Fantastic experience: I came across Vivid Smiles when researching cosmetic dental practices in the South Denver area specializing in porcelain veneers. I had a consult with Dr. Richardson and was very impressed with his smile makeover before and afters and experience. He was very accommodating in terms of working me in for a consultation and spent a lot of time with me discussing exactly how I wanted my veneers to look. I also had a chance to speak with a few of his patients to learn about their smile makeover experience. After meeting with a few other dental practices in town I decided to move forward with Dr. Richardson and am so happy I did! The prep process was a breeze and completely pain free. Currently in temporaries and will update when my final veneers arrive. So happy I chose Vivid Smiles in Parker!

Fantastic experience: Went in late afternoon with a toothache. They set up an appointment with an endodontist the next morning. I had a root canal done and then back to Vivid Smiles later that same day to get a crown done. 24 hours from initial contact to everything done. Awesome people and awesome service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Vivid Smiles today, lovely office and atmosphere. They have a great staff, and everyone was very friendly.

Negative experience: Charged me 300 to tell me I cant afford thier wild prices 850 quote. I Called Comfort Dental Aurora and got the work and exam were less than 300. Vivids 2-3X if you work for your money this place has no value. Maybe give people a round about price instead of sticker shock and charging them anyway. I will be fighting the charges. Especially when the dentists own words were "I aint touching that". I didnt believe i was gonna be Charged for anything seemingly no work or real exam was performed. Foul.

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give all the stars in the sky. I cannot express the love I have for Dr. Richardson and the whole Vivid Smiles family. I came to Vivid Smiles after randomly finding an ad. I was hesitant as I had anxiety and his office is an hour from my home. I had an awful experience with my teeth and a denture and I was in a really bad head space. I came in for a consultation and it was the first time in years that I didn't leave a dentist office in tears. They made me feel important, worthy, and wiped away all my fears. The whole treatment was explained to me in detail. They asked me how I felt and if I wanted to make any changes every time I came in for my treatments. They all went above and beyond to make sure this process and experience went smoothly. Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Bryce Richardson today. Dr. Richardson needed to redo a filling but wasn’t sure if it would need a crown or not. His honesty allowed me to be comfortable with all aspects and know the financial possibility. I was VERY happy when he decided that a filling was an appropriate treatment for the tooth and didn’t do a crown just to make more money. I appreciated it!!!

Fantastic experience: Hello, This is doctor Kenneth Dixey. I started this dental practice in 1981. Now 45 years later, Dr Bryce Richardson is in charge. I always hoped one of my sons would become a dentist but that did not happen. My wife, Bambi, needed some very extensive dental work and Dr. Bryce allowed me to observe as he completed procedure after procedure. Medicine and dentistry are advancing so quickly that the dentistry of today I soon realized is quite different from what I was doing years ago. Dr Bryce is extremely proficient at prosthetics, robotic implant placement and bone grafting. I could not be happier with what the dental practice I started 45 years ago has become.

Worked with Sammie today for some dental hygiene needs, and I have to say she is a fountain in a world sometimes full of drains! Dr. R is the only dentist I'd recommend! Update March 2025: Well, when you get a crown and two days later can't even remember going through it because it is a perfect outcome, you've found the perfect dentist! Dr. Richardson is PHENOMENAL and his staffers Rhonda and Linh are FABULOUS. For anyone living in southern metro Denver, this is the only place to go. Dr. R replaced Dr. Bob in the practice and the transition has been seamless. A+++! No one tells you “I just love going to the dentist”, right? Well I can tell you that Dr. Utberg and his staff are the best in Colorado. From the moment you check in, the experience is actually relaxing. The staff makes sure that you understand everything they are doing, and the personal touch they provide is unmatched. Don’t like going to the dentist? Give this clinic a chance. They are fabulous.

Fantastic experience: First time in due to a toothache. Very nice and clean building. Very nice staff. Sat down, quick xray and quickly knew I needed a root canal. So next comes the root canal but feel very comfortable in their hands. Good payment options as well if you can't throw down a lot at once.
