Negative experience: They charged me an unreasonable amount without giving me any notice. I had my cleaning done in January, and I received the bill in June — and the amount was 42% higher than what I paid in January, excluding the no‑show/cancellation fee. I will no longer get my cleanings done at this clinic.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now, but I will say this specific time made me feel the most comfortable and the most clean I've ever been! Anji is the best! She literally did such a great job with not only making me feel comfortable, but also cleaning and advice! If I was a easy sleeper, I would've fell asleep for sure! I would definitely recommend Anji! All the staff are good! But this time made me feel different

Because of my good experiences with him and his office, I have in the past driven 3 hours for an appointment. His assistant Elizabeth is wonderful, and I always appreciate her efficiency and calm manner. I've also appreciated his front desk, whose greetings are warm and welcoming. They have always made sure my phone requests for assistance were met quickly. A month ago I had a root canal and could have fallen asleep during the process. Based on my experiences, I'm giving Gentle Care Dentistry my highest recommendation of 5 stars.
