They asked what the problem was, and I explained I needed a root canal. The dentist told me they do not offer that service. He did not examine me at all, he never looked in my mouth, never used any equipment. We just exchanged those few words, and they charged $40. I explained I received no servicies whatsoever how can they charge me? How can you go to an establishment looking for a services they do not have that service, and they still charge you? Obviously, I refused to pay, and the very rude receptionist sent me a bill in retaliation for $127 because I disagreed they charge me extra. Do not go here. They are extremely unprofessional and have unprofessional and have deceptive financial practices.

Fantastic experience: I took my son in for a dental emergency today. Every single person we dealt with handled my son with such kindness and care. His teeth are full other problems. They did not make him feel shame or embarrassed, and handled him with the upmost care. I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: First visit so needed a new patient profile taken. X-rays et al performed efficiently and quickly. Staff is wonderful, taking time to explain new to me new technologies now being used for cleaning and establishing baselines. Very good experience.

Fantastic experience: I was very disappointed with my lack of appointment. After waiting 5 weeks to get an appointment, I made it very clear on the phone that the implements that I needed were in Stock so that I would not have made a wasted 3 hour round trip. I was assured that they were in stock, only to get there and they were not. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks and another trip.

Positive experience: I developed an abscess, was seen by Dr Vonn without an appointment , x-ray, given Rx and rescheduled for oral surgery. She is a caring and personable professional.

Negative experience: I went here got all the X-rays They said I needed that deep cleaning in my gums The hygienist gave me a bunch of needles on one whole side and next visit other side I know my gums were not in great shape But 2 months later I have chills when I eat anything cold and that never happened before this deep cleaning My teeth feel loose and weak I got a bad gum infection after all this Dentist tells me teeth need to be pulled they are loose I told them this before that deep cleaning They said no you need your teeth Now dentist says they should be pulled So I said why didn’t we do this before I went thru all of that with that very painful deep cleaning in my gums He said sometimes these things happen lol Bullshit I’m in more pain now then I ever was and $2500 later Very disappointed

Negative experience: This dentist is great, if you are only going for a simple cleaning and X-rays. First visit, the dentist had never seen peg lateral teeth before and thought mine were 'baby' teeth and asked if I wanted them extracted. Should have listened to my gut at that time, as she obviously was inexperienced. Recently, had a cavity and needed a filling. She did the filling, but I am still unable to get dental floss between that tooth and the one next to it. Told her about it at another visit in which dental floss was crammed between my teeth, to the point my gums were bleeding, and it is still not fixed. Chipped a tooth, and life happened, so I was unable to return the phone call to confirm the most recent appointment. Well, they cancelled the appointment. I understand they need to have confirmations, at the same time, with everything else that happened, I will take my business to a more experienced dentist.

Negative experience: I was a new patient. Scheduled a dental cleaning. I was the first appointment of the day and it was still 10 minutes late when they called me back. The X-ray machine was broken and I was not told for 45 minutes into my appointment that they would not be able to do the cleaning in the appointment because they “didn’t have enough time.”Mind you my appointment I was told was for 90 minutes when I scheduled it and arranged childcare. All they did was take some images and did some”probing” with a scraping tool. Not a single toothbrush not even any water on my teeth. No cleaning. And it took 1.5 hours! So I wasted my time and money for someone to tell me I need to schedule a cleaning, well I am sorry I was under the impression that I had scheduled one. I have 2 retainers, too and bottom, and they did not ask me to put them on to see the fit which has never happened. Every dentist always wants to check the fit. I also want to note that I made sure they removed the X-ray machine from my bill since it was broken so I will update this post if they end up charging me for it. We will see what comes back from insurance never had a dentist experience like this in my 30 years. Never going back again. EDIT: I called the number in their response on three separate days about a week ago and still have not heard a response back. It is not a customer service number it is the front office, the same number I called to schedule the appointment. They have not returned my voicemail

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones is AMAZING! I have autism and lots of anxiety so going to the dentist is very hard for me. Dr. Jones is so patient and kind. She has made sure to accommodate any of my special needs while not making me feel like I’m too much trouble. The hygienist/assistant JuJu is also so patient and encouraging, she has stopped her appointments to come help with my appointment. I appreciate this team very much!!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr Joseph to everyone I know. I was devastated about getting my teeth pulled. She was very sympathetic and comforting. She was very gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. My insurance is out of network for DentalCare of Duquay but I’m willing to pay extra for her to be my dentist. Ask for Dr Joseph I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Negative experience: I personally was not satisfied! This was our first visit. One person started my cleaning and tried to sell me on my need for deep cleaning although I go to the dentist every 6 months and never has this been mentioned as a need. I was like I am not getting a deep clean! This person did not finish my cleaning and called my husband back before I could warn him. So the second person finished flossing and polishing me! I really don’t feel like I got a thorough cleaning by the way. This lady was all over the place! Then the dentist came in a said my teeth look great but… I can correct my alignment with Invisalign ! The third person finished flossing came in and asked me if I had a treatment plan…. No because I’m not buying your deep cleaning! I go to the waiting area to wait for my husband…an hour later he comes out with a treatment plan for a deep cleaning and did not get his teeth cleaned at all! This man takes better care of his mouth than I do!!!! He is just nicer than I am! We will not be going back!!!!

Negative experience: I waited 2 months for an appointment and because I forgot to confirm they canceled. I called right away and they had already filled the appointment and could not or would not accommodate me. Do not utilize this practice.

Negative experience: I wish I knew before I went for my dental appointment that the dentist doctor only had 2 years of experience, it's like I'm being a test subject. The doctor could not restore the original tooth pattern with new filling. Most of my treated teeth no longer have contact with the opposing teeth, completely destroying my bite. A few teeth have a sticking out filling material, I have to use force when floss and end up breaking thread. One tooth has a gap where food easily builds up now.

Negative experience: I had three extractions very early in the morning. I tried three times to tell them I needed help. Everytime they told me they would call as soon as could talk to the Dr. It's 8pm. I still need help but no one from thus office gas bothered to call or anything. What remains of my dental work will be done elsewhere. These people do not care what they put their patients through. The patients are not their priority.

Explained every step of the xrays, scans, and cleaning, and explained the reason behind thr recommended treatments so I could actually understand my options and make an informed decsion, rather than just saying "you need a crown, come back next week."
