Regarding the rest of your experience, I’ve looked into the details of your visit. We understand that discussing price increases is never easy. Because we value your loyalty, we honored your lower 2024 pricing for two visits over this past year to delay the impact of the rising vendor and tariff costs we've faced since January 2025. Our team did their best to explain why these adjustments are now necessary to maintain our quality of care. It’s never our intent to sound condescending, but rather to be transparent about the economic realities affecting the dental industry.

As for our move, we are only 2.3 miles (about 6 minutes) from our old location. Parking is much more spacious than our previous office, which we know was a struggle for patients due to the busy gym in the same building.

We have always appreciated having you as a patient and hope you can understand that these changes were made to ensure New Life Dental can continue providing the high level of service you’ve come to expect

On the day of your canceled appointment, our doctor was attending a continuing education course to ensure we provide the highest level of care to our patients. While we did our best to notify all patients in advance, we understand that it may have still disrupted your schedule, and we are truly sorry for that.
When you returned for your cleaning, the wait you experienced was due to a temporary hygienist who was helping us cover patients. She was new to our office and understandably ran behind as she adjusted to our systems and schedule. We regret that this caused you additional frustration and appreciate your patience.

However, when patients face true emergencies, we always take that into consideration and fees may be waived.
