Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Nice to meet Dr. Hansen and receive information about the dental work that needs to be done. Rachel did a bang up job cleaning my teeth and Cindy adjusting the partial so it’s easier to put in and remove. Front desk explained the expenses and contacting my dental insurance. Great parking available.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I was referred to Hansen Family Dental by a friend. My experience there was painless and efficient with amazing technology for my crown install. I was out the door in less than two hours with a permanent crown. Dr Hansen and his staff are all friendly and made me feel comfortable and in good hands.

Fantastic experience: This was a complete swing of the pendulum away from another corporate mess of a dental office in Richland (no free press here). Hansen Family Dental had winners in every category from their office manager Beth to their top tier hygienist Julie, and yes even their dentist was a reasonable and kind guy. ;) I already thanked the lady who gave me her glowing recommendation to check this service and way of conducting business out. Simply WOW!!! I almost want to keep this a secret so I get to interact with such a responsive, honest, hard working and efficient team without too many people crowding me out. But with the way they work I'll be a easy cleaning away from getting to be a happy regular anyway.

Fantastic experience: Dental trauma at a young age has left me with anxiety at any dental visit, 50+yrs later. Today I had an appointment with Hansen Family Dental. Julie, my hygienist is always very gracious about my nerves. She takes very good care of my cleaning & gives thorough, clear comments about my status & great advice on maintaining my teeth. I really appreciate her. The front desk, Tajia & rest of staff are always attentive to my appointments taking into consideration my allergy issues. Thank you to Dr Hansen & my Dr Bushman for a fine dental practice where patients and their comfort are a priority along with excellent dental care. If I had more than two thumbs up, I’d raise them all up That would be kinda fun !!!!

But Hansen Dental has been such a blessing. The staff is warm and welcoming, and everyone on the team is so kind. They never make you feel ashamed—they simply want to help you have healthy teeth and a healthy smile. They’ve made each visit much less stressful, and I’m so thankful for the wonderful care they provide.

They have worked with me on everything, they've cared for me, and when I had a cavity, I was literally so busy that I had one day off for the next three weeks. I told them that the next day is my only day off and they got me in! You can go nowhere better than Hanson family dental!

Fantastic experience: From someone who has always ground his teeth and always had some dental problem his whole life i have gone through more dentists than probably anyone other than maybe a king who killed the ones that caused him pain , the whole crew set me at as much ease as one as apprehensive as myself in this situation could be . As much as I love them all I still don't want to see them , at least not at their place of work but if i ever move ill have to fly to them for my dental work very best practice ever.

The hygienist was a total pro and super autonomous, and you can tell the whole staff actually enjoys working together. They didn't miss a beat and were so thorough with the X-rays and pictures. While visiting one of our churches in the area, I met one of the team members and she invited us to try Hansen Dental. We called the next day and were able to get in right away. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Hansen Family Dental. I have dental anxiety,TMJ and it had been several years since I had done dental maintenance. The team here is kind, attentive, provides a very high level of service (incredible name recognition and amenities) and took my concerns seriously. I went in for some fillings and wound up with jaw pain (TMJ related) and they had me come back by same day for jaw massage and it helped so much!! We are currently working on aligning my bite to treat my TMD/TMJ and I think it is really helping to alleviate grinding and pain in my jaw. So glad I found this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had our initial visit to Hansen Family Dental. We have been searching for a dental office since moving here a few years back. Trying to find a local office vs a chain that accepted new patients and my insurance was the major criteria set for me. Man, did we hit a HOME RUN! From initial entry into the office, we were met with local friendliness and hospitality, not employees just doing their jobs. Jasmine, the Dental Hygienist that took me matched perfectly with what I was looking for. She was friendly and professional at the same time. Her skills and technique extraordinary. I never thought I would find a hygienist as good as my previous one, but she was even better. My wife said the same thing about her Hygienist, Ariana. My wife said she was thorough, thoughtful, gentle in her care. We met Dr. Bushman, who also came across as gentle, caring and confident. Not only that, he listened to your concerns. Bottom line: Hansen Family Dental and it’s staff, from the front office up, reminded me of old-fashioned health care. They care about the patients first and not just the bottom line. Fantastic experience: My Mom's dentures were broke in half. She hadn't seen a dentist in years. I did not know where to go. My first thought was to stop at the dental office I pass a lot. I walked in thinking I'd get a referral, but they were my answer. I handed over the two broken dentures parts, and I picked them up the next day in one piece. I'll get them back to my Mom tomorrow.
