Kelly is amazing and so kind. I also learned that Dr. Stout is no longer there, but the new doctor is great!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental appointment at Family First Dental on Deschutes. As a first-time patient, I was so impressed by how thorough the exam was. The doctor was kind and informative, my hygienist was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. It's refreshing to find an office that is both professional and warm and I'm really looking forward to building a long-term relationship with this team. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next day. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. The staff was so sweet and made me feel less anxiety. They were able to do a temporary crown that same day!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the office I felt like I was welcome. Front staff smiling, friendly and I even received help filling out the new patient form. My hygienist, Kelly, was comforting in her mannerisms and voice. She gave great explanations before and after procedures., explaining why certain X-ray type photos were taken and why they were taken. dr. Dillinger was warm as he approached and gentle in his exam of my teeth and the outcome. A plan. Was set up by my hygienist before I left. Again front staff made check out as easy as it was checking in.

Positive experience: It took me 5 times using the phone and Infinally gave up and went to the office to make an appointment for the dentist to look at my broken tooth ☹️

Fantastic experience: Every single member of staff was an ABSOLUTE delight! So glad we found a great new dentist office! Such a comfortable and fun environment even for children! They go above and beyond to make your kids comfortable and best of all entertained! If I ever move out of Tri cities looks like I’m gonna have a long commute or buy a plane ticket just to get my teeth cleaned every year because there is no way I’m finding a better or more friendly place! Haha! They give really good explanations and really make sure you understand what is going on with your teeth/gum/ mouth! I Love actually understanding why and what happens to my teeth! You don’t get that from many other dentist!
