Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Puri this week. He removed my mandibular tori, one of which was extremely large. I had local anesthesia, and Dr. Puri quickly and painlessly removed the tori. The procedure was comfortable and stress free. I have had no issues or pain in the 48 hours since the procedure. No pain meds needed. Slight swelling.

Fantastic experience: I had gum recession on 4 of my front bottom lingual side and my results fair exceeds my expectations! You can’t even tell that a graft was done. Negative experience: This is a predatory and high pressure dental scam. I was there for a 10 minute consultation for a crown procedure recommended by my dentist. What they don't tell you is that they'll be a $212 fee even if they can't do the procedure recommended. They'll also try and high pressure sell you into a different more expensive implant at a price four times what our local dentist provides. If you don't agree on the spot you'll continue to get hounded to schedule an appointment. When that fails you'll get a nice little bill for their "time". Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I have been in 3 times now, and I am VERY pleased with Dr. Puri. He’s very kind and explains everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend him to anyone needing a quality periodontist! My only issue is the 3 times I’ve been in now for my scheduled appointments I have been kept waiting for at least 25 minutes (sometimes more) past my scheduled appointment each time before even being called back, which has been frustrating. UPDATE 2/18/25: Dr. Puri read my review above and addressed it with me in person, apologizing for the wait times. Every time I’ve been in since then, I’ve been seen quickly. I really appreciate that he addressed my concerns with me at our follow up and has made changes that are evident in shorter wait times. He has been very professional, and I love that he remembers specific details about his patients. Very pleased and will keep coming back should the need arise!

Fantastic experience: About 8 years ago I underwent several gum grafting procedures in California. Within a few years a periodontist in Walla Walla told me he couldn’t tell that I ever had any grafting done. My dentist has since referred me to Dr Puri and I’m so glad he did! Dr Puri performed extensive gum grafting to 23 of my teeth in one very successful surgical procedure. The coverage is amazing! He is also working closely with a local orthodontist to ensure I have the best possible outcome. With the results I have experienced thus far, I have complete confidence that I will finally achieve and maintain healthy gums. I cannot recommend Dr Puri enough; he is compassion, skilled, and thorough. He and his capable team have taken great care of me, and I’m forever grateful.

You will have a consult with the hygienist and then the surgeon. You will discuss what plan works best for you and it's all outlined so you know what's being done. Keep in mind this is a very busy office, so they can run behind schedule, just like a doctor's office. If you don't want to be kept waiting, it's best to schedule in the morning. If you don't mind waiting, then afternoon appointments are for you! In my mind, it's well worth the wait for a quality surgeon who gets things done the right way, the first time!

After years of bone loss in that spot and a very tight space he was able to do a bone graph and implant a tooth. It was a 7 to 8 month process the met with great success. My own dentist stated that it was a difficult procedure and Dr. Puri was the only one he knows in the Tri-Cities who could successfully complete the implant. The office was very helpful and very nice to work with. I appreciated Dr. Puri respected my time and was always straight forward and kind.

Fantastic experience: I had to go there for my front tooth implant (had 15 yrs) that had gotten infected and a tad lose. They were Awesome! They did a procedure of cleaning the screw that is in the bone as there was some bone loss by inserting blood tissue. It takes about 9 months to a yr. So far so good. I need meds to even go to the dentists and they were Soooo Supportive to my specific needs! Friendly.

Negative experience: Office had to reschedule my appointment because my hygienist couldn’t make my time. Then the appointment started 25 minutes late. My hygienist did not take measurements for my gums to check for stability. She used a different vacuum system that blasted in my ear and did not allow me to close my mouth to evacuate. The entire time I had salvia drip down the back of my throat and I had to stop a couple of times so I wouldn’t gag our cough. The hygienist kept jabbing me with the cleaning probe and I was in pain. I was so frustrated with this experience that I left without making a follow up appointment. I’ll go back to my regular dentist for cleanings
