The team was professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable during the visit. I would especially like to mention Dr. Vishal B, who is treating me. He was very polite, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to the positive experience. Overall, I’m satisfied with the care I received and would consider coming back in the future.

Negative experience: I am giving 1 star solely because the front desk lady was kind and helpful—she deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience at Clarksburg Bright Smiles was very disappointing. During my first appointment for a crown, the dentist appeared visibly frustrated with a new dental assistant, which created an uncomfortable and tense environment. At one point, the assistant accidentally dropped an imaging tool on the floor. The dentist picked it up and placed it back in my mouth without cleaning it. This was extremely concerning and upsetting. I felt uncomfortable speaking up in the moment but later called to report the incident. The front desk handled the situation kindly and switched me to a different dentist. However, the issues continued. I live about an hour away and made the drive for three separate appointments, yet very little progress was made. I often felt dismissed when trying to express my concerns. Additionally, it felt like there was a strong push to sell a sleep guard, as it was recommended repeatedly in a way that did not feel personalized. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Due to these experiences, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Negative experience: I went to this dental office last year for a routine cleaning and was told I had 12 cavities that needed to be filled, which immediately felt excessive. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist, and they found only 1 cavity. This large discrepancy is very concerning and makes me question the accuracy and honesty of the initial diagnosis. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff at Bright Smiles were awesome. I was a new patient and they were able to get me in for an emergency appointment...same day! Prianka was very quick to respond both by email and calling me to set up the time. Urgent to serve ! Brenda also was very organized and kind in getting the x rays and the dental room was very clean and organized. Dr. Bant , great and very personable and excellent bedside manners. I liked his conservative approach. Rather then going straight to root canal or dental work .. he suggested a wait and see approach which is very rare in today's dental world who are quick to offer dental work. Positive experience: I first visited Clarksburg Bright Smiles in November 2024 and had a great experience with Dr. Darlen Gonzalez. Since her departure, however, the level of care and service has declined. My recent visits with Dr. Yadav felt rushed, and communication could have been clearer and more considerate to me and to her staff. I also had to follow up multiple times about my crown because the office didn’t notify me when it arrived. While I appreciated my initial experience, I’m disappointed with the recent changes and will be looking for a new dentist.
