He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and very meticulous and most importantly, very honest. He has taken excellent care of us for all these years. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and cordial. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. My kids have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but the staff made them feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout the entire visit. We all left with smiles on our faces and had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and family-friendly dental practice!

Negative experience: The lady at the desk was nice the dental assist was friendly but the dentist was a bit fast paced and I felt like he rushed his way out of the room I was in . They doused me in radiation taking 6-8 XRays of my head over all 2 outta 5 experience .

Negative experience: I haven't been to this doctors office since 2022. There is a younger girl who sits at the front desk and also assists the Dr who is rude. I thought she was rude when she called to remind me of the appointment and her rudeness carried on during the appointment. It's a though she was talking down to me the entire time. They are not welcoming or friendly, which was not my experience years ago. I'll be looking for a different dentist.

Negative experience: Front desk are rude. I called them before my appointment to tell them that I had surgery and they didn't care, they made me come to the office just to see that it was true, I could have fallen in the snow and I only went to show proof of the surgery, they should be a little more empathetic and kind. I never received an appointment reminder on my number, they said they only had my mom's number and that's not true because I’m not longer a minor. This is the last time I come here!

Negative experience: I recently took my kids to this dentist for their regular checkup and cleanings, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff refused to see my children unless all of them got x-rays, even though it was just a routine checkup. I understand that x-rays can be important, but it felt unnecessary for every child, especially when no issues were apparent. As a parent, I’m concerned about overexposure to radiation, and I would expect a dentist to respect those concerns. This rigid policy made the visit feel more like a money grab than genuine care for my kids’ well-being. I won’t be returning to a place that prioritizes policies over patient care and individual needs. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a more thoughtful and family-friendly experience.

Fantastic experience: I used to come to this dentist when I was a kid and never knew. When I went in to see if they could take me in for a cleaning they took me in the same day, I was honestly surprised and they took their time they didn’t rush they made sure I was comfortable.The ladies in the office all were very attentive. One of the ladies noticed I had asthma and at the time we were having the bad air quality alerts outside so she immediately asked me did I need a mask. When Dr.Bae came in he was very attentive and was not aggressive with my teeth he did a amazing job I would definitely recommend this as a general dentist .
