Fantastic experience: I have been going to Midtown dental since 1978! I had a crown put on yesterday by Dr. Bickle. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He addressed other concerns that I had brought up. The new technology is crazy! They were able to make my crown within an hour. Instead of the usual two weeks. I was able to leave for that hour and come back. They still get five stars, even though nobody enjoys, going to the dentist! And Rachael always welcome everybody with her bright smile!

Fantastic experience: I have been going there for 20 + years. Staff come and go and I have been very satisfied since day one. The hygienists have all been careful to make me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Dr. Bunch has fitted me for several crowns as my 50 year old fillings gave out. They fit very well and chewing has become comfortable again. Dr. Kleist also did a great job with a front tooth implant. Perfectly matching my teeth.

In all these years I've never had reason to look elsewhere for the best dental care and kindest service. Recently, Dr. Bunch and Dr. Kleist have done extensive work on me and I consider their work to be of the highest professional quality

He is one of the kindest, most caring dentists I’ve ever met and always makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a root extracted. I hardly felt the shots! I really appreciated that. Dr Bickel worked very hard for a long time because that root did not want to come out! He and the staff were efficient, considerate and answered my questions. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Bickel.

Everyone is friendly from the receptionist to the Dr. I am have high anxiety when it comes to dentists and I cannot recommend them enough! Dr.Bickel and his hygienist treated me like I was the most important patient as I had a tooth extracted and bone grafting done. Excellent customer service

Negative experience: Standard practice not followed. Hygienist polish and flosses teeth prior to cleaning. Billing not transparent. Does not give you option for silver filling when this is what insurance will cover. This is not communicated prior to service rendered. Leaving you owing more $ than anticipated.

Fantastic experience: Jamie, cleans my teeth she is gentle and does a thorough job. Their office is alway clean and everyone makes you feel comfortable from walking in the door to leaving.

Fantastic experience: Great dentists, great staff. Had an old crown come off on Sunday evening, called for an appointment Monday morning and they got me in that afternoon. They made sure the tooth was good and temporarily glued the old crown on and I'll go in on Thursday for the new one. In my humble opinion that's as good as it gets!

Negative experience: We’ve been going to midtown for years. Always great, except the last time. Office staff failed to inform us that the midtown was no longer in network for our insurance. They knew there was an issue for at least 3 months but said nothing. We would have canceled our appointments if we had known. We found out there was an issue when we received a $248 bill over and above our copayment. They would not acknowledge their mistake and really didn’t care. Sorry there is not a zero star option.
