Fantastic experience: went to 2 dentist before coming here told them i have bad taste in my mouth they took xrays and find nothing then i came here staffs are super friendly jennifer clean my teeth so well i almost felt to sleep then Dr. Kim came after review my xray told me i have an infection in one of my tooth . and he skip his lunch break to cleaning out my infection tooth. so thankful for what Dr. Kim have done for me now i feel much better. and this place is definitely a 5 STARS . highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim and the staff continue to be incredible. In this instance, I was having my last three teeth with old, silver fillings addressed. Dr. Kim worked on me for 3 hours and 15 minutes, drilling out the fillings, addressing cracks, and preparing me for three new crowns. Dr. Kim is extremely pleasant and friendly, and he works meticulously and with great attention to detail. While I cannot say I enjoyed the experience, I can say he did a fantastic job! Thank to him and his staff at SVD.

Fantastic experience: This was the most gentle dental cleaning I have ever experienced in my life. The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The dental hygienist was so gentle that I didn’t feel any sensitivity, pain, or discomfort at all. I recommend this place 100%! Back in 2020, I had an emergency and came to this office after hours. The dentist took care of me even though he was alone and about to close. I will never forget that! He is incredibly kind and caring. Truly an outstanding dental office.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist that was closer. On the recommendation of a friend, I tries out Seneca Valley Dental. It was one of the best recommendations I've ever had. Dr.Kim is FANTASTIC! He and his staff are kind, humble, considerate, and friendly. My visit with Dr.Kim was during this COVID-19 pandemic. The lengths that Dr.Kim went to keep me and his staff safe are bar none the best measures I've seen. They had full body suits. face shields and double mask, and a complete air treatment system. That's on top of fixed appointment times and cleaning cycles between patients. Add that Dr.Kim has a great sense of humor and is very personable. I feel like I gained a dentist and friend. If you're looking for a professional, kind, caring and skilled dentist with a premium emphasis at a reasonable price, give Dr.Kim a try.

Negative experience: They talk very nice at first but after you mention about extra charge after service needs to correct they are not happy and seem doesn’t care for patients, I spend lot of money to buy their yearly membership to have discounts and have many fillings , cleaning, dentures, the denture not fitting right and it hurts my gum , he told to wear for 10 days to get used to it and if still problem come back and he will fix it , after 10 days try it’s still uncomfortable I make appointment to come back and they want to charge me extra $99 after I pay in full , I ask why I have to pay extra for things not my fault, he supposed to make it right , they said cause he spent time to fix it , I am not happy so they said next time if fix again they will charge, will never come back again

I called Seneca Valley Dental and they had an appointment available that afternoon. The office and the staff were very professional and pleasant. Dr Kim and his assistant were attentive, kind and professional. I appreciate the care they took of me, and patience answering any questions I had regarding services that they offered. I plan to make a followup appointment for regular cleaning and checkups may have found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was overdue for a cleaning and could not seem to get scheduled at my usual dentist for months. I called Seneca Valley Dental and I was able to immediately book an appointment for a consultation as a new patient and was able to get my perio cleaning on the same day!! Both the hygienist and dentist had great bedside manner! Dr. Kim took his time with me and explained to me why I need fillings on my back molars while showing me what they looked like. The hygienist took her time, was very gentle and thorough and considerate of my sensitive gums. I am happy to say I have a new dentist and hygienist and will not be returning to my previous dentist.
